Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus terminal and also just across the Accademia Bridge from where you can easily get to St. Mark's Square.

Our stay at Hotel Nuovo Teson was perfect in every way! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the jetty, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice. Loved the stay here except for one small detail. The room's bathroom lock wasn't working so the receptionist gave us a do not disturb sign to put on, but this didn't stop the cleaning lady from entering in, which wasn't very nice. Staff were lovely and made a real effort with our toddler daughter. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location but also tucked away so not too noisy in the evenings. Absolute Gem in Venice Staff were friendly and professional, going out of their way to offer advice on things to do and where to go to make the most of your stay. Restaurants near in the back alley were delicious and prices much better than at restaurants on the water.

Location is good as is just a few minutes walk across the bridge . You can ask for “porter” service to bring your heavy luggages across the bridge :)

The hotel is very close to the station, and I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were all very welcoming. Environment: Very clean. The moment I entered the hotel, I felt the comfort typical of Marriott hotels. A very good stay.

The room wasn't very big, but it had everything you needed, including a safe. I stayed on the main island of Venice, and this hotel was very close to the Venice train station—just a short walk from there. The facilities were clean, and the receptionists and staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, very close to train and ferry services.

In addition, because the hotel and the train station are on different islands, you have to walk across a bridge that has only stairs but no elevator. The room is bigger than the picture shows. You can open a 26-inch and 20-inch suitcase. There are few breakfast options but the fried eggs are delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. Overall, it is very good.

This was a last minute booking for a spur of the moment trip to Venice from Piran. The location couldnt be more perfect as it was just 5 minutes from Doge Palace. The furnishings was a little outdated but it was completely fine for a 1 night stay.

If you want to have a good night of sleep, don't book this place. Before 7 am, you will start hearing all the existing noises. It's impossible to sleep with all the conversations, closing windows, cleaning noises, and sounds from people loading and unloading goods from the restaurants nearby.

The room has a beautiful, exotic feel. It's located right in the city center, and the water bus to the airport, as well as water buses for getting around the city, are directly across the street – very convenient. The breakfast restaurant is also lovely.

What an amazing stay for our first trip to Europe. The staff are all so nice and helpful. I was concerned about the language barrier but all the staff spoke fluent English which was a great relief. Fantastic location, very clean room, people are very friendly and smiley. Everything is easily reachable by walking such as Restaurants, branded shop’s, every single house is different and full of history. Gondola ride is in just 50 meter from Hotel and San Marco square is in 100 mtr.  Breakfast is not so worthy.  I would love to come again in this place.

The hotel has a great location, just a two-minute walk from the water bus stop. The room is a decent size, but it's older and more run-down than it appears in the photos. There's only a thin sheet on the bed; if you feel cold, you can take a blanket (a bit dirty) from the closet and put it on top of the sheet. Do not be fooled by pictures. The room we had was outdated to put it very mildly. Soundproofing was zero. It felt like someone was peeing right on your forehead... Do NOT book unless you are planning to get drunk beyond ALL your senses.

Hotel Dell’Opera is absolutely remarkable in the beauty, the service, and the location. Our room had a private balcony, overlooking a small canal. We enjoyed watching the gondola’s go by and walking to great coffee in the morning. Still fancy a drink after the restaurants are closed? Ask the front desk about the Honor Bar on the top of the hotel!

Probably one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room was beautiful and so spacious and had everything you need. The front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful. And the location was close to everything! Highly recommend.

I booked a family room, so it had a balcony! A balcony facing the canal! You could see boats passing by, a nice experience. The room had a retro feel, and the front desk staff were great. As for breakfast, the selection was too small. If breakfast is rated 5 out of 5, it's probably only worth 1.5.

The location if this hotel is very good. The room is ok but the toilet is not good. The toilet bowl seat and  basin cupboard is made of 3 plywood which were all pop up. Told the reception but was told they will reflect to their management to replace in future but we were still staying there for 2 more nights. Was quite disappointed. The hotel is super close to the train station but it is inside a small hallway . Not sure if it’s safe at night . There is only 1 lift in this hotel and it was broken … we have to take our luggage to our own room . One of the receptionist refused to help us to take our luggage downstrais .Room for breakfast is extremely small… you have to wait if u wanna eat breakfast.

We only stayed 1 night and appreciated the friendly staff allowed us to store our bags until the 3pm check in time. We were not happy with the AC being stuck on 16 degrees all night. We tried to find the control for the heat pump/ac and discovered in the morning we hadn’t lost it- but all the ac boxes are controlled by the hotel and maintenance needs to change it. This is a 3 star hotel posing as a 4 star, be aware of this when you book. We arrived as a couple on a Saturday afternoon and found out in the evening that neither toothbrushes or toothpaste are supplied in any form at the hotel. Because it was on the top floor, the room was extremely hot. There was an air conditioner, but it hardly worked. However, it was good that there was a balcony.

5 min walk to San Marco Square. Upon arriving Venice, per Google advice I took water bus from S Lucia train station to Rialto, then walked for 10 min to the hotel. Upon leaving as the staff told me I took water bus at San Marco (Vallaresso) SX station to train station, the boat journey was longer but the walking was easier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We had a very hard time finding our hotel. The address on google maps and booking is their old address and it took us to a closed hotel. All around the hotel was clean with small rooms.

The gondola station was right in front of me. It was the route that took me over the Bridge of Sighs, which I wanted to ride. The air conditioning in my room was initially broken...I didn't notice for a while and was shivering from the cold, but when I told the front desk, they quickly fixed it. It's just a short walk from St. Mark's Square, and the nearby trattorias and bacaros are both delicious...

Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a traditional building (with renovated and modern bathroom of course) in the middle of a popular square. I thought noise might be a problem at night given its central location, but that’s not at all the case, we had the most peaceful and restful sleep. Highly recommended.
