The room's decor is a bit on the dark side, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs. My friend's room even had a view of Tokyo Tower.

For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.

The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries. You can sit downstairs, enjoy the scenery, and soak up the sun. I'm planning to return in the spring!

Better than the reviews.  Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle. The free shuttle bus is very handy. The staff are amazing.

This hotel is pretty standard for a cheap Japanese business hotel experience, so no complaints about the amenities, but they still use physical keys for the hotel rooms, and they ask that you leave the key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel which is pretty annoying.

Room: Small, but cheap and very clean. Not really enough sockets for the number of things you need to charge these days. Service: The hotel let me leave my suitcase with them both before and after check-in and check-out. They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata. There's a Don Quijote about a ten-minute walk away, and a Family Mart right downstairs. The service at the hotel was excellent; someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.

The hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help. The room is very small, about 26 square meters, but it feels less than 20. A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? It might be the off-season, so the price was really good. Check-in was at 2 PM, an hour earlier than most hotels, and I could extend check-out until noon. Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya. Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.

Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator. Very convenient stay!

At first I really couldn't find the main door. I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The environment is very beautiful and the soup is also good!

The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. Everything else could be awesome but at the end of the day it's a hotel and if the beds are terrible it loses out on a couple stars.

The cabin felt like being in a forest, perfect for a summer trip. However, the facilities are a bit dated, making the experience less comfortable. I should have booked a room in the main building. That would have made accessing the hot springs and gym much more convenient.

This was my first time in Karuizawa, and I picked this hotel blindly, but it turned out to be even better than I expected. The hotel is right next to the outlets, making shopping, getting around, and dining all super convenient. The room decor was also very cozy.

Unexpectedly close to both the outlet mall and the JR station, it's within walking distance. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are spacious too, with both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths. It's a great place for couples and families with kids to stay.

The location is incredibly convenient! Right across the street after getting off the airport bus. It's super close to Umeda Station and Osaka Station. The room size and facilities match the price, and the service is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, and Yodobashi Camera is right opposite.

I stayed here for the last two nights of my Kyushu trip. The room had a massage chair, which was a huge relief after a week of driving. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn't a big issue for me. This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at their Kyoto location before. They offer self check-in, and rooms are generally cleaned every three days, though you can get fresh towels daily. It's conveniently located near several subway stations, with the Ginza station just over 200 meters away. There's also an observation deck on the top floor with some nice views.

It was a great experience staying here at Henn na Hotel Premier Asakusa Tawaramachi. Very accessible to different restaurants, shopping centers specially donki and also to transpo like the train. Love staying here! Also it was a great choice because there’s a conbini store (family mart beside and 7/11 across the street)

The location is fantastic, very close to Tabata-machi subway station, and Asakusa Station is just about a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to both major airports directly from Asakusa Station without any transfers.

Nice to have welcome drinks and foods. Room size is just suitable. General breakfast like most hotels but it has some Fukuoka signature dishes. Of course it’s not like those signature restaurants but more like home-cooking taste.

Hotel is a 5 min walk from Shin Osaka station (exit 4) which makes it convenient.  Many restaurants and eateries at Shin Osaka station. Wide selection of Japanese and Western choices at hotel buffet breakfast - sashimi (salmon and tuna), miso soup, ramen, fried prawns, sukiyaki beef, fruits (pineapples, mangoes), breads, hotdogs, bacons etc.

Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track. Location is good for those traveling to Osaka via Shinkansen as hotel is near to Shin-Osaka station. Easy to find foods and traveling to most of the tourists attractions.

This is my second time staying here. The shuttle from Maihama to the hotel is super convenient, and there's also a direct bus from Haneda Airport. Plus, the shuttle to Disney is very handy. This is an excellent alternative to staying at Disneyland. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is excellent. You can't get a straight transaction between the hotel and Disneyland You need to take the shuttle bus to a stop, then take the Disneyland train to Disneyland. This is quite inconvenient.

Halekulani Okinawa stands out for both its significant strengths and weaknesses. **Pros:** (1) As a newly built hotel, the facilities are much newer than other hotels.
