I always stay here when I come on business. The rooms are spacious and relaxing, so I can relax and unwind. The amenities and drinks are also great. The breakfast food is delicious!

The ambiance is charming, and the location is close to Hakata Station. The staff are excellent—polite and helpful. There's free parking with multiple entries, making it perfect for trips based in Fukuoka.

I had a dinner party there that night, so I decided to stay overnight. The room was very relaxing, and I was able to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna. I felt like I was at a resort for a while, and I was sad to leave the room. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The ryokan is not up to the expectation as what google review or trip.com ratings. Suite is quite old and smelly. Onsen area have cob webs. The family onsen is not like ig picture standard with lots of insects and a gecko. Food nevertheless is ok.

A round trip from Tenjin by bus costs 8000 yen and takes three hours! Remember to book your tickets in advance as there aren't many services. The hotel is renovated and the building itself is old, but it is very clean. The staff were all smiling and friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary rice balls at breakfast. The bus terminal and Ishigaki Port Terminal are also nearby, making it convenient. There doesn't appear to be a parking lot, so those with rental cars may need to check.

What a wonderful experience in my stay at Krokawa-So! I particularly enjoy the public onzen which has a beautiful scenic view, and the two private onzens in my room ( both an in-door and an out-door).
