Although the hotel is a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The complimentary afternoon tea and desserts were especially delicious. The indoor and outdoor onsens were very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! The bath was also spacious and filled with natural hot spring water, so I enjoyed it. The soundproofing was also solid, so I wasn't bothered by noise from next door

the central heat in the room was too much, had to open window a bit. free pudding and ice pops aren't really our cup of tea, but it was a great gesture. onsen was great experience, room is spacious for 4 of us

The lounge opens at 2:30 PM, so I enjoyed the view of Beppu from the 12th floor while enjoying coffee, tea, and desserts. The men's and women's baths rotate daily, but if you're staying, you can use both

More than anything, there were lots of services provided, such as tea time service and pudding and alcohol service in the evening, so I was very comfortable throughout my stay!

The service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient – less than a 10-minute walk from the station. There's also a bus stop right outside for buses to Yufuin

A great hotel for unwinding, complete with excellent facilities. The staff cultivates a personal and warm atmosphere. While the property has a somewhat old-fashioned feel, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

This is my absolute favorite hotel. I always appreciate the warm 'welcome back' I receive. With an age restriction of 13 and above, it's a wonderfully quiet and mature retreat

I consider it a rare and valuable gem these days, as such serene, adult-oriented hotels are becoming increasingly scarce. The views from every room are simply stunning

I think the fine dining restaurant would be more convenient if they offered lighter course options. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

The beach walk and the view from the pool in the front yard were amazing! I also had a wonderful time gazing up at the starry sky while swaying in a hammock. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time

Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures

As we did not make a reservation in advance, we thought we would have to go out and find a restaurant. In the end, the staff carefully arranged it for us and assisted us in ordering

The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal

While the accommodations are undeniably a bit dated, having access to a large public bath with a sauna was a definite plus

It was great that the sauna was open from the morning. The dango soup for breakfast was also delicious.

Average room size given it is Japan where we sat at the dinning area for the BIG space. Best of the deal is free car parking, and the Onsen is big and the water feel smooth, and come with a free massage chair

It's about a 15-minute walk from Oita Station, so it was nice to be able to go out to Oita Station for a drink at night and then return to the hotel to enjoy the service of Ochazuke

The hot springs were very relaxing, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse! However, parking was a problem.

The breakfast has variety for any travellers. English is doable and explain in details by Gaikokujinrōdōsha

I'm a smoker so it was good because there are only non-smoking rooms available these days. The breakfast was also delicious and I ate too much. The hotel staff were always smiling and helpful so I was very satisfied

I made a reservation from Rakuten Travel. I made a mistake in the schedule due to this mistake, but I noticed it early so there was no cancellation fee and the response to inquiries was polite

The biggest miscalculation was dinner, and I heard that it comes with a seafood bowl, but within the price of about 8,000 yen (including Rakuten coupon), I was prepared for a seafood bowl alone, but I usually set meals such as toriten and chawanmushi

I stayed here because I had to go to the ferry terminal early in the morning. It was very convenient, with Toyoken (a famous chicken tempura restaurant) nearby and a supermarket within walking distance

The bath is indoors, but it was very clean and nice. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV in the room

The breakfast selection was quite good. The only downside was that the hotel parking lot was across the street. It just so happened that it was raining heavily the day I arrived

Excellent location with magnificent view. Room is clean and spacious with private onsen tub. Dinner and breakfast are also of great value. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms

Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either

They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub

Love the private outdoor bath on the balcony! The food was good. We had both Western and Japanese dinners, but I'd go for the Japanese set if we only had one day

This hotel is excellent, offering incredible value for money. It's definitely the top choice on Mount Kirishima. The private hot springs are absolutely amazing!

The service was polite, the room was clean and very nice. I was happy that the amenities were Diptyque! It was a little disappointing that we had to queue for breakfast, but I guess that can't be helped💦

We were also able to see sea turtles, which the kids loved! However, when we arrived, we were not shown to our room even though it was past check-in time, and we were made to wait in the lobby

The staff were polite, but there was too little verbal explanation, so I feel I would have enjoyed it more if they had given me a little more guidance on how to make the most of the service

The room is very spacious and bright. The resort offers Japanese and Western breakfasts, which you can choose freely. There is unlimited champagne, which is great.

