When I order food, I wish they would stop handing it to me. I wish they would bring it to me at the door or inside. Please fix the water and shower faucet. And the jacuzzi too. The service is good, but I wish they would fix that one thing.

The small town of Otsu is a place I really love. It's quiet, not crowded with tourists, and right next to Lake Biwa. The tea room in the common area is beautiful, with a small garden, and the public bathroom is very clean. The only downside is that the all-wooden townhouses have almost no sound insulation, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who have trouble sleeping.
