The location is good for night life

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Clean, friendly staff were very helpful. Big on recycling and sustainability which is important to us. Nice room, beds were not large but okay for two. Location is great. Close to nightlife and shinjuku station (7 minutes away) but quiet rooms. Breakfast was also very good with large selection and quality food. When I return I will stay here again! Picture is view from my room.

The facilities are too old and it's quite a distance from Shinjuku Station by subway. The hygiene wasn't good either. I won't be booking again.

It was a lovely stay at citadines. Lawson is just right below the hotel and another 7-11 nearby. It's within walking distance to the shopping district (Uniqlo, GU, Disney store, onitsuka tiger etc.). Highly recommended!

• 5–8 minutes walk to JR Shinjuku Station and nearby metro stations.
• Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, nightlife, and shopping.
• Very convenient if you plan to move around Tokyo a lot.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the housekeeping team did a great job. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming, and the breakfast service in the morning was excellent. We were warmly greeted and served freshly baked croissants, which we really enjoyed.
The only downside was that the room was small, which was slightly disappointing. However, overall we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed both the accommodation and breakfast. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.

Was good. Location is in Shinjuku. Around 9 mins walk from station. Basic room. Pillows were not comfortable though. Bad: Only 1 way escalator going either up and down which changes direction occasionally which is quite weird. Otherwise, there is an elevator.

This was not a good experience. The first room had what looked like flying insects. After contacting Trip.com, the hotel changed our room, but the new room was incredibly stuffy and hot. The air conditioning only blew natural air, no cold air, and the windows couldn't be opened. We had to leave the door open to air it out. In 10-degree weather, I was forced to sleep naked with the door closed for a night, otherwise, I'd be sweating. Honestly, there's not much more to say. Aside from the good location, everything else was extremely disappointing. I've flown to Japan almost 10 times in three years, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this.
