The room was spacious, which is rare, and there was still plenty of space even after opening our luggage. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby. There's a direct bus from the airport to TCAT, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from there, which is super convenient.

The airport shuttle goes directly to the hotel, so there's no need to squeeze onto the subway, which is great. I stayed for ten days and it was very convenient for getting around.

Centrally located, the room is compact but quiet. The nearby convenience store meets basic needs.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and the in-room amenities are great. Its proximity to the subway station makes traveling super convenient. It's especially perfect if you're using Haneda Airport, as you can get there directly on the Keikyu Airport Line without any transfers.

I was very happy with the hotel: I stayed with two school-aged children and my college-aged daughter. It was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the room. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver! We didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel, as they offer it at a nearby cafe on the street.

Overall is clean and good for short stay. Got personal space with curtain cover, mirror side rack and lamp. So lucky we got quiet roommates. Amenities: washing machine 300yen and dryer 100 yen per time, but dryer not so effective. We took 2 times to dry but still not that dry.

The hotel's location is a bit far from JR Nippori Station, but it's very close to the private subway's Sendagi Station. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, overall, it's very clean. As for service, if you arrive early for check-in, you can store your luggage. However, after check-out, they don't offer luggage storage because the hotel is too old (which is very strange).

The hotel's facilities are quite outdated, looking like something from the bubble economy era. The room was small, but I could still open my suitcase and there was a narrow path to walk through. It's very close to Sendagi Station, but a bit of a walk to Nippori. The carpet had a moldy smell that gave me a headache. The bathroom was acceptable.

It's near the BTS, not very big, but it's not crowded for two people. I really like it.

My partner and I stayed here for the first 4 nights of our trip around Japan. The location is a continent 10-12 minute walk from Shinagawa station so we had no problem getting to wherever we needed to get to. High tech, clean, quiet and homely. The room has auto curtains and a really cold a/c. Bed is super comfy and soft. Even had a small kitchen. The roof is a really nice place to relax and take pictures. Reception is automated. The caretaker super thoughtful and kind.

The only thing I have to tell is that the place was dim and it could be a little bit spooky, but everything was good enough for its price. The place is a little bit far from the train station and the nearest exit of the station has no elevator.

Old but decently maintained. They refused to accept my change of dates from 4 to 3 nights, and asked me to cancel and re-book, knowing that it would cost me for 3 nights just as much as i had booked for 4 nights if i had done that; so hotel greed level 100% reached.

This place was great for our group of 4 people. The space was clean and only a short walk to the metro station. We made this place our home base for our Tokyo trip and it was very pleasant. They were also able to receive our luggage delivery so that was super helpful.

Traveling with kids, this hotel is actually quite convenient. However, this particular location in Tokyo was genuinely dirty. The bedsheets felt like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest; I felt itchy sleeping on them, and there was a lot of hair in the duvet. It really wasn't clean.

You can stay comfortably. The upper bunk bed is also a staircase type, not a ladder, so it's less stressful.

Close to JR Station, but if you want to use the Subway, you have to walk up to 10 minutes. There are no towels and check out is early at 10am. Rooms (we had a shared 4 bed dorm) are clean but cozy, less privacy as expected. Hard matress on the ground. If you want to stay close to JR Nippori station, it's a good choice, but we would stay at another place next time.

I really enjoyed the stay! The location is just perfect, Nanjing Road, The Bund and the old city are very nearby. The room, restrooms and showers were very clean all the time and the service was excellent.
