Good location, beautiful, big room, clean, peaceful, nice service

Although the room was small, it was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, just behind St. Mark's Basilica. The area around it is lively, which made me feel much safer. Plus, the breakfast was really good, and the flavors were fantastic.

Good location and a perk is that the hotel has a small water taxi pier. The rooms are very spacious, however they are very dusty and old. There was even a cockroach in one of our rooms!

Just spent 5 nights in this hotel and we absolutely loved it. The only reason(s) for the 4 star instead of 5 were unstable (cycling from warm to very hot for the duration of the shower) water temperatures in the shower and an overall lack of storage for clothing/luggage. We're Canadian, and stayed here while in Venice and took a two-day trip to Rome. One of the gentlemen working the counter wanted us to leave our key behind but I didnt feel comfortable doing that. I guess thats a "thing" with older hotels in Italy. I liked the room with a balcony and the vintage furniture and decor. Showers needed better pressure but the breakfast was great.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are bare bones and in desperate need of update. I wasn’t expecting a huge bathroom, but I could barely fit into the shower. Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!

Very very close to San Marco square and easily walkable to many attractions nearby. Staff was 12/10 always friendly and doing the extra mile in terms of service and room details. Only cons were the mattresses being very hard and that the streets were loud from the room, at night when shops were closing, as well as the bell tower ringing at 12pm and 7am, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The Locations is spot on by Piazza San Marco and the rooms very very spacious. the Breakfast was spectacular and we loved to hang out at the lounge area with some drinks.

It was great that the tourist spots were very close and there was a delicious restaurant nearby. However, the entrance was a little hard to find.

Hotel did not meet expectations. Website said they had an elevator which they did not. It was boarded up and looked like it had been out of service for months. Air conditioning did not work in the room and only cooled the hallway. Room was spacious and had two beds, but would not stay here again.

Everything was wonderful including the delicious breakfast buffet. Had plenty of choices including protein options such as eggs, meats, cheeses, Greek yogurt as well as delicious pastry options. Everything was lovely, from the canopy to the amenities. The location was great, within a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square.

It's quite luxurious and has a good location, but you need to take a water taxi and push your suitcase along a rocky path and cross several bridges to get there. The rooms are large, but too expensive. Not really worth it.

It seems to be owned by a group. There are not many rooms. It is a good hotel in the center of Venice. It is very convenient to take a water taxi directly from St. Lucia train station to the hotel.

Location is good and close to Saint Marco square. Reception staff was informative but some other staff attitude not very pleasant.

The room felt smaller than what we booked, but they insisted it was the room type we reserved. The toilet and the room were only separated by a curtain, with no door, offering zero privacy. So, when you book, remember to specify you don't want this room type. Breakfast had very limited options.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. We had an early train to catch, and they thoughtfully packed breakfast for us to take on the go. The environment was clean, the location was convenient, and it was nice and quiet.

The room was tiny and quite cold, which was a shame because the location right next to the train station was excellent. The breakfast was very basic, and given it was Carnival, the price was ridiculously inflated! Definitely not good value for money. Next time, I'd rather stay in Mestre; a 10-minute train ride to the main island would be much more cost-effective.
