Tokyo, 1-3-2 Nishinippori, Arakawa (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was huge, big enough for the kids to play hide-and-seek, and the kitchen had all the basic amenities.
The best hotel experience in my life. 100% will come again! ありがとうございます!
Room was clean and spacious bed were soft metro stations are near
Easy self check in using the tablet in the lobby. Room has a distinct smell when you enter. Nearest station is 5 min walk. It is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhoodo
Nice location and room space are decent and have a living room and kitchen, parking outside also cheap.
The place is very nice, clean and cozy. The room is quite wide for my family of 5 it's more than enough and comfort. It's near Mikawashima st so it's easy to explore tokyo. We sure will stay there again in our next visit.

Tokyo, 7-17-15 Roppongi, Minato-ku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Reasonable price for family trip. Easy and convenient to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and politely throughout the vacation.
This hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's right by the subway station, with tons of malls and restaurants nearby. You can even walk to tourist attractions, making travel super convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
The hotel's front desk is in the basement. The room I was given was on the first floor below ground, so it was very dark with poor lighting. I found the front desk service to be just average, neither warm nor cold. The room only has a shower, no bathtub, and it's extremely small; larger individuals might hit their elbows.
I went there before my check in timing and the staff was so friendly and helpful they gave us umbrellas to take out in rain and plus there’s a free ice cream machine 🍦 it’s super near to the main road and near from bus station and train station 🚉
I’ve never given such a negative review to a hotel before. While the location was good, but the reception staff were hardly welcoming—they rarely smiled and didn’t even greet guests. The hotel service was really poor.
Even though I was paying to stay there, I felt as if I was asking for a favor rather than being treated like a paying guest.
I've never left a bad review before, but this time I really can't hold back. First, let's talk about the room facilities: The bathroom is spacious, but it only has a very narrow glass shelf that can't even fit a toiletry bag. There are also very few outlets, only two, which is extremely inconvenient. Next, the service: I arrived at the hotel at 2:45 PM, and the front desk said I couldn't check into...

Room was nice and clean. The location was perfect and close to everything for getting quick essentials. Also, the Indian restaurant across the street has fantastic curry meals.
Very clean, cosy, good facility and great location.
The family enjoyed our 6 nights stay. We Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you🤗
Check in process was easy, rooms were clean, had great amenities. Washing machine was great and easy to use.
Very roomy 4 bed bunk beds with a kitchen area and seperate bathroom. There is no staff on site but the check in process via tablet was simple enough
Only real issue is that there is no elavator and a very narrow staircase if you have big luggage
It met our expectations, was clean, had good utilities, nice balcony, good location, easy check in process. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable.
If they can add the elevator, it would be better for the customer's with luggages.

Very comfortable, the bed is very soft! There are restaurants in the alleys. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from JR.
Such a comfortable place to stay. I will choose this one again in the future. I recommend it to everyone.
I used this hotel on a family trip. It was my first time checking in, so I was a bit confused, but the instructions were very clear and I think it would be useful once you figured out how to use it.
The amenities were also good. I'd like to use this hotel again.
Lovely stay, would stay again but the prices per night fluctuate a lot

Great hotel. Very good area and nice shopping center near by. There is no front desk. Only key pads make sure you get you pin to enter hotel
Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was really great, it was only a few minutes walk from the shops and train station, it was a very quiet little area. Still very close to a 711 and supermarkets if we needed anything. The room was very spacious with one bunk for our two kids and two king singles for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was also great to have a kitchen and dining...
Nice clean hotel, was also new , quite area with local people. easy access to metro and shops. enjoyed it.
I like the room, small but suitable for us 4 family member. the neighborhood so calm and cozy. There s a bus stop one way to Shibuya left side of the hotel. if u wanna take train u have to talk to station about 10 minutes to Shimbaba Station to Shinagawa then you free to choose to other place as Yamanote line track way.
Also u can find many kombini store, we shop at Rico and 7 11 everyday very convenience...
Very nice hotel. Had some complications but the nice Lady across the street called the hotel to help us out.
Super clean and quiet hotel. Will book again in the Future
Excellent boutique hotel in central location in walking distance to JR lines. Excellent facilities including wifi which is fit for professional tele-work. Supermarket across the street, small shops in proximity and built-in kitchenette allows you feel just as if at home.

It might be a bit difficult for non-smokers. The smell is less noticeable if you turn off all the ventilation fans.
Second time staying here, really great spot close to Sugamo station and Otsuke station. Was able to get to everywhere I wanted with ease. Staff are lovely, helpful and polite. Im sure next time I come to Tokyo I will be staying again
Location and place was great to relax and stay inn! However I left my apple airpods. I would appreciate if you can confirm with me if you have found it on room 209. We have check out a while ago at around 8:00am (Nov 30) It has a black leather case on it
Located behind the Jizo-dori shopping street, this place has a refrigerator and a microwave. It's my first choice for accommodation when visiting Tokyo because the rooms are quite large, and the sink and bathroom are separate, which is very convenient.
The room was spacious, and the surrounding environment was quiet.
Facilities: Comprehensive
Cleanliness: Clean; you need to sort your own trash.
Service: The staff were friendly.
Environment: The surrounding environment was very nice and safe; the stay was comfortable and the overall experience was great.
The hotel is located in a residential area, a short walk from Sugamo Station, but very close to the shopping district. It's dark at night, but incredibly quiet, with no sounds of ambulances or cars racing down the street. The front desk is in the basement, open from 9:00 to 18:00. Rooms is small but fit to 2 person. No receptionist so no recommend to send or deliver the luggage because no one will receive the luggage. Check in using ipad in receptionist. Laundry room in LG floor, a little bit dirty
We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was nice and had a mini kitchen where you could cook. The bathroom was also very nice. It is near the train station, just about a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff was very accommodating and always answered our inquiries, even though it was late at night when I asked. There is also a shopping street nearby...
We were 90% satisfied with the accommodation, as we were initially a bit worried because of the previous Google reviews! We cannot understand those. The room was very clean except for a few signs of age. In the long term, it would be advisable to clean the carpets or replace them with ones that are more resistant to dirt. We would come again.

