The service is a 3 out of 5. There are no towels, shampoo, or toiletries. You have to ask for disposable slippers. The room is clean, the bed linens, and the mattress are excellent. The TV, kettle, and Wi-Fi are all good. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the price/quality ratio.

The doctors are more attentive than the reception staff, they are very rude and cannot provide polite information.
