Okinawa NaHaNa Hotel & Spa, Naha1 / 30
8.6
Kyushu, Naha, 1-5 Kume 2 Chome 🧭 Map
I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent. Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly. The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine.
Great location! It's convenient to take the bus to American Village and Naha, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street. There are plenty of 7-Elevens and other stores nearby, which is really nice. The hotel room wasn't small either.
The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy, and the room size is quite generous. Older, well-established hotels usually have better management. The location is great, and the breakfast is good too. I recommend it; it feels better than the hotels near Kokusai Street.
Clean and convenient, good night sleep
The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety. Not many amenities but we barely were in the room as we were out most of the time.
Very spacious hotel. Worth the money paid. Would definitely book again when back to Okinawa

Kyushu, Kumamoto, 2-1, Kamitori-cho, chuou-ku 🧭 Map
The transportation is convenient and the service is exceptionally thoughtful.
The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication smooth. The hotel's location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right outside, and shopping malls are directly across the street, as well as behind the building. Kumamoto Bus Terminal is also within walking distance. Plus, there's a restaurant called Flour across the street that serves amazing toast! The room was spacious, and the bathroom...
The room wasn't huge, but it was quite comfortable, and you could see Kumamoto Castle right from the window. For breakfast, you could choose between a buffet or traditional Japanese. Since we'd had enough Japanese breakfast at the onsen hotel before this, we opted for the Western-style buffet both days. The variety was great, and they even had the popular Aso Volcano milk! If I had known, I wouldn...
The location is superb. After arriving at Kumamoto Airport, you can take the airport bus to 'Kamitori' and the hotel is right there. It's in the heart of Kumamoto city, directly opposite a classic department store with Kumamoto-themed products, perfect for shopping. The tram stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to the JR station and various attractions. The commercial pedestrian street...
This is my second time staying at this hotel in Kumamoto, and it offers great value for money. The location is absolutely fantastic; all the shopping spots are right on your doorstep. Our room had a view of Kumamoto Castle, and they can add an extra bed, so it was no problem for our family of five to sleep comfortably! The hotel staff also provide excellent service. Every time I've been here, the front...
The hotel's location is fantastic! There's a bus stop right downstairs. The concierge on the first floor helped us book bus tickets to Aso and Kagoshima, making our travel super smooth. It was much more convenient than going to the bus terminal ourselves. The room was compact but well-arranged, and all the toiletries were provided, even face wash, toner, and lotion from LA MER. Wonderful experience, service attitude excellent
Great location, friendly counter service as they tried their best to assist in booking our ferry to kumamoto. Public bath house is awesome!
Great hotel in an excellent location. Buses and trams just outside the door. Halfway between peace park and train station. Took us 15 minutes walk. Spotlessly clean. Big rooms, great views. Lovely staff at reception. Very helpful and kind. Brilliant breakfast. Lots of choices. Coffee shop inside the foyer and onsen in the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and always helpful, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. they give me the wrong room but correct it once i point out. other than this, all good
Nice room which is quite generous in size compared to a standard Japanese business hotel. Only a bit on the dark side, so could use with better or brighter lighting. Location is very near a tram stop but convenience stores aren't close and not many places to eat around there. There was a yakiniku place nearby but it was fully booked so I ate dinner in the hotel but honestly the buffet wasn't very good...
Location is close to kumamoto station, you only need to take the tram for 1 stop. Alternatively, there is also a paid shuttl bus by the hotel that takes u around. We got a room change because our original room had an insect, the staff was quick and nice about it. Room style is quite old school as it is an old building. There’s also a kumamon mascot that greets u at the lobby :)

Kyushu, Kirishima, 3930-12, Makizonocho Takachiho 🧭 Map
Is a very good place for family stay. Kids friendly!!!
Very nice resort in the Kirishima mountains. Nice big rooms with a nice balcony. Free shoju is provided in the lobby nightly. Lots of toys and activities for families and kids. Great public onsen area with numerous indoor and outdoor pools. Great selection for dinner and breakfast buffets.
The onsen is big and amazing. The buffet dinner and breakfast are sumptuous with quality food! The room is spacious and comfortable. The only setback is the hotel is quite old and dated in the common places. With the quality food and best onsen, it's still a value for money hotel to be in.
Everything just average! Buffet dinner very disappointed, taste of the food just average and not many choices, breakfast is normal. I may not come again next time.
Great and serviceable. The location takes time to get to but you can manage a 40 minute bus ride it’s worth it. The water is so relaxing and the onsen is amazing to see. Great for families.
Hot spring hotel in an area renowned for its hot springs. I deliberately chose the Japanese tatami-style to experience more of the local culture. As you can see from the photos, the view from my room was really nice! I also like the fact that both dinner and breakfast were included, as there isn't much around. Very comfortable stay overall, but mind you - the smell of sulphur (possibly?) from the hot...

