In addition, there was no bellboy service available to assist with our luggage upon arrival. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking, which was a clear breach of privacy, even though our stay was confirmed for two more days. This gave the impression that we were checking out.
The breakfast quality was also below expectations. Overall, the hotel appears to require a complete renovation, and the staff would benefit from additional training. The environment in the hotel at night does not feel suitable for families.
Our stay fell short of expectations, and we sincerely hope the management will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.
- I could hear all of my neighbors like they are in my closet. Audibility is excellent (especially when neighbors have honeymoon-)) Hot water was inconstantly. The window in the living room did not open properly. The room itself is ok, but "tired"
