Unexpectedly good! I had to find a hotel at the last minute and was so pleased with my stay. The room was perfectly clean, and both the bathroom and the room itself were spacious and comfortable.

So lucky I picked this hotel! The next day, on my way out, I passed by the Kyoto Imperial Palace and actually got into the line for walk-ins without a reservation, within the first 100 people – you usually have to book months in advance, so that was amazing! The hotel surroundings are very quiet, the room was standard but perfectly adequate, and it offers great value for money.

I really liked this hotel. Everything is so nice. I had small issue that we didnt get room clean for 3 days entire stay. Upon complaint, they said cleaning only on request. So i felt instructions were not clear when checked on. But i like the hotel other than that experience. I strongly recommend.

The place is good and clean but the staff must focus on the reservation to avoid double booking which was happened to me. It was make us felt stressed.

Nice, calm and compact hotel situated in a neighborhood (no traffic sounds). Very comfortable beds 🛌, I had a great sleep. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t offer anything except of the most basic necessities (amenities), but for sleeping over it is good enough. Walkable distance to the imperial palace park, walkable to the centre, very good location. The room(s) could use deeper cleaning of the dust in the rooms (see pictures).

Location is a bit far from the shopping and halal food. The room is clean and spacious.