This hotel is conveniently located near Exit 1 of Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line, just a 3-5 minute walk across the street from Daimaru department store. If you're coming from Fukuoka Airport by public transport, you'll need to take the shuttle bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, then switch to the Kuko Line subway to Hakata, and finally transfer to the Nanakuma...
Surrounded by Koreans, the hotel boasts an excellent location with many unique restaurants nearby. There are also Fukuoka's famous 'yatai' (food stalls) right outside the hotel on the street, though unfortunately, there's always a wait whenever I try to go.
Excellent stay! The environment, hygiene, and breakfast were all superb. I especially enjoyed the hot springs; they were incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka. It's also very convenient for getting around. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.
The location is convenient, close to malls. Staff are nice and helpful. However, the room is quite dirty especially in the toilet. Got yellow dirts and insect climbed up behind the sink. It is also smelly - with strong urine smell. Washing and drying machines are dirty too. I would not dare to use them again. Personally I would not recommend staying here again.
The room was as small as usual, but the location was great. The rooftop bath area was decent, a standard amenity, and quite clean, attracting many bathers. I didn't take any pictures, please excuse me. I could walk to a tsukemen restaurant nearby, and it was super delicious.
Great location and a decent breakfast, but the cleanliness, especially the strange odor in the bathroom, definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

Kyushu, Naha, Matsuo 1-3-6 🧭 Map
Highly recommend this hotel due to its proximity to the main walking street and also nice and clean. Pretty big bathroom is a big plus too.
The room was a bit small, as is common with most Japanese hotels. However, the location is fantastic, right on the main street of Kokusai Dori. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety and delicious food. They even had ice cream!
I was happy to stay in this hotel as it was in the middle shopping street n easily to find foods n souveirs. The best part is the coin washing machine n dryer. The only bad thing is pillow too soft n towel too short.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nestled right on the beachfront. It boasts a lovely swimming beach and both indoor and outdoor pools, making it perfectly suited for a relaxing family vacation. Kids will love the impressive 'sea castle' water park, and there are jet skis and a plethora of other exciting recreational activities available for everyone.
Compared to the Gracery in Tokyo, the room was smaller and the amenities felt a bit dated. However, its location is incredibly convenient: right on Kokusai-dori Street, approximately a 5-minute walk from Kenchomae Station, and also less than 5 minutes from the tourist bus meeting point.
The standard twin room offered a decent amount of space, allowing us to easily open two suitcases between the beds. Check-in was a breeze, especially with Chinese-speaking staff available at the front desk, making communication effortless. The hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive and convenient. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended. Its location is superb...

