The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas, Yomitan1 / 30
9.0
Kyushu, Yomitan, 630-1 Uza 🧭 Map
Best for couples in Okinawa, this pool villa style hotel is too rare on the island. Restaurant serves superb cuisine, but service must be improved if it is intended to be a fine dining experience.
One of the few "villa" options on the island of Okinawa. High standards of service even by Japanese standards---with an attentive and quick butler service. Delicious food and villa is great for a quiet vacation.
Easy 10 out of 10. If you can speak a little bit more Japanese, you will easily get 11 out of 10 for your own experience. Super friendly staffs and modern deco. I think we will recommend this resort to anyone going to the Okinawa.
The sunset was beautiful, and the hot pot in the room for dinner was fantastic. It's a perfect hotel for lounging. I'll definitely stay again! It's a bit far from the city and snorkeling spots, so you can only get around by taxi or charter. There's a good restaurant just to the left of the hotel exit.
This is the best hotel on the main island of Okinawa. It is very close to Hoshino Cafe. The hotel is very private. Each room has its own private swimming pool. The breakfast is very rich, but the lunch and dinner are a bit monotonous. The service staff is very good, but the language is a flaw. I like the privacy created by the hotel. You can watch the sunrise and sunset at any time on the beach behind...
The service and hardware are very good Highly recommended for both families and couples Few hotel rooms, high privacy Catering and bar service are also very good English service is available

The hotel stay was generally fine, but cleaniness could definitely be improved. I was surprised to find a fire lighter tucked inside the hotel pajamas, which raises concerns about attention to detail and safety.
Nice breakfast, relaxing Mountain Views, quite place upon the top of the hill. You would enjoy your business trip more.
A modern hotel resort situated right at the top of a hill, as reflected in the its name. We were greeted warmly with a welcome cup of hot tea, warm hand towels and really good chocolates. The breakfast comes as a set and it is highly nutritious, and of high quality. I would highly recommend breakfast here. The room is clean and of a comfortable size with birds occasionally flying and chirping about...
good tease good design and good service
Very comfortable stay, highly recommended. The tatami Japanese-style room was lovely, the sunset view was amazing, and the room was huge.
This hotel, located in the Hakata Station area, offers a shuttle bus service that takes about half an hour to reach the property. However, it's important to note that on weekdays, there are only a few scheduled trips to the hotel. On holidays, the free round-trip shuttle runs all day, approximately once an hour. During my stay, which was on a weekday, only the 10 AM and 11 AM shuttle buses were available...

The correspondence of the staff is very good. It was like an old-fashioned inn, so I didn't know how to lock the room, but when I called, he immediately came to teach me. There is also a family bath, so reservations cannot be made, but each time a family goes up, they will be cleaned and you can enter. The scent of Darjeeling tea from Zemid, which I love body soap, shampoo, and conditioner for family...
It's okay, a bit small, but homely. The facilities are clean but nothing too extravagant. They offer a simple but authentic Japanese homestay-like experience. Good place for a stop-over.
Great service and food is rather good. The rooms are old but comfortable. Air conditioning was cool and water pressure in the bathrooms was rather impressive.
Great Japanese style rooms. Everything thing you need for a reasonable price.

The hotel room is very good! Will definitely recommend to friends.
Good: Nice and spacious room, free parking good for us to drive around, powerful shower head which served strong stream and stable temperature for nice shower, big beds, convenient shops, food and big AEON store nearby with driving distance 5 mins, nice night lounge with free flow crafted beer, popcorn, and bbq marshmallow, my daughter requested to go every night But if you’re not coming with a car...
This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. Love their in room breakfast. The view was breathtaking. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p.m-11p.m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks. The front desk are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka.
Very spacious room, nice lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and evening, lots of different alcohol to try out. There are small snacks in the evening and self made udon at 22:00. Free parking and paid onsen nearby. The staffs are all super nice and helpful, we feel very comfortable staying there. The location is deserted but free shuttle buses are available.

