1. They take a deposit upon check-in, then check what you've consumed (drinks or food) upon check-out, and return the deposit if nothing was taken. (Like in the last century)
2. Breakfast is not a buffet – meaning there's a strict portion (1 slice of butter, 1 slice of bread, 1 yogurt, etc.), and you can't substitute one item for another. (Like in the last century)
3. My room had a terrible smell. It was impossible to sleep.
4. There are no TV channels on the television, only internet. Perhaps this is the new normal.
I won't be staying here again.
