Excellent location with panoramic views of Osaka Bay! The room was spacious and offered fantastic scenery – I got to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Plus, it was super convenient for getting around!

The room was great, with a fantastic view of Osaka Bay. Breakfast, however, was just average.

The hotel is quite large, but they don't even offer coffee, and you have to queue for breakfast. The water pressure is very low. It's advertised as being close to the hot springs, but you still have to walk a bit to get there; it's not actually on the hotel grounds. Also, when you return to the hotel after 8 PM, all the shops in the mall are already closed.

Nice place to stay with special price to Onsem . Three stop to USJ . Basement got Daiso and big supermarket. Around got many restaurants and shops.

This hotel is truly a king of value for money! The environment, location, and service are all fantastic. We were especially impressed by the daily housekeeping details. If anyone I know is planning a trip to Osaka, the first place I'll recommend them to stay is definitely this hotel.

Stayed on the 49th floor... The view in the morning and the city lights at night... Wow, truly unforgettable. The room was spacious and clean. It's super convenient as there are subway stations just a few minutes' walk away. Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, a pharmacy, fast food joints, and a large hot spring (which costs extra). We stayed for 5 nights and I'd love to bring my kids and wife next time. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is great – clean and very tidy. The room size is a bit on the small side, but perfectly adequate. Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store and a bakery, making it super easy to grab food and essentials. There are also subway and JR stations nearby, so getting around is pretty convenient. Being on a high floor, the view is fantastic, and it offers excellent value for money. The only thing I'd warn against is visiting the 空庭温泉 (Solaniwa Onsen) near the hotel – it honestly wouldn't even offer 5% of the experience you'd expect from a typical hot spring/bathhouse in mainland China. 😂

The location is great, quite quiet, and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Getting around is super convenient, both to and from the airport and to the city center. I'm planning on staying here again next time I visit.

Excellent hotel! High floor with stunning city views. Super convenient location, close to JR Osaka Loop Line and METRO C Line Bentencho Station.

Overall, the facilities were decent. Watching movies costs 1000 yen. There are 51 floors in total, and the restaurant is on the 51st floor! We stayed on the 45th floor, and the view, as you can see in pictures 2 and 3, was great.
**Facilities:** As long as there's a bathtub, I'm happy. 🤭
**Cleanliness:** At least the room I stayed in was quite good. 👏
**Location:** It's quite close to the city center, right next to an elevated highway, but the soundproofing is incredibly good; I couldn't hear any traffic noise. 👍👍👍 Across the street, there's a FamilyMart, and both JR and subway stations are nearby, which is very convenient. 🙃🙃🙃