I used this hotel on a business trip to Kirishima. Since it was last minute, most hotels were fully booked, but I was able to stay at a hotel with dinner at a buffet. Since my arrival was one hour before check-in, I had to wait in the lobby until 3 pm. The hotel seemed to be mainly for group guests, and the lobby was crowded with them coming one after another during the waiting time. Although it is...
When we arrived, I was surprised at how old the building was.. the inside decor is old fashioned and the whole place needs a new make over urgently. The room smelt of smoke but was advertised as non smoking. ( It could be the old carpets ) Most of the staff were polite, but some were a little grumpy. Onsen was not the best, but not the worst either. Evening meal was the only saving grace. Plenty of...
White lighting scheme inside guest room like that in funeral. WiFi reception was bad. Toitet was too small. Food, however, was good. Scene view was excellent too.
Good price accommodation for Kirishima. Onsen bath is not bad too.

You can only get there by car, the environment is beautiful, you can view the bridge from the swimming pool, and the room is super big!
Highly recommend this resort! Got so much more than expected upon arrival, such as plenty of toiletries, slippers, and robes. Amazing views, breakfast was full of Okinawan flavors, and the grounds were exceptionally clean.
The hotel is wonderful, new, large, on a small hill from which you can enjoy a dream sea view. Many services available. But the real surprise is the staff. They speak English and try to satisfy every request. One evening we wanted to go out to find a place for dinner, when they saw us walking out they gave us some advice and a torch! The hotel is very tired and run down. However, the room was clean and had a brilliant ocean view and the evening meal was delicious. Also, the staff are very hospitable. The rotemburo was clean with a nice view but the facilities have not been maintained, which made it a less enjoyable experience.
You can see the sunrise from your room. Open the curtains and you can see the ocean. There is also a hot spring and a private open-air bath.
The tiles in the large communal bath were peeling off and there were dangerous places. It didn't look good either. The views from the rooms and the open-air bath were amazing, but the rooms and hallways were aging everywhere and it was hard to avoid looking. I stayed there because of my destination, but if it stays like that I won't go there again. I can't recommend it to my friends either.

We were arriving late and leaving early so we opted out of dinner and breakfast, although they look amazing in the photos. The room and bathroom are a bit outdated but the room is a good size. A beautiful hotel in Okinawa Delicious breakfast. Great services and hospitality. Hotel is a bit of town and need a car to go around. No combini nearby, but there is a small shop on the first floor for your basic needs. Fu French-toast is the best !!
Very comfortable stay with a really nice view of Okinawa. Very spacious in comparison to other stays in Japan. Love the amenities and conveniencw of the location of the hotel. Highly recommend to stay when you have a car.

The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with complete facilities and amenities. The view from the higher floor was great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
The hotel is facing a beautiful lake in Saga (~15 mins away from the city centre). The distance to restaurants are walkable (~30 mins) but busses there are usually 1-hour apart (last bus at 9.40 pm). The hotel also does not have a water dispenser. Instead, they have an ice dispensing machine, vending machine (for food and drinks) and microwave at common pantries on every floor.

This is the best hotel on Yakushima Island, with excellent service. Electric bicycles are available for rental, allowing you to explore the nearby waterfalls and countryside, which are beautiful. The sauna by the pool is definitely worth trying, but reservations are recommended.

Beautiful onsen hotel. Excellent services. Brilliant food.
Perfect peaceful zen resort. Attentive staff and elegant experience. A must stay!
The rooms in the main building were a bit dated, and the value for money wasn't great on weekends. However, the quality of both breakfast and dinner was quite good. They also offered a dedicated shuttle service to the bus station. The hot spring was just average.
This was the most stunning place we stayed during our 12-day trip, a true secluded gem nestled deep in the mountains. Upon arrival at the parking lot, we noted there were only a handful of cars, perhaps ten at most. A dedicated staff member was immediately on hand to assist with our luggage. The attention to detail was evident even in the lobby, where staff were seen meticulously cleaning luggage wheels...
The room was absolutely fantastic, offering stunning views from the window. Despite the hotel's opening year being listed as 1998, the interior decor and facilities didn't feel dated at all. It clearly underwent a recent renovation in the past few years, giving it the impression of a brand new hotel. However, there were some water stains around the toilet in the bathroom.
Everything was excellent – the dining, the rooms, and the exquisite decor. I particularly enjoyed soaking in the hot spring while surrounded by lush greenery. The only minor drawback was a recurring noise at night in the room; I couldn't tell if it was the air conditioning or water pipes.