When I asked a staff member if our room was ready yet, we were finally shown to our room. When we arrived, our luggage hadn't been brought to our room

The breakfast and dinner were of really high quality. The private hot spring was also really good. I think it would have been even better if the temperature of the private bath had been a little lower.

City pickup service provided. Very satisfying Kaiseki meal provided. Affordable room service prices. Thanks to the best hot spring experience and friendly service, I want to keep coming back to Hita.

ㅎㅎㅎ I liked the scrub so much that I bought one! I thought I would burst after eating the kaiseki, but the portions are generous and it's really delicious! I want to come back later with my mom :)

The eel rice bowl we had in Hitachi was good, and there is also a Sapporo beer factory nearby, so it's worth visiting. I want to stay for two nights or more later and enjoy it leisurely~^^

I got off at Hita Bus Terminal and was picked up, so I arrived comfortably. They even took me to the Sapporo Beer Factory, so I drank beer and walked there

This traditional Japanese hotel is so beautiful, with exquisite details everywhere. I even saw a hearth! The food here is delicious

Hotel is on the mountain with very good view of the whole harbour! Breakfast included was very good with plenty choices of food! Staff are very helpful and car park provided is reasonable! Down side of this hotel are the condition if the whole hotel was too old and out of maintenance, I been here 8 years ago while the decoration and interior are still the same old fashioned design from maybe 2 decades...

The inn itself is a bit dated, but its main appeal is the excellent value for money, and the rooms offer night views of Nagasaki city

Hotel is quite old especially the bathroom.my kids dont like their shower.extra fee for car parking.

However, the views of Nagasaki from the hotel are simply breathtaking! The rooms are traditional tatami style, and they use physical keys instead of card keys

The air conditioning is ancient! It's hard to control the water temperature in the bath! The room is too far away! The price for the buffet was different from what was listed on the website! The staff who handled foreigners were good, though!

The hotel is located near Moji Port and offers free parking. Its location is excellent, with nearby attractions approximately 15 minutes away. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is included but the quality is second to none, to my knowledge based on my own Japan travel experience. Thumbs up for the staff & strongly recommended for anyone visiting Mojiko to stay & enjoy

Nice room with good sound proof window as the hotel is on a major road across from the pier. Public bath (Onsen) on the top of the hotel (9th Floor) with a great view of the waterfront.

Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The foods were very tasty, delicious with very reasonable price

This was my second time staying here, and the location is great. They have a parking lot, and there's a drugstore and a department store within a 3-5 minute walk (with a huge clothing section and supermarket)

The front counter staff was really patient and courteous despite not speaking English. We got to use app translation to communicate and it took more time.  Hotel have ample parking but it charges is 1,000 yen a day

The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The washing machine in room and dryers outside are really good for long stay. Will book again if I come to okinawa again.

For this family trip, parking was 600 JPY, available on a first-come, first-served basis with designated spots. We stayed in a quadruple room, and it felt a bit tight once our luggage was in

What was not very convenient is that there are no quilt covers, but an extra sheet and blanket separately. I would say it was quite expensive for a motel type place, but overall good

The room was absolutely clean and good. There was a microwave, fridge and washing machine in the room. There was a hot spring on the 10th floor (a public bath)

We came here with my family and we are all very satisfied. Although the hardware is a bit "retro" and not as digital as in China, I really like the island resort style here. The rooms and scenery are very beautiful

Because it was the off-season and rainy season, there were very few guests, but all the staff were considerate and made for a very satisfying trip. The facilities were new and clean. And the sea was very clear.

This hotel was the start and end of our Fukuoka trip with a road trip out and other Ryokan stays in between. Im glad I found this hotel as room vibe and feel is very important to me

My tip is to slide your largest luggage to the gap next to window, prop up on the luggage stand for more space

walking from Gion station about 8 mins, good sauna, clean room and nice staff. there is a famous temple near by.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: hangers at the entrance, slippers, a kettle and mugs with tea and coffee bags. The mattress may be a bit firm, but it's quite comfortable

Everything was great, especially the young man at the reception was very helpful. The room was small but had all the amenities.

