He took us to all the places that we needed to go and picked us up free of charge. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and he organised a cake for her and a bottle of champagne for us free of charge
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a bit out of the way but Dave and his wife go to extremes to help you whenever they can. Also Dave's wife is an excellent cook so try a meal while you are there
We stayed here for a couple of nights and Dave the owner was so helpful. He speaks limited English but tried to help us out wherever possible
He recommended a ski rental shop, helped me to purchase the lift pass and every day he dropped me off or picked me up at the ski place. The breakfast every morning was also wonderful
Dave's wife made very tasty meals. And the portion was perfect for me to start a day of high-energy skiing. At the hotel, there is also a washing machine
I extended my stay for another day for a total of 6 days. Dave san made everything so easy
Bed a bit soft and I left my belongings inside which I thought my daughter check them in already, but due on I will not going back to hokkaido so soon therefore I didn't contact hotel about this matter, because I don't have any solution too, sad
Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year
The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath
fabulous location, entrance is right beside jetstar check in counter. free entrance to an awesome spa in the terminal mall
Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up
We stayed one night before our flight back to hometown and the reception was really nice and kind to accommodate us
30 mins drive from CTS airport. hotel is very family oriented and very cosy. Staff are friendly and always smiling at you, making you feel so welcome. dinner and breakfast portion is good and delicious
)
That said, everything is spotlessly clean. The hotel seems busy, but I was often in the bath alone. We could usually park right at the front door. The counter staff were wonderful- always helpful and friendly
This is a great place, the rooms are cozy, the onsen is the perfect temperatur and the breakfast is delicious
The best thing about this place however is the staff, they are super helpfull and kind, the gentleman behind the reception especially was so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tomakomai
The Japanese-style room is also very tasteful, and the tatami mats are fantastic
We had fresh towels and room cleaning every day and the cleaning staff were also lovely. We only ate once at the hotel
But stop to ask direction because I was quite lost to go Takasago Onsen (stop at the wrong bus stop). The staff was very kind to show me the direction (with some motivation)
This was a wonderful experience just remember the onsen closes in the morning so wake up and go
So thank you to him I have arrived my hotel safely
We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is located quite a distance from the city and is near the ski lifts and golf range, the reception is friendly and the hotel rooms are well-kept and clean
Wonderful hotel for family stay.
Spa and playroom provided. Extraordinary view to whole Asahikawa city! A bit far away from central but worthy to stay for 2 nights!!!

I picked the hotel thinking there was a sauna or onsen but there is a private sauna only which is at extra cost. Bedroom and bed are ok, breakfast is good but a tiny slice of bacon with the pancakes is not right
The nearest station is nearby, so it's easy to get to.
The hotel is clean and stylish. The customer service was also polite and excellent.
It also has a sauna and a cafe, so I was very satisfied.
The room was pretty spacious (enough to open 2 large luggages) and very clean! Place was also near amenities like family mart and the subway station! They also had their own in house coin washing machine a dryer
The surrounding area is quiet, which was great after a long day out. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Although not very large (typical Japan size), the layout was practical and comfortable
The bed was firm and provided a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers very good value for money in Sapporo
I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Potmum. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station, making it easy to explore the city
Places to eat are only available a few and for more affordable foods you have to go Hirafu. Shuttle bus is available to Hirafu and kutchan station. Onsen at the hotel is absolutelly stunning
The location is superb, an absolute paradise if you're an experienced skier! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the outdoor hot springs are amazing!
(Photography isn't allowed in the onsen; I asked staff if I could take a quick shot of the empty area when no one was around in the morning. Please respect onsen etiquette and don't embarrass our countryfolk
The hotel offers natural onsens (hot springs), multiple dining options, a fitness centre, spa and cosy lounges — perfect for unwinding after a day in the snow. Rooms often boast impressive views of Mt
The Hilton Niseko Village is a highly recommended resort hotel in Niseko, Japan, especially for ski lovers and nature seekers
The hotel itself is a bit dated and could benefit from renovation, but it functions well and remains comfortable. If this hotel were a person, it would be polite, reliable… and slightly overdue for a new suit
In good location and Family Mart just next to it, everything is good but the toilet a bit small and drainage in the toilet is smelly. Perhaps the smell from the bathtub drain. Nonetheless we enjoyed the Onsen on floor
I've already reviewed it! It was a good experience!
Had twin beds. Spacious roon.Right in the city. Convenient stores nearby. Onsen on 3rd n 5th floor. Breakfast ok as i dont eat much but can improve on coffee. Did not pay any tax at hotel. Car parking Y3,600 for 2 days.
Pro: great location with convenient shop at downstairs. Near to subway station.
Breakfast was average.
Cons : the hotspring is not clean and the temperature is not stable. Not hot at all.
Service: We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM and were told we could store our luggage first, but check-in wasn't until after 3 PM. We dropped off our bags and went out to explore
The location is great, right next to Tanukikoji, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Don Quijote. Facilities: There's a hot spring, but I didn't get a chance to use it
After 10 stops in Japan I can say Tokyu Stay is my favorite hotel chain. In-room laundry is so nice for long term travel and they always provide the quintessential hotel amenities
The only saving grace is that I came at off season hence I paid only 12,500 yen ($100sgd) per room per night, and would NOT be willing to pay anything more than 13,000 yen per night…
You can just go on your own and choose whichever restaurant and dish you like?????
Idk man service is very important for a stay and I would not want anyone to leave Hakodate with a bad taste just because the service staff at Tokyu Hakodate was unpleasant
Also my tip is not to get the breakfast as it’s just a ticket that allows you to redeem it from any of their chosen 18 restaurants at the morning market
Also do not bother asking for a late checkout, they carve a fee or a 10,000yen even for a later check out of 1hour
Also it’s right at the area of the morning market so it was nice having access to fresh seafood at your door step
I really love this winkel village! It's just a short walk to Asarigawaonsen Ski Resort for skiing. We can enjoy BBQs even in winter and the private outdoor onsen right outside the room is a huge bonus for my family
A pearl.
First time in Hokkaido and Asarigawa, but hopefully not the last.
Location is beautiful, practical for families and local people are very friendly.
Thanks to Winkel village team, great memories.
Aymen
You can buy firewood to keep warm at night, the atmosphere is great, and the children had a great time experiencing firewood for the first time. The semi-open-air hot spring is also very comfortable
This is the first time we tried the Onsen in Japan. I was surprised that my girl loves it. The crew will come to replace the Onsen water everyday. The location is good for ski lovers too.
Definitely planning to return! Great value for the money. Note:
We took a taxi from Otaru Station to Winkel Village and it cost around 5,000 yen. The price was reasonable too
As for the outdoor hot spring, it is really not cold at all in the sub-zero temperature. After the bath, just put on the bathrobe and rush into the room to take a bath
It was snowing and hard to reach there but now and warm w
It was a pity that the weather was a little bad.
Of course it's perfect for people who like horses, but in addition to the horse-related facilities on the vast grounds, there are places where you can play putter golf and soccer (apparently reservations are required), and there's also a grassy area where you can play Frisbee or catch
Also, the toilet in the room is separated from the bathroom washroom and there is no hand washing facility, so you have to touch the doorknob to go to the washroom after you relieve yourself before washing your hands
Guests can relax in the public bath. The food is buffet style, but I don't think there is anything special on the menu. I think fried chicken and fried shrimp are frozen
If it were to be built like this, I would like the toilet to have a hand basin and a towel rack
