Location is good , it is easy to walk to Ginza . But no service pick up luggage, Self carry ! Abit hard for me because I have 4 luggage for 2 people .

We stayed here for three nights and really loved our time at the hotel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My boyfriend is a Titanium member, so we received complimentary breakfast every morning. The food was simple, but we were satisfied and it was a nice way to start the day.
I visited the gym once—it was quite small and had very limited equipment, but it worked for a quick workout. My boyfriend spent some time in the business center and enjoyed it a lot, especially since there was a coffee machine available.
Although the hotel wasn’t able to upgrade our room, we still had a great overall experience and would happily stay here again.

If you're purely looking to shop, the location is truly excellent. Being in Ginza, there are countless shops and restaurants nearby, all within a short walk. We booked a deluxe room this time, which was a good size and had decent soundproofing. However, hotel prices in Tokyo are definitely not cheap, so in terms of value for money, it's a bit lacking. The front desk and restaurant staff were all very professional, friendly, and provided excellent service 👍

Room is very clean and very comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient for commutation. There is good ramen Kyoto style behind the hotel Asperger the below photo.

Environment: The hotel boasts an excellent location in Ginza 6-chome, surrounded by a plethora of eateries, cafes, bars, shopping options, and luxury boutiques all in one convenient stretch.
Facilities: The showerhead's water pressure was impressively strong and invigorating.
Hygiene: Overall, it was quite good. The bedding was very comfortable, perfectly suiting my personal preferences.
Breakfast is a buffet served on the first floor, offering items like steamed dumplings and meat buns, which definitely cater to a Chinese palate. The condiment selection was quite rich.

The room isn't huge, but for Ginza, it's a decent size. It was clean and tidy, and most importantly, super convenient for getting around. There are also lots of great food options nearby. The service was warm and attentive. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, perfect spot, front desk staff (everyone I saw) were speak English fluently which is good for tourists.
We got an upgraded one step to a moderate room and breakfast every days, as a Platinum Elite Member. We also use the laundry service from outsourcing company but the front desk staff has been very helpful. Thank you so much.

A very pleasant stay overall. The service was great and the room quality and condition were excellent. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The room felt slightly on the smaller side, which is understandable. We would have appreciated a few more halal friendly or vegetarian options at breakfast. Aside from that, a great stay and a place we would happily recommend.

A comfortable hotel with a Japanese and stylish concept. Cheap for a location in Ginza. It is new and very clean and beautiful. Is breakfast the only negative point to be a Pronto at the intersection next to Kabuki-za?
Is the room originally assigned defective in air conditioning?
It was cold and I was able to respond properly to the room change.
I am using the Tobu Three Brothers Hotel in Higashi-Ginza, but I would like to stay here again.
