Absolutely best hotel hotel in Venice!! Absolutely best hotel hotel in Venice!!
Very comfortable, very satisfied, highly recommended
The overall environment of Aman Venice is not bad. It is located next to the Grand Canal. The building itself has a historical charm and continues the quiet and elegant style of Aman. However, the facilities are relatively ordinary, without too many surprises, and have not reached the standards of luxury hotels. The service is disappointing, which is the biggest complaint of this stay. Most of the...
The best hotel in Venice, great service. After checking out, the hotel porter waved goodbye affectionately, it was so sad to say goodbye!
Large size room with amazing views, great history of hotel toured by staff
Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus terminal and also just across the Accademia Bridge from where you can easily get to St. Mark's Square.
1. They gave me the top floor room as soon as I arrived, the very last floor, and there's no elevator, so I had to climb stairs. The pictures didn't show it at all! I came for the murals, but I didn't see anything on the top floor. I negotiated with the Venetian owner, and they said I could only stay on the top floor for an extra 30 euros. Oh well, I couldn't bear to spend that money. It was definitely...
Everything was perfect! A magnificent establishment! A warm and very professional welcome, smiling and attentive staff… you are perfect down to the smallest detail! A very nice room, espresso machine, kettle, daily refills of coffee pods, and a bathroom with more than enough amenities! Comfortable bedding, a small duvet is available for an extra charge, but the hotel is very well heated. A charming...
Excellent hotel, everything is clean, quiet, lots of restaurants nearby, I will definitely come back!
Great place to stay if you’re looking for something close to all the touristic attractions
Centrally located and close to Piazza San Marco 10 minutes walk, 24H concierge, very welcoming and collaborative, we did not choose breakfast and therefore I cannot express an opinion, overall good+

Our stay at Hotel Nuovo Teson was perfect in every way! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the jetty, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size, even though it was separated from the main room. While the room itself was slightly compact, it had just enough space for our bags and felt cozy...
Loved the stay here except for one small detail. The room's bathroom lock wasn't working so the receptionist gave us a do not disturb sign to put on, but this didn't stop the cleaning lady from entering in, which wasn't very nice. Apart of it everything else was good, loved the breakfast. They also have some day trip arrangements to Murano and Burano, and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect...
Staff were lovely and made a real effort with our toddler daughter. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location but also tucked away so not too noisy in the evenings. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The room itself could have done with a lick of paint, but provided everything we could need.
This was my first time to Italy, and my wife and I were very surprised to learn that the AC had been turned off for the season. In mid-october the temps were still high enough to need AC to keep the room comfortable. I feel as though this was no clearly communicated to us by either ********** or the hotel itself. Maybe I missed it, but I didn’t know. ********** was helpful in addressing our concerns...
The location was perfect! And the staff was very friendly and helped us with transportation. There is no elevator in the property so I would recommend travelling light.
Absolute Gem in Venice Staff were friendly and professional, going out of their way to offer advice on things to do and where to go to make the most of your stay. Restaurants near in the back alley were delicious and prices much better than at restaurants on the water.

Location is good as is just a few minutes walk across the bridge . You can ask for “porter” service to bring your heavy luggages across the bridge :)
The hotel is very close to the station, and I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were all very welcoming. Environment: Very clean. The moment I entered the hotel, I felt the comfort typical of Marriott hotels. A very good stay.
The room wasn't very big, but it had everything you needed, including a safe. I stayed on the main island of Venice, and this hotel was very close to the Venice train station—just a short walk from there. The facilities were clean, and the receptionists and staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, very close to train and ferry services.
Pleasant, nice, and clean hotel. Easy to get to, and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. I would stay again.
The hotel service is very good, the only drawback is that there are a lot of small insects flying around in the room. In addition, because the hotel and the train station are on different islands, you have to walk across a bridge that has only stairs but no elevator. Many locals will rush to help you carry your luggage across the bridge, and some even force you to do so. After crossing the bridge,...
The room is bigger than the picture shows. You can open a 26-inch and 20-inch suitcase. There are few breakfast options but the fried eggs are delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Overall, it is very good.