excellent big rooms for 3 people, location is really peaceful and quiet no crowds, we had a little problem during our check-in, but the hotel team was really supportive and friendly, so in total 5 out of 5❤️
Clean and comfortable, and the room facilities are quite good.
Hotel has promptly response and easy to self-check in but it’s quite far from train station with less taxi from train station
This was my first time staying here. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Kamata Station. They have everything you need, and I think it would be super convenient for longer stays. The room was also very clean, and I had a relaxing time. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.
No major issues, except the hotel is right next to a funeral parlor. If you don't mind that, then it's perfectly fine.
A very nice hotel. Facilities and amenities were generous. I planned to stay 1 night but ended up extended for 3 nights 😅 Would highly recommend this hotel for families and groups 👍

the room was clean. the location was perfect.
Very crowded and small. If you are not a special forces soldier, don't live in the capsule. In the middle of the night, I was mad at the wall and clapped my hands.
This is my first time staying in such a mixed room. The experience was better than I thought. It was not that bad. The hotel almost had no front desk. You had to rely on an email sent at a certain time the next day to get in. However, the interior was very clean and the facilities were ok.
🙂 The room is clean, towels and toothbrushes are provided, the shared toilet is clean, the shared bathroom is clean
☹️There are two flights of stairs, the stairwell is relatively dark, the streets are very noisy at night, and the sound insulation is very poor
It is not recommended for girls to stay alone. After checking in, it is found that all the residents are male, which is a bit inconvenient. And there is no smoking room, but the official website states that there is a smoking room.
There were few people on weekdays, and the room I stayed in was reserved. (One of the four beds is me.)
It may be obvious, but there are toilets, washrooms, and showers, all of which are beautiful.
I stayed for ¥ 2,200.

Great apartment, spacious with convenient storage. The location is superb – right next to a metro station and bus stops. Several shops are within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and any issues we had were resolved immediately.
Great location, within walking distance to Tsukiji Market, and there are subway stations nearby. The room was quite spacious, with a double bed and a sofa bed.
Perfect spot, great facilities, and so much space. Would definitely stay again.
Had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great for showering with strong water pressure.
This place is perfect for sole travelers, the price is reasonable with easy access to Ginza and all other POIs in Tokyo. Room is clean with competecy including a washing machine. I would def stay again for my next sole trip!
I couldn't edit the guest information during pre-check-in, which effectively made pre-check-in impossible and wasted a lot of my time. I arrived at the hotel around 4:30-5:00 PM and had to check in myself since there was no front desk. We did not have any issues at all. After a long flight from Washington, we were able to get there easily. The self check-in was fast and easy. The location is quite good. The hotel is at one end of Komagata Bridge, and Kaminarimon Gate is at the other. The subway station is just across a bridge from the hotel; the bridge isn't very long, about a 5-minute walk, but you have to cross it every time you go out.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 & 15) had an incredible stay at Hotel Pasela Living. If you are traveling as a family in Japan, you know how hard it can be to find space, but this hotel was a total game-changer! Everything about this hotel (really it’s more of an experience) is above excellent. The kids thought it was awesome and I (a grown man of 47) thought it was too but for entirely different reasons. Family of 5. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean. Laundry and bathroom was seperate to kitchen and sleeping area which was great. Nice little balcony. Room cam with water, OJ and ice cream daily. Location was easy walking distance to Shinjuku nightlife.
Cleanliness was average, a little disappointing that room cleaning was limited to towel replacement and trash collection.
Although the bathroom bathtub was nice with massage and TV, there were traces of cigarette burns on the edge of the bathtub.
The continuous supply of drinks and ice cream is worth praising, and coffee and tea bags can also be obtained for free in the basement.

Extremely comfortable beds and linens, with useful and luxurious touches throughout. You can feel the love and attention that has gone into this place. We didn't want to leave! Before booking we thought it would be good- it was so much more! The area is wonderful- lovely to walk around, good food.
Interesting history...
Charming old house and an interesting experience but everything seems dilapidated and most doors feel like they are about to break.

Fantastic hotel! It's super convenient to get around, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the price is very reasonable. The self-service options were also quick and easy. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time!
The room is spacious, and the bed is large, which is great. I'd recommend it for families with young children. Other hotels often have much smaller rooms and beds. This room also comes with a fridge, a washing machine, and cooking facilities.
The hotel is not accommodating. They made me to check out at 10 AM.
