The hotel's front desk is in the basement. The room I was given was on the first floor below ground, so it was very dark with poor lighting. I found the front desk service to be just average, neither warm nor cold. The room only has a shower, no bathtub, and it's extremely small; larger individuals might hit their elbows.

I went there before my check in timing and the staff was so friendly and helpful they gave us umbrellas to take out in rain and plus there’s a free ice cream machine 🍦 it’s super near to the main road and near from bus station and train station 🚉

I’ve never given such a negative review to a hotel before. While the location was good, but the reception staff were hardly welcoming—they rarely smiled and didn’t even greet guests. The hotel service was really poor. Even though I was paying to stay there, I felt as if I was asking for a favor rather than being treated like a paying guest.

Excellent boutique hotel in central location in walking distance to JR lines. Excellent facilities including wifi which is fit for professional tele-work. Supermarket across the street, small shops in proximity and built-in kitchenette allows you feel just as if at home.

It might be a bit difficult for non-smokers. The smell is less noticeable if you turn off all the ventilation fans.

We were 90% satisfied with the accommodation, as we were initially a bit worried because of the previous Google reviews! We cannot understand those. The room was very clean except for a few signs of age. In the long term, it would be advisable to clean the carpets or replace them with ones that are more resistant to dirt. We would come again.

This was my first time staying here. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Kamata Station. They have everything you need, and I think it would be super convenient for longer stays. This is a very modern hotel with robotic service. Check-in is all computerized and automated. The American breakfast looked very generous, but unfortunately, my schedule was too rushed to enjoy it. It's about a 20-minute walk from Asakusa Station, but that's fine. I was a little worried about checking in using a tablet, but it's not a problem if you're just staying overnight. Location: The hostel is located around 800m from Senso-Ji. Not exactly close to a metro station, but not that bad either. Bed: The bed is soft, but the bed frame is shaky.