Our final stay in Venice! Good concierge, really friendly. Location wise also very good and central. Just light walking distance to the basilica and you can see dorsoduro side from here. This was a last minute booking for a spur of the moment trip to Venice from Piran. The location couldnt be more perfect as it was just 5 minutes from Doge Palace. The furnishings was a little outdated but it was completely fine for a 1 night stay.
The location was perfect, cleanliness was top, breakfast was plentiful, hotel in general was showing its age, service at breakfast was very unfriendly.
The hotel left only warm memories! I will definitely recommend it and will use it again myself if the opportunity arises! A very warm, family atmosphere. You feel like you have come to visit distant relatives whom you have not seen since childhood. The room is stylized as antique, but there is no sticky dirt, typical of some old hotels. If you want to have a good night of sleep, don't book this place. Before 7 am, you will start hearing all the existing noises. It's impossible to sleep with all the conversations, closing windows, cleaning noises, and sounds from people loading and unloading goods from the restaurants nearby.
The room has a beautiful, exotic feel. It's located right in the city center, and the water bus to the airport, as well as water buses for getting around the city, are directly across the street – very convenient. The breakfast restaurant is also lovely.
It was good except they put us on 4th floor. No elevator
This hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. Excellent location, all major attractions are around the corner. Very friendly staff. Clean and uniquely decorated room. The only downside is that the front desk isn’t 24/7 so when we checked in, there’s no help with the luggage for the 3 stories stairs.

Fantastic location, very clean room, people are very friendly and smiley. Everything is easily reachable by walking such as Restaurants, branded shop’s, every single house is different and full of history. Gondola ride is in just 50 meter from Hotel and San Marco square is in 100 mtr.  Breakfast is not so worthy.  I would love to come again in this place.
Old-fashioned hotel, spacious room, antique furnishings. Steep stairs, but overall, considering the location and price, it seems like a great compromise.
There’s a small fridge in the room.
The hotel was nice and clean; in the room, there was a mini fridge and an AC, which was handy. The bathroom was spacious and there was toiletries. The only negative thing about the room was the bed; the mattres was too flat and the bed base made a lot of noise every time you turned around/lay on the bed. Breakfast is served at the hotel; it's simple but abundant. The hotel clerks were always super...
The hotel has a great location, just a two-minute walk from the water bus stop. The room is a decent size, but it's older and more run-down than it appears in the photos. There's only a thin sheet on the bed; if you feel cold, you can take a blanket (a bit dirty) from the closet and put it on top of the sheet. Breakfast includes bread, yogurt, croissants, juice, and coffee. The staff are friendly....
Do not be fooled by pictures. The room we had was outdated to put it very mildly. Soundproofing was zero. It felt like someone was peeing right on your forehead... Do NOT book unless you are planning to get drunk beyond ALL your senses.

tiny and comfortable, i would wish this hotel offer slippers
Clean room, friendly staff, proximity to the Basilica good restaurants and shopping centers. Came back twice. 💛
A great experience in Venice, very centrally located hotel.
Hotel Dell’Opera is absolutely remarkable in the beauty, the service, and the location. Our room had a private balcony, overlooking a small canal. We enjoyed watching the gondola’s go by and walking to great coffee in the morning. Still fancy a drink after the restaurants are closed? Ask the front desk about the Honor Bar on the top of the hotel!
Probably one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room was beautiful and so spacious and had everything you need. The front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful. And the location was close to everything! Highly recommend.
I booked a family room, so it had a balcony! A balcony facing the canal! You could see boats passing by, a nice experience. The room had a retro feel, and the front desk staff were great. As for breakfast, the selection was too small. If breakfast is rated 5 out of 5, it's probably only worth 1.5.

Great hotel. Lovely stay!good location. Friendly staff and services
The location if this hotel is very good. The room is ok but the toilet is not good. The toilet bowl seat and  basin cupboard is made of 3 plywood which were all pop up. Short Venice stay Excellent location, room was wonderful for 3 people. Would definitely stay there again
We loved this hotel. Such a beautiful room (#25) and fantastic location. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. I can't wait to go back!!
The location is amazing, quiet and a beautiful piazza. It is a palazzo so you feel like you went back in time. The decor is beautiful. I was a little disappointed by the size of the room, the fact that the bathroom wasn't spotless, and no soap in the dispenser. But after that, it was truly spotless. There is not much room to unpack (we stayed 5 nights); a dresser would be great since the armoire only...
The nicest and most helpful people work here. The hotel is centrally located. Clean and modern bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast. Wish I could go back tomorrow.
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a traditional building (with renovated and modern bathroom of course) in the middle of a popular square. I thought noise might be a problem at night given its central location, but that’s not at all the case, we had the most peaceful and restful sleep. Highly recommended.