Sadly for me, the usual rates were jacked up quite a lot as I booked a Saturday that just happened to fall on the same day as the city's summer fireworks festival; as a result, I ended up paying 10,800 yen for a night that would normally cost about 6000 yen

What i didn't like is that you have to leave the key at the Front Desk when you go out which means you have to queue every time you come in or go out, it is very inconvenient and I hope they will do smth about it

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax

This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one

The hotel was small but enough space and The vibe was very stylish and the free laundry was a definitely huge plus! And the public bath was so beautiful … I really enjoyed staying here

Although the hotel is small, the overall experience was truly wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and they even had Nagasaki's local specialty cake, all handmade by the staff!

The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture

The only strange thing was the bathroom with windows in both side - to the room and outside. You can close it but you have to cover all the windows every time you go tge toilet

The location is convenient and we love Dormy inn and everything. The onsen, breakfast and free ramen supper. Dormy inn never fail us.

Very convenient location, right in front of subway station and 1 station away from Hakata Station, canal city hakata is just across the street, yatai stalls all walking distance from hotel, lots of shops around the hotel, the onsen was wonderful!

Good breakfast and onsen. But the rooms are too small for a Dormi Inn, which carries the Premium label. Overall, we love this chain for the quality they provide and the onsen in every hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is my favourite and it’s very nice and clean. Love their evening free ramen too

We also use their laundry a few times cos of the sweated clothes and their detergent smells really good!

I only used it as a drop-in bath, so I don't know about the guest rooms, but the hot spring was lukewarm and not very warm. There was no sauna, and it was cold even though it was March. I think that's enough.

My feedback is on the family bath as we did not stay here. We landed this morning and stopped here to use family bath on route to Yufuin. Booked family bath 2,600yen for 90mins

I dropped in and enjoyed the hot spring. The building feels a little old, but the hot spring was great. The warm water contains three elements: sulfur, alkali, and carbon dioxide, so you can soak in it for a long time

The beauty-enhancing hot spring water felt so good that I ended up soaking in it four times. The food was very stylish, delicious, and just the right amount

And best of all, all the staff were very friendly! The building may seem old, but it's kept clean and has a playful feel, so I had a really enjoyable time

It's a shame that the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the garden or rooftop, but we still enjoyed our 24-hour stay without getting bored

After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible

After a horrible fever and 24 hours of worrying i would need to end my trip early, i decided to request assistance from the front desk in making an appointment with the local hospital

My friend stayed in an ocean view room and I stayed in a mountain view room, but personally I recommend the mountain view room because it has a great view of the majestic mountains of Yakushima

The service was impeccable; an hour before heading to the airport, I realized I'd left my phone in a taxi, and the hotel manager immediately checked the security footage and contacted the driver to return it (I even gave the driver a thank-you fee)

The room cleaning service and other programs held daily by the hotel itself, such as yoga, bath salt making, and sunset delight (champagne and cocktails provided), are attractive points that make you not bored if you have to stay at the hotel in bad weather! The breakfast was so delicious and the view was so great that I definitely plan to visit again if I go to Miyako again

If there's anything that could be improved, it would be that an ice maker is needed in the hallway; constantly having the front desk bring ice buckets felt a bit awkward

I think choosing this hotel on Miyakojima for my honeymoon was the best choice :) The facilities, programs, and view were all perfect, and I was happy every time I opened my eyes

It's the best for families to come and play. It would be better if you prepare thoroughly before going. If you go to the nearby beach. It's the best compared to other places

However, since it is located on Irabu Island, if you plan on moving around Miyakojima a lot or prefer the city, I recommend splitting your stay into several periods!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were always friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Asahibashi Station

Parking is a multi-storey carpark, needed staff assistance to park and retrieve the car. There are numerous good restaurants nearby and Kokusai-dori is just 5 mins drive or 15 minutes walk away

It is near the bus terminal, with 6-Eleven just across the road. I love the onsen inside the hotel and they even provide a yukata along for each guest! Will recommend again next time I come!

Simply take the walkway, get down near the intersection, cross the street, and you’ll find the hotel right away. Breakfast may not have a huge variety, but I personally enjoyed it
