Excellent, highly recommended for families with children. Kids under 12 stay for free. An extra bed costs 1000 JPY. They also provide complimentary bottled water daily. The hotel boasts an amazing view, offering a stunning panoramic of Sapporo's snowy nightscape. The room size and space were also quite generous, which is a rarity for hotels in Japan. This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM. The hygiene and service were both very good. Definately one of the better APA hotels I've stayed at. Nice hotel with good service and an onsen. The rooms are quite small but ours had a great view which includes the national diet building (not in picture). If you are here because you want to be next to the diet building or the prime Minister's residence, this is the perfect hotel. However a lot of restaurants and convenience stores are much further away.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was wonderful! They helped with all our questions and allowed us to leave our luggage longer. At check-in, we found a clean and cozy room, complete with clothes, welcome drinks, and various toiletries. Highly recommend! A solid 10/10.

It's not very cheap, and it's an old capsule. I think the large public bath is nice. I chose the Royal Capsule, but I didn't really understand what was so royal about it. You can't bring in food or drinks, it's a hassle to go out, and there are many other things that make it difficult to use.

Located in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel's general location is excellent, it's clean, and the staff are very friendly. However, the surrounding commercial district definitely felt a not-clean.

Got a room a good price, emergency stay, air conditioning is not controlled by the user, rooms are very small, with a desk, also toilet rooms, but APA hotels have onsens as far as I know if you don't mind going to public bathrooms.

Great value for a hotel smack dab in the middle of all of Nagoya's action. We chose this hotel due to the breakfast buffet option, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and amenities.