I stayed here once in August. The location is great, and the environment is very high-end and luxurious. The soundproofing is also excellent. This time, I stayed here on the first day and even had a suitcase sent over. Then I went to Beppu for two days and came back to stay here again. Next time I come to Fukuoka, I will definitely stay here again.
Great location, about a ten-minute walk from Hakata Station. The hotel was comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious! There are many small restaurants and a Lawson convenience store near the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay! ^_^
We chose here as the room size is bigger than mitsui garden . And the price was cheaper. We are glad that we've stayed in here as we were staying in the premium floor and the room size is big enough and the toilet /shower also big Breakfast quality is also better than normal japanese hotels Service can be better as there is no clear instruction on how to check in and eventhough they were not busy...
The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The room size is about 25 square meters, which is more than enough space for two suitcases. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and two bottles of water are provided daily. I will definitely choose the Royal Garden Hotel again next time I'm in Fukuoka!
Great location, right next to Fukuoka Station! The room was pretty spacious for Japan, which is always a plus. As everyone knows, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so grabbing breakfast was a breeze. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
This hotel is conveniently located near Fukuoka Station, just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is very quiet. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is perfect for grabbing breakfast. Kyushu, Miyako Island, 926-25 Ueno Shimori 🧭 Map
This luxury resort is located on the southern coast of Miyako Island. Staying on Fridays costs around $13,000 per night. The resort itself is very large, with regular shuttle buses running throughout the day and night. The hotel also provides tuk-tuks and golf carts during the day. For those with deep pockets, you can book a villa room with a pool. 😎 Our room was 55 square meters, with a living room...
The staff's attitude and service were very good. I had a great time during my trip. However, although there is a laundry facility, there are only three machines per building, so during busy periods it gets very crowded with people wanting to use the laundry, and people who don't follow the rules often cut in line, which can be unpleasant. If there were more machines, it would be much easier for people...
Miyako Island is divided into north and south. Shiriga is located in the south of the island, facing the South Pacific. It is a suite hotel with a private pool in a resort with 7 or 8 hotels scattered around. Basically, you can only visit the resort nearby. If you want to go to the more prosperous north, you need to rent a car or Didi, which is very expensive. It is so expensive that I think I am crazy...
I stayed in a jacuzzi room for the second year in a row. The breakfast was amazing. I look forward to it every morning. I mainly eat Japanese food. The juicy rice is exceptional. I can't get enough of it. This year the timing wasn't right and I didn't get to try the cheese risotto. I'm looking forward to next year as well, this paradise spot surrounded by Miyakojima's natural beauty.
The facilities and service were very good. I booked a pool villa on the first day, and sent an email to the hotel in advance to ask if the pool villa's water was hot water since the weather during my visit was around 20 degrees. I received a reply email saying that it was standard temperature, so I thought it was to maintain a constant temperature, but it did not provide hot water, and the water temperature...

Very conveniently situated just across Kagoshimachuo station. The view from the room is amazing! Fully recommend this hotel if you travel to Kagoshima.
The location is super convenient, with the airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs. From the hotel lobby, you can see Sakurajima volcano, which is constantly active, erupting smoke every evening. Definitely worth it!
Great views, clean room, and a spacious bathroom perfect for a bath.
Very good location. And close to train station No need to pass the road and use tunnel to walk pass When hungry and can't sleep can go B1 restaurant to eat dinner or supper My room view very good , can see the skyscraper

The rooms were recently renovated, the bathrooms were spacious and we had the view of the pier. We got the deluxe room with lounge access which I would recommend. The view is stunning and the location is spot on. I really loved the retro room design—it totally matches the city’s vibe. The only downside is the breakfast room; it’s way too small, so be prepared to wait in line.
Great location, staffs were helpful. I would recommend to all.
The hotel is very well located, close to Mojiko Station and within easy reach of the main tourist spots. It’s not new or modern and has more of an 80s–90s vibe, but it’s clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The price is reasonable. The check-in and check-out process was… impressively punctual. Excellence in all aspects, kaiseki , french restaurant Michelin 2 star collaboration, and nature hot-spring
The hotel is great, not far from the airport, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers good value for money, so I highly recommend it. While the room isn't huge, it's very clean and perfect for solo travelers.
The hotel is located near the Kagoshima Shiroyama Observatory, and the environment is quite pleasant. The room was on the smaller side, especially the shower area, which was the smallest I've encountered on this trip – I kept bumping my head and back while showering. There's a shuttle van service between the parking lot and the hotel, and breakfast was very hearty.
I booked a room with a view of Sakurajima, and it was like a painting; I could see the volcano and sunrise just by opening the curtains. The hot spring bath area was quite large overall, but the outdoor section felt a bit small. Breakfast was very crowded, with many locals staying there. The service in general was friendly and flexible, and the shuttle bus was very convenient.
An absolutely perfect hotel! There's a shuttle bus every half hour to the station and the Tenmonkan shopping area. Plus, you can buy a cute pass for a one-day tour right at the front desk, which is super convenient. The hotel is also just a short walk up to Shiroyama Observatory, offering amazing views.
After taking the airport bus to Central Station, you can find the hotel shuttle bus stop within 30 meters. The shuttles from Shiroyama and Hilton alternate. It takes about 30 minutes to get up the hill, and the full view of Sakurajima suddenly appears before your eyes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite old-money.
