Room looked cheap motel. Hoped to have a shower but the water was ice cold.

I came to check in around 5 pm or later. I was told the room will be ready in 10 minutes which actually was longer. Anyway, the room should have been kept ready for the normal check in time. I was using the WiFi which was also not stable and poor. Apart from the above, I liked the rest of the things, room and the items in the room

The hotel is difficult to find as they have a wrong address on google map and agoda, and the hotel reception has cobfirmed. You won't find the hotel at Dostyk Avenue 140. It's actually on Ulitsa Inzhenernaya 17, Almaty 050000, behind the pinned location If you go by Yandex, you should use the adress on Ulitsa Inzhenernaya 17 or Irina Black salon. The area is large and green. We relaxed in the pool. The cost of visiting is significantly higher, since the pool is small, but the entrance is strictly based on the number of sun loungers, which is why it is 5. We were here at the championship, basically like everywhere else, the locker rooms are small, there aren’t enough seats for everyone. There are no seats for spectators in the hall.

Excellent sports complex. There is a football field and tennis courts. In winter there is a skating rink and in summer there is an outdoor swimming pool. And all this is among huge pines, like in a forest. There is both indoor and outdoor parking on site for a fee.

We went swimming using Chocolife coupons on a day off. The pool is average, the water is generally warm, there are not very many people. Good service, in terms of cuisine - the portions are small, the pizza is not tasty. If you arrive before lunch, you can grab comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Convenient location.

As you walk through the door you feel you are coming home to this hostel. Staff is friendly kind and very helful. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The property is situated in a nice part of the city and close to most attractions. I highly recommend a stay at this hostel.
