We love this family-owned hotel. All the staff is exquisitely kind and helpful. A true Venetian experience.

It’s a hotel it’s a museum and a very beautiful stay. It’s warm and situated in a great location. Definitely Classy friendly and welcoming with luxury and warmth.

Great location. I have been to this hotel several times and would not stay anywhere else.

It was very convenient because you could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You can also take a gondola right in front of the hotel, and it is very close to St. Mark's Square. There was an Italian who could speak Japanese, and the staff were all very kind. There was no conditioner or toothbrush, but I didn't mind. The room was very nice.

I came here 20 years ago as a kid with my parents and remember having a great time. Came back with my partner and had a wonderful experience. It’s romantic and the oriental bar and breakfast are amazing. Have fun!

Booked this Hotel for a weekend trip in Venice. Chose the location as it is not in the busy tourist area but it is nicely situated in a  quiet area of Venice, Cannaregio. The hotel is very upscale, the rooms are spacious, and there is a large garden leading to the back door directly to the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner can be served outdoors or indoors. However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous.

The environment is very good, but it is just that you need to go up and down 4 stairs to get to the train station. The hotel booked a taxi boat to the station for 80 Euros per boat. If you are not physically fit/have a limited budget, it is recommended to choose a hotel closer.

Our stay at Palazzo Veneziano was brilliant. The hotel is in a great location on the south coast, and within walking distance of all the areas of interest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Venice!

Great service very friendly staff! Our room was beautiful and had a small sofa which they made up as a bed at our request. Breakfast everything you could imagine including espresso and cappuccino. This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats...

Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. Amazing hotels it’s a palace in paradise

The facilities are quite new, and the service is good. However, getting to the hotel from the station requires crossing 3-4 bridges, which was a bit challenging with luggage.

Great hotel, but it is not sound proof and there's a bell that ring every 30min from 8 so if you want to chill, relax and sleep it's impossible.

Excellent location – close to tourist attractions, but not on a noisy street. Directly opposite the hotel is a vaporetto stop for the airport, which is very convenient for arrival or departure. There's also a pleasant small gym for working out.

I expected great service from a 5 star hotel. The front desk employees needs better training on hospitality. The hotel manager did his best to resolve any issues we had.

Stayed here at the first leg of our honeymoon in September. This was during the venice film festival. Overall great experience, we had one minor issue where the staff didnt think we were guests of the hotel and refused to serve us but the were able to correct issue.

Everything was wonderful....great staff..all with loads of personality....best stay i have ever had in multiple trips to Venice.

Perfecto location for access main places of Venice. We fully enjoyed easy access for sightseeing as well as airport transportation by ship. The facilities are bit old, we hope the hotel had more strong WiFi connection and power capacity wattage. But basically excellent stay! The staff was very friendly and we had no stress. Their cuppchino was very good in breakfast.

Very well located, a walkable distance from the train station. The staff was polite, very friendly and helpful. The room was good, with comfy mattress, good heating system and soundproof walls. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options of food and drinks. I don't think the hotel is suitable for elderly or disabled people because there are several stairs within the hallways of the building

An absolutely amazing hotel! The food was fantastic. We had a minor issue where the safe locked up for about half an hour, but the hotel apologized and even offered a complimentary yacht tour around Venice. A truly perfect hotel!

Phenomenal experience. The hotel is gorgeous filled with Murano glass and artwork. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and willing to assist. When we did ask for a few items, they were delivered to our room within minutes. I don’t think I can ever stay anywhere else when I go back to Venice.

The room was the smallest one, and the balcony ceiling was leaking. It was obvious that the rooms given to Chinese tourists were all on the side, and the three better rooms in the middle of the same room type were given to Europeans and Americans. Moreover, it has been 10 days since I checked out, and the pre-authorized deposit has not been refunded. I don't know what the problem is.

Just perfect, lovely, quaint hotel in a perfect location for a magical Venice experience. Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!

The room had a charming, vintage feel and was beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic – you could order a Hamlet (omelet) or scrambled eggs. I particularly enjoyed the herbal scrambled eggs.

No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room. Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced. Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges. Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.

The hotel is right next to the boat dock, and only about a 15-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. Venice itself isn't very large, with a vast network of canals and narrow streets. A pleasant surprise was the hotel restaurant; the food every day was both delicious and visually appealing.
