Good location and service, beautiful decoration room, room amenities a little bit outdated.
A warm welcome and a helping hand with my luggage. The room was in Style of old Palazzi in Italy. The breakfast was typical Italy with a huge choice of different Pastries, bread, cheese, ham, fresh cutted fruits, yogurts. Everyday there was different warm dishes like Parmigiana or Lasagne and vegetables. On demand they prepared your eggs as like you want. Even a large variety of coffee was available...
The apartment was spacious and clean, offering great freedom which I really enjoyed! The staff also helped me with my luggage.
Had a fantastic experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming and the drinks were excellent. A special shout-out to the barmaid Naeem who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Great service like that really makes a place stand out. Highly recommended!
We will definitely be coming here again. Brilliant location, not in the busiest parts but a perfect walking distance to anything we wanted to do. Our room was spacious and clean, with complimentary water and coffee, tea etc. very appreciated. Every single staff member was lovely - greeting us each time we passed and very welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant, far beyond what we expected, with the...
Incredible from start to finish. The team is so friendly, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is on another level! Everything was delicious. I would definitely return. Thank you! LOYAL

Stayed here on March 10th and was very satisfied! The hotel is located in the first small alley to the left of the train station, about a 5-6 minute walk. The facade is, as expected, not very large, but the interior is very spacious. The decor is classic in style, with fabric-covered hallways that feel serene and profound. The front desk service was polite and attentive, always ready to help, and the...
Lovely continental breakfast. We got an Uber to the airport. The Uber pick up point was at Plaza Roma. The only way to get there was to cross th bridge with our heavy luggages, However luckily we booked a porter from the hotel. It costs 5 euros each bag. Service was amazing thank you.
Great breakfast, very convenient location close to the train station.
A wonderful hotel in every respect, despite only being 3 stars! It's located right next to the train station and Piazzale Roma, which is super convenient for those traveling with luggage. The breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the room was beautiful (we had an upgraded room). It has a great atmosphere. We've stayed in many hotels in Venice, but from now on, this is the only place...
Location is very good just a few minutes away from train station and nearby have a lot of restaurants. The room is spacious and comfortable.
The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879. All the staff are very friendly. They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that. The interior decoration is very vintage and classic. The breakfast is really out of our expectation. Overall a very cost effective choice! Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the...

The great energy of this over 500 year old building and the staff make this hotel a very special stay.
Amazing! The staff was very friendly and courteous. They provided us with the royal treatment. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great!
This hotel was a gem! It had an amazing garden and the staff were so attentive!
We loved everything about our stay here! Location--easy to walk everywhere we needed to but in a quiet location near a small canal. The staff was helpful and friendly in every way. We would highly recommend a stay here if you want to feel pampered and valued!

Great location with easy access from the train station with luggage. We had a canal view room, it was huge with a very nice view of the canal. Breakfast was very good, unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to enjoy the courtyard, however, it looks great. All the staff were very freindly and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend.
Friendly helpful staff. Allowed early check-in. Convenient short walk to/from Piazzale Roma for non-stop, luggage-supported ATVO bus to/from Venice Marco Polo airport.
The staff were awesome here and so accommodating. The location is good and the place has everything has everything you need for a decent price.
Great hotel, located near to all the major attractions, walking distances to Rialto, palace, churches plazas,10 minutes walking distance to train and buses stations, close by restaurants, gondola services and ferry services. Thumbs up!
the rooms and the staff were great at the hotel the breakfast was buffet and had tons of food and options.
We had a good stay overall — the location is great, about 15 minutes walking to the Grand Canal, and only 10 minutes from the train station even with luggage. We did everything on foot, no need for public transport. The breakfast was very nice, with good quality items (bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, fruits, eggs, etc.) and coffee machines. Basic. The room was dusty and one of the receptionists had a really unhelpful attitude. The location is just okay, and the rooms and front desk are in separate buildings. It's decent value for money during the off-season, nothing special.
Close to the pier, large, clean and beautiful room. A lot of minibar, so fantastic. Nice staff.
Beautifully designed hotel, small but cozy room with all the necessities. Loved that the minibar was complimentary and refilled daily. Good location as well!
Room is very nice. Nice decor. Good bed. clean. Good location, near to Vaparetto points.
Good location, convenience for travelling to different spots.

Did Not Disappoint Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.

We enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel room, preferring character vs sterile modern; also our suite was spacious and clean. We are in our 70’s, so we were happy to find that the hotel is located close to city center. The included breakfast had a wonderful variety along with freshly prepared food. Charming spot in Venice fair, Just a short stroll to St. Mark’s Square. Clean white sheets, fresh towels too, Wi-Fi strong and breakfast true. A budget gem, with charm and grace, Though stairs await—so set your pace. The lift goes up, but not all the way, So pack light bags if you plan to stay! Beautiful hotel, historical with service a food very good. Classic rooms, but not well maintained, but we came for the location and not too fussed about the quality. We had absolutely lovely time here. Great common area at 1st floor - authentic hall with high ceiling, complimentary sparkling wine, sweets and fruits, paintings and generally beautifully furnished interior. A family-style hotel, very unique and retro. The hotel I particularly like on this trip is the walk from the train station to the hotel. It will be very troublesome if the luggage is heavy. There are two or three bridges, and the hotel can help contact people on the island. A porter comes to help with the luggage and costs 20 euros for three pieces of luggage.

Try some Where else Not what I expected, for sure one of the Worst places I ever estayed, you have to make your one beds if you can call them that.

As a young solo traveler, I highly recommend Ostello Domus. The front staff Rebecca & Angela were very welcoming. They provided me with places for me to explore and even gave me a map with personal notes on it. I will Definitely recommend this place for any travelers I know going to Venice.

Standard and unremarkable, typical of tourist attractions
Second time at this hotel. All is good and also very good location to key attractives.
The room wasn't large, but it was quite charming, with old-fashioned decor. The view from the window overlooked the river, giving it a strong local feel. The staff were friendly, but a photocopy of your bank card was required upon check-in. Overall, a good experience.
Great location, amazing service, beautiful baroque style room. Definitely recommend!
The room I stayed in was on the third floor. It was a little old, but it was clean, had a good view, and the service was good. As for the location, it was difficult to carry a large suitcase from Santa Lucia Station because there were multiple stairs on the bridge.
The room was very gorgeous, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The waitress was very friendly. There is a thin line between running down and old charm feature. This property is more on the latter. Very convenient location though which allowed us to walk around until late...and didn't have to worry about taking a transport back to the room Polite and friendly staff though.
The hotel is tucked away in an alley, and we almost missed it when we were looking for it. Overall, it's pretty good. Although it's an older hotel, it's clean and tidy. It's quite close to the station, but if you have a large suitcase, you'll have to go over a large bridge with only stairs, which might be a bit tiring.
The room is relatively old, it’s clean but old. And whenever you leave the hotel, you have to pass the key back to the reception staff and retrieve after you’re back.
Our stay was wonderful. The room and the toilet was clean and spacious. Language barrier is a bit of issue everywhere in Italy.
