To be honest, when I first checked in, I thought the room was really small

meter twin room couldn't even fit a 28-inch suitcase laid flat, and at 1800 a night including breakfast, it really didn't feel worth it! However, I was genuinely surprised by the breakfast — the taste and texture truly captured the exquisite essence of Japanese cuisine! The rooftop onsen (hot spring) was also a big plus, making it somewhat worthwhile after all!

The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance of Gion Station on the Airport Line, Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, Hakata Station, as well as Canal City Hakata, Kushida Shrine, and Nakasu Kawabata street

The twin room was 26 square meters, clean and tidy. I stayed on the 16th floor, where I could see Beppu Bay to the left and trains arriving and departing from the station to the right

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day

Facilities: When I booked, I chose the option for a free extra bed for the child. I was initially worried the hotel might be old, but it seems to have been renovated as all the facilities are new and very clean

Hotel location good and Canal City in walking distance, but room cleaning is not provide every day, maybe there is a new rule in Japan hotel, even my second hotel in this trip also provide cleaning services on alternate day

The hotel is nice with high level lobby and free hot spring on the top floor. That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall

The front desk employee very professional and friendly. Enjoy the stay with excellent service.  The room is clean just one small point on; the headboard bed was a little dusty so I clean up a bit and it was ok.

Great location and onsen on top floor is awesome, open until 2am. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and washroom is small. But use the onsen daily to bathe and life is good.

The hotel also offered a special dinner set at each restaurant. We truly enjoyed the dinner set while watching the sunset and fireworks from the 28th floor. The food at the French restaurant was excellent

The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night.

Perfect location! Shops, Lawson's, restaurants all in small walking distance. The hotel room size is big enough for open luggage at all times. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. The accomodations were great and staff were so nice. The rooms were well kept and upscale as well. It's located in a good area, close to all you can imagine to do in Naha. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Excellent value for money. The room was in great condition, and all the resort facilities were fantastic. However, it was a bit disappointing that dining options closed so early, around 2-3 PM.

There's a wide variety of activities to enjoy around the property. For instance, even small children can ride the buggies, so it's an activity the whole family can enjoy together

Our booking confirmation very explicitly said "breakfast for 3 persons included" on every single day of the stay; only during the first breakfast we noticed that we had only been given breakfast coupons for two adults per day

Great location beside sakura machi, near shopping street and kumamoto castle. Easy to get to kumamoto jr station via bus or tram. Onsen was clean and reasonably sized with outdoor onsen and sauna

This hotel is super convenient, located directly across the street from the Kumamoto Sakuramachi Bus Terminal! There's a large supermarket right next door, and the Sakuramachi shopping mall across the street is fantastic for shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities

Super Iconic hotel and very comfortable to stay in! We were here for two nights and would totally recommend this to whoever visiting Kagoshima

It was small, the water wasn’t hot in the evening, and several used towels were left in the sauna even hours before closing time. You’d expect the facilities to be kept clean and tidy until the end of the day

The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the station, but I was unlucky because the wifi network access in the room I was staying in was not very good.

The hotel is at a prime location, close to the Kokura station, shopping malls, Kokura Castle, Tanga market, streets of bars…and there are two convenient stores downstairs so you don’t need to worry about getting hungry at midnight

I went to the restaurant only, the buffet was awesome, it included beef, sushi, shabu-shabu, all manner of desserts; for only about 3000yen. Also they have a very nice terrace for a romantic dinner.

Hotel was not very new but very spacious. Location is very good and very close to the aquarium. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There's a commercial street downstairs with a Starbucks and an Okinawa specialty supermarket. Getting to the aquarium is also convenient, with a shuttle bus service available for round trips

After a full day out, you can easily find dinner downstairs, and there's even an ice cream truck! We really enjoyed our two-night stay
