Flexstay Inn Ekoda, Tokyo1 / 20

Tokyo, 8-6, Sakaecho, Nerima-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Overall the hotel was just what we expected. It was clean. It was small but good for the value. The neighborhood was nice. It felt local with lots of great restaurants around.
Good but expensive. Everything is good, daytime reception very kindness but nigt reception very rude person. He didn't help any. One problem is adapter. In picture i show
A hotel in Ekoda that's almost perfect for solo travelers, aside from the building being a bit old. It has everything you need.
Very near a convenience store, restaurants, supermarket. Accessible to train stations as well.
One of my fevorite budget hotel in Japan. Good price with full equipmemts and staffs are amazing.
Not within your typical central core region of Tokyo but that means its nested with more local neighbourhood. Great location for me, good escape from the city life.  That said, hotel is located walking distance from 2 train stations on different lines so fairly convenient to get around! Hotel staff are easy going, yet professional! Definitely consider staying there again!  Oh! And did i mention 2 super...

The rooms happened to be too small for 2 people with luggages. There was no space to open the suitcases. On tbe photos looked much bigger...
Tiny room - knew it would be compact, but hard to get passed TV without knocking anything and no where to put suitcases. Construction outside was noisy, but clearly this was not the hotel's fault. Service was impeccable, with kind and helpful concierge.
The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's super convenient for getting anywhere. The room is a bit small, but the fantastic location makes up for everything else. It's just a few minutes by taxi from Tokyo Station.
Fantastic Amenities & Prime Location! This hotel is located in a great spot, nestled in a lively area surrounded by local residences and many great restaurants. The amenities are top-notch—they even sell metro tickets at the front desk, so you can skip the lines at the station! I was also impressed to find a luggage scale available. Best of all, they offer ReFa hair dryers, straighteners, and curling...
Location is very good and easy access. Just a few walking distance to nearby train stations. Quiet room and friendly services.
Nice location, peaceful and clean. Easy to reach from the subway station Kayabacho. Checking in and checking out went smoothly, and the personnel helped us to forward the luggage’s to Kyoto. The rooms are majorly 16 m2 so if you have big luggage’s moving around the room is hard but doable, we mastered Tetris and space usage. Don’t panic if sometimes your bed shakes as it’s common for the volcanic area...

The hotel is convenient, clean, and close to Disneyland. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is a typical modern Japanese-style twin room, with the toilet and bathroom separated. The room is quite spacious, featuring two 1.4-meter beds placed side-by-side, easily accommodating four people. It's equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and three frying pans, so you can cook your own meals. To get to Tokyo Disney, you'll need to take a bus, which costs 280 JPY. The hotel is located very conveniently to station and restaurants. Has a very large outdoor hot spring.
The accommodations were awesome, accessible to Subway in less than 5min, and can soak into a hot spring after you shop all day long.. nearby got supermarket, 7-11, Lawson, family mark and more.. come and explore it.. free mini ramen for your supper.. hehe
As a Canadian I love staying here. It was really great, good location and not that busy. Staff are friendly.
Room is clean. Breakfast and late night ramen is tasty. However the room is a bit small for 2 people.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, but everything is on the small side – the rooms, restaurant, hot spring, and even the lobby. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Location: The hotel is located in Akihabara, very close to the subway station on foot. The surrounding area is bustling, with excellent shopping and dining options. Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The bed is absolutely too small for 2 normal size adults to sleep comfortably.

The location is a bit of a stretch, but... I think it couldn't be better for an accommodation in Tokyo at this price point! Thanks to you, I had a great stay.
Small room but enough space to pack up your bags if you put all three beds together. We made sure to get a room on ground floor which had its own entrance. Very comfortable beds and modern/clean room. Great location near JR Takadanobaba. Easy self check-in on tablet. Can recommend.
- stayed here for 7+ days. - Had a washer/dryer combo machine (you may have to dry 2x or hang to air dry). Make sure you buy your own laundry detergent! - had loads of towels, kitchen utensils, fridge, kitchen sink - 5 min walk from Takadanobaba Station - the neighborhood looks not as great but the rooms are excellent! - you will pass a Family Mart and 7/11 from the train station! Food convenience...
Great location near Takadanobaba station. Room was kinda small for 3 people, but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was neat and elegant. There are cool nearby cafés like Delifrance and amenities like arcade centers.
I saw that there were service and reservation issues because it was unmanned, but we didn't have any reservation issues and the password to enter was sent to our email. There were three of us, and although the room seemed small, it was okay. I used it like that because it was convenient to open the carrier and put it under the bed. There were also cooking utensils, so it was nice to be able to cook...

It was great to have such a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, there were no amenities, so you need to bring your own. The plug in the bathtub was broken, so the water drained out, and the sink stopper was also broken. But it was quiet, which was nice.
Great location, no unpleasant odors in the room, and excellent service.
Very nice near in train station
The location is near train station, also there are several convenience stores nearby, room is not too big (standard budget hotel in Japan). Cleanliness is good, overall good
The room is clean. Few minutes walk from the train station, fast food restaurant and convenience store. Express check out. You just need to drop the key card.

The room isn't big, but it's spotless. It has a washing machine, TV, and air conditioning, making it a pretty compact yet refined space, perfect for couples. Walking distance to Ginza area. A wonderful choice for whoever enjoys ashopping tour.
This is an international chain hotel, and you see a lot of Westerners here. The room is quite small, with tatami mats throughout, and I appreciated the foot massage machine. There's also a public bath on the top floor. I used a Trip.com voucher, and the fact that there's no weekend surcharge makes it an amazing deal for a Tokyo hotel. The room was quite small, but it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Ginza. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk from the exit to the hotel.
Facilities: The beds can be moved together, and the room isn't small. The open-air bath on the rooftop is very relaxing. Environment: Very convenient for getting to Ginza. The room is quite small and only accommodates 2 people. It was clearly stated that an extra bed could be added when placing the order, but it was not allowed at the front desk. We were forced to book another room.
The room facilities are very complete ~ but the toilet smells bad... We are 4 adults and 2 children ~ the toilets in both rooms are very smelly... But I will be returning to China soon and I will bring my children with me so I didn't bother to change rooms...

Lovely staff, super helpful especially in filling in the luggage transport forms! It is a super quiet neighborhood so we felt a bit bad dragging along noisy suitcases when we left. Breakfast was great but some guests were just so loud and the place is small with many sharing space in a large table, so it was a bit annoying for a couple of mornings.
Nice location, but *********** and Trip.com’s high ratings and pictures were a bit deceiving. Rooms are tiny, there’s not an inch of storage for clothes or luggage. Bathrooms were not super clean and were cheap looking prefabricated units. As a 70kg 180cm person I found it quite uncomfortable to use the toilet. Toilet seats are tiny and the leg space when sitting is incredibly tight. Service was...
Great location and very helpful staff. Really nice breakfast, with some variety. The room was a bit small but it's normal for Japan.
Overall, it was pretty good! **Cleanliness**: Relatively clean. **Environment**: Nice, just a bit far from the station. **Service**: Overall, it was okay. The hotel toothbrush was really bad 🤣 and it's a bit far from the station. The breakfast was all vegetarian, so it was a little hard to feel full. For this price, I'm generally satisfied!
Hotel Graphy Nezu is good, private bathroom is good, good, good...
The location is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from Nezu subway station. Nezu, part of the charming 'Yanesen' district, truly radiates a nostalgic, old-Tokyo atmosphere and a wonderful sense of local community. It was just okay. The only real plus is its proximity to the subway station, and having a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby is convenient. If you're not too picky about your accommodation, it's an option. The room was small but relatively clean.
