Only the facade and lobby look grand. The only good thing is the airport shuttle goes directly there. Nothing else was good. The room was large but very rundown. The bathroom lighting was dim.

Trust me on this, even though the hotel is old, the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's been a long time since I've slept so soundly. Plus, while the exterior is dated, the interior rooms have been renovated. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also a nice touch.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's truly a classic, established hotel. The service was very nice, and the hygiene was excellent. Plus, there's a 24-hour drugstore right next door!

I booked this hotel for a concert... The location is excellent, with two 24-hour drugstores downstairs and two convenience stores. There's a smoking room in the lobby on the first floor, with a self-service drink machine right outside. It looks like you need to swipe your card to go up, but you can actually use the elevator without swiping. The room isn't small; I could open my suitcase completely...

Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Still very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!

This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor. Location was good, not overly loud location, but there did not seem to be effective elevators nor laundry services for the size of this hotel. There are only 7 washer/dryer combo units for a building with 14 floors! The walls are also thin and you can hear every knock from your neighbors. The hotel is just across the Hiroshima station. So you can easily access to anywhere by tram, metro or train. Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. I've stayed there 3 times (in September )and have had an excellent experience every time. My only complaint is that the pool has never been open at night. When it was open during the day it was crowded with kids. It would be great to have a separate adults-only pool, with drinks, open into the evening. That would make for a true resort experience.

They only clean your room every fourth day of your stay. The room is relatively small but has almost everything you need. But the location is superb, literally just next to the Osaka Station, just have to get out from the right exit gate. There's also a bus terminal just outside the hotel and you can purchase the bus ticket to the airport on the same day of your departure.

there’s only one thing i wanna feedback is about this hotel they use centralised air conditioning. I’m travelling in early dec, that is only for heater… which we have to request to the hotel to open up the window for cold air to flow in - which mean the temperature is uncontrollable, is whether u have to open up narrower or wider of the window to decide and most likely you can’t get a ideal temperature...

We liked a lot the location - close to all the shops you might need. Our room was quiet small, for two beds and two futons. We enjoed our stay especially because of the breakfast. A wade range of dishes including vegetables, meats, fruits. A bit japanese style, a bit european style.

Excellent location, very close to Jusan (Juso) subway station, making it easy to get to Umeda. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so it's not noisy at night. There are also many restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

The ski-in/ski-out access at this hotel is incredibly convenient. The hotel also boasts a wide range of facilities. After a day of skiing, you can relax and soothe your tired muscles in the hot spring. Everything was great, except for the limited selection at the hotel's convenience store.

The rooms are tiny. Breakfast is the same and never changes. We asked for a thick layer of dust to be removed, but no one has done so in four days.

The morning buffet is great. It's a semi-buffet style where you can choose between Japanese or Western main dishes, but you can also have as much bread and rice as you want, so you can pretty much eat both. The free ramen in the evening was also quite tasty. The waiting lobby also has a luxurious feel.

This was my first time traveling to Kanazawa, so I was a little nervous, but this was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly, and the accommodations seemed clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, and the large bath was fantastic. Next time I visit Kanazawa, I'll definitely book at the Manten Hotel again.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms and hard products in general are dated but they’re kept clean. Service is good. The location isn’t very convenient besides the Miyajima ferry service departing from the hotel but most rooms come with a view. Their public path isn’t free (free for me as a platinum member) and isn’t big enough. I tried a couple of restaurants on site and they were good as well.

Not Tattoo friendly Breakfast cost 20 USD per person, the food was nice and the view is great but I wouldn’t say it was worth 20 dollars. Great hotel, the view from the room was great, with a long window stretching to the length of the room. The hotel’s public bath was great, please note that you have to pay an extra, but that extra is only 500¥ if you join the « loyalty program », which we did.
