It's a great place to relax and enjoy with a small or large group. The midnight noodles were delicious! The illuminations were also a 10-minute drive away, so we enjoyed them.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and it is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are all friendly especially Ms Lee, who speaks English very well . Magnificent. Owners are soft spoken and polite, rarely seen but appear immediately when summoned by the bell at reception. Immaculate location with a beautiful rooftop terrace view of Fuji. Free drinks and snacks at all times. Free bikes to use during your stay there and of a very high quality. This is the very best deal in town.

I had an amazing stay at Fuji Guesthouse - staff were so helpful and attentive and gave me all the information I needed for the area and to climb Mount Fuji. The bikes are free to hire so had a great cycle around the lake too. The rooftop was a lovely place to chill with an amazing view of Fuji. It was less social than other places but good for downtime. Would highly recommend.

Amazing rooftop hot springs, awesome breakfast, and full of local characteristics. Love that they have local wines by glass in the lobby, and the local dishes in their breakfast. Not to mention the proximity to the castle and all the restaurants. Highly recommended!

Really good hotel for Kofu and great location next to the station. They have 5-6 local wines available- I tried two and really liked one. The onsen is on the roof with a great view. If the room was a little bigger it would be 5 stars. I mean they had a luggage rack but there is not enough space to use it. Other than that it is very nice.

The location of hotel is close to JR station and some ski equipment rental shop. Hotel staff are friendly but some are not able to communicate in English fluently. I'd noticed this onsen hotel last year while skiing at GALA. It's really convenient, right on the hot spring street, and a very traditional Japanese onsen hotel.

Located 5mins away from oishi park meant that we could view Mt Fuji quite easily and whenever we wanted.
