Overall the hotel was just what we expected. It was clean. It was small but good for the value. The neighborhood was nice. It felt local with lots of great restaurants around.

Tiny room - knew it would be compact, but hard to get passed TV without knocking anything and no where to put suitcases. Construction outside was noisy, but clearly this was not the hotel's fault. Service was impeccable, with kind and helpful concierge.

Nice location, peaceful and clean. Easy to reach from the subway station Kayabacho. Checking in and checking out went smoothly, and the personnel helped us to forward the luggage’s to Kyoto. Small room but enough space to pack up your bags if you put all three beds together. We made sure to get a room on ground floor which had its own entrance. Very comfortable beds and modern/clean room. Great location near JR Takadanobaba. Easy self check-in on tablet. Can recommend.

Great location near Takadanobaba station. Room was kinda small for 3 people, but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was neat and elegant. There are cool nearby cafés like Delifrance and amenities like arcade centers.

The location is a bit hard to find, but otherwise it's pretty good

It was great to have such a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, there were no amenities, so you need to bring your own. The plug in the bathtub was broken, so the water drained out, and the sink stopper was also broken. But it was quiet, which was nice.

Absolutely fantastic! It had everything, even an iron. The washing machine was a washer-dryer combo, and the apartment itself was very spacious.

This is an international chain hotel, and you see a lot of Westerners here. The room is quite small, with tatami mats throughout, and I appreciated the foot massage machine. There's also a public bath on the top floor. I used a Trip.com voucher, and the fact that there's no weekend surcharge makes it an amazing deal for a Tokyo hotel. The room was quite small, but it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Ginza. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk from the exit to the hotel.

The room is quite small and only accommodates 2 people. It was clearly stated that an extra bed could be added when placing the order, but it was not allowed at the front desk. We were forced to book another room.

An absolutely terrible experience. Ctrip stated there would be two beds plus two tatami mats. Upon arrival, I found out the two tatami mats weren't standard; you had to lay them out yourself, separated by just two sheets. It's unbelievable that Ctrip advertised two tatami mats.

Lovely staff, super helpful especially in filling in the luggage transport forms! It is a super quiet neighborhood so we felt a bit bad dragging along noisy suitcases when we left. Breakfast was great but some guests were just so loud and the place is small with many sharing space in a large table, so it was a bit annoying for a couple of mornings.

Nezu, part of the charming 'Yanesen' district, truly radiates a nostalgic, old-Tokyo atmosphere and a wonderful sense of local community.
