The hotel is massive.. meaning we had to walk far to reach on room. There was also a conference there meaning lots of people. The location is quite far from transport. The walk back from shinagawa station is all up hill. Nevertheless we had a good stay..

My experience was exceptional, thanks to the incredible services! The staffs went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. Coupled with the outstanding quality and stunning locations, I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately we cannot experience the breakfast this time, will definitely manage to try it next time! This trip deepens my appreciation and I cannot wait to return for more!

Traveling with kids, the triple room was perfect, and all three of us slept soundly. The small balcony offered a view of Tokyo Tower, though nearby construction did obstruct the scenery a bit.

We had a very relaxing weekend with a nice view. The atmosphere was calm, and the breakfast buffet included both Japanese and Western style options, so there was something for everyone.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the service is really good. It's very close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to walk everywhere. Plus, there's a large 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient.

The staff is helpful to guide guests to use the check in-out system, pretty advanced and very interesting compare to other hotels. If you’re visiting Tokoname area, this can be a great place to stay and easy access to airport other facilities. I like the infrastructures built around this hotel.

I stayed at Toyoko Inn Hotel Chubu International Airport 2 during a flight transit, and it’s suitable for a short stay mainly because of its convenient location near the airport. This hotel is conveniently located near Central Japan International Airport's terminal, which was perfect for my flight. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. It was my last meal before leaving Japan, and I really enjoyed having my favorite miso soup and natto again.

The views are nice. The breakfast selection on the 1st floor has gotten smaller, but the restaurant on the 30th floor is still quite good.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was great for relaxing. Check-in was very quick, thanks to the front desk staff. The room temperature was perfect, the air conditioning was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable.

Very good service overall, but I had to leave a 4 star for overall, the room we were assigned was very loud and my 3 years old had trouble falling asleep. Other than the above, everything was exceptional, the housekeeping team who cleaned our room daily saw that we had a lot of empty bottles of water, and they did refill with the room with enough water without having us to call and request for more...

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and excellent service. The view from the room is so special.  It was so lovely.  I did not close the curtain at night just because I wanna see the fantastic view when I open my eyes.  You can see X’mas fireworks from your window as well.

The hotel's location is great, with several subway lines nearby making travel very convenient. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and there's a lovely garden on the 4th floor. Overall is really nice and relaxing to stay. There is public onsen where there are both inside and outside which I found very enjoyable. This hotel has many tourists including tour groups and others causing a long line for laundry. I really hope there are more of it. Located in the southern district, a car is definitely essential for getting around. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 200% highly recommend this hotel — it’s incredibly family-friendly! I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. For a single person the room can be considered enough if not intend to stay many hours in the hotel, the location is ok very convenient that the Blue meteo line is exactly outside the main entrance but the rest are falling short. For me was the cheapest option for the last minute trip and didn't mind the accomodation too much, but still it fell crowded and small.

The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular. They've incorporated a lot of self-service options.

Good location, staff nice and helpful

The location is super convenient, right across from JR Shinagawa Station, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help. Everything went well, check-in and check-out were quick, and cleaning was done every day. There's a coffee machine in the room.

I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. I stay here often for business trips, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport and makes transferring to various train lines really easy.
