Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
stayed at this hotel in Tulum and had an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset. The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always...

By far the best hotel experience we ever had!
Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.
Beautiful room and property. Great food. Very peaceful and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Disappointing overall. Positive: The room was very nice and staff were friendly. However...we spent one night here as a special treat (we thought) for our anniversary, and for three hours of that precious afternoon and nght, there were various people in and out of our room to...hang an external shower curtain. And it was NEVER even hung up. ??? One of the reasons we booked the place was the bathtub...
Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm.
I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better!
The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.
We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. The staff are exemplary and above standard in my opinion regarding the hospitality industry.
Best hotel room I’ve ever had! From the hot tub to the fantastic bedding and the private patio… wish we could have stayed longer!

Mexico City, Av. Presidente Masaryk 390 🧭 Map
Las Alcobas sits right on Masaryk, one of Mexico City's most dynamic streets, and it delivers on every front that matters. The water pressure alone is worth the booking. Genuinely the best I've encountered in Polanco, and I'll take that over almost any other amenity. The staff is incredible. Turndown service is thoughtful and the kind of touch that reminds you why you chose a luxury property in the...
A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need. The Polanco neighborhood is also pleasant, with nearby parks and restaurants, as well as higher end shopping. 10 minute walk to the subway and 30 minute walk to the Anthropology and several other museums...
Such a great boutique hotel!!! Room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The shower was amazing! We had adjoining rooms, which was super convenient. Both rooms were pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was included with our room and was really delicious - I was surprised! The service was very friendly and attentive. They even gave us a room to sleep in after we arrived on a...
I just wrapped up an incredible stay and it was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Mexico City. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly exceptional – the staff remembered our names, offered thoughtful recommendations, and went out of their way to make everything seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! Every morning felt...
I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!
Our room was spacious and spotless. Service is remarkable. The hotel Concierges booked our restaurants, arranged a driver and a fabulous guide to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and arranged tickets to a show. Angel was particularly helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an upscale, fabulous location

Best hotel in Cancun! The staff are top-notch. The rooms with sea views are magnificent.

Wow, very impressed with staff! 5 Star service. Breakfast was.top self! My wife and I really enjoyed it! The views were amazing Restaurant food was also very good The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
Property is in a gated residential area with private beach access. Nice pools and Mediterranean restaurant was good. Very close to a mall and taxis areive quickly.
My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel.

The room cleanliness was okay, but honestly, only one restaurant was good; the rest were terrible! The facilities were also outdated, beach management was poor, and the beach environment was unpleasant. I highly do not recommend it; for the same price, you can stay elsewhere.
It was a very comfortable trip with my wife. The sea view room had a nice view, but the room size was a bit smaller than the standard room. Overall, it was very nice, but there were long queues for restaurants. If I have the chance, I would probably come back again.
Quite disappointing. It's not as good as Xcaret. The room was damp and smelled bad, and no one cleaned it during my stay. The room service had limited options and the food was unappetizing. The hotel restaurants were inconsistent in quality, and you could easily end up with a bad experience.
The hotel was packed, everyone was incredibly busy, and check-in wasn't possible even by 3 PM. No one was pushing timeshare packages that included spa treatments.
The cleanliness was so-so; there was hair in the toilet bowl, and the drains smelled slightly.
We waited over two hours for biso (a type of Japanese restaurant) in the evening, and the entire hotel was swarming with mosquitoes. I got bitten...
The room is spacious and well-equipped. Hello: I was assigned a room at the very edge ~ it was inconvenient to get in and out (was it because I booked it through the OTC Ctrip platform? A bit discriminatory? Or because we are Asian?) ~ I hope Ctrip will follow up and find out more!
The service was good, the food was good, and the scenery was great. The only downside was that the room was too humid, so inland friends might not be able to adapt. The room was modern, but for those who are used to staying in good hotels in China, there is still some gap, so there is no need to have too much fantasy. I used the pad in the room to order food, but it didn't come. I had to call to remind...

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. No breakfast too.
If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone. They can’t even send you pictures or videos either.
The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly. You can’t flush toilet...
It’s really uncomfortable and inconvenient hotel.
No light , dark , dirty and no doubt the property it’s amazing.
The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.
I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism.
First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100.
However, when it comes to comfort and practicality, it’s a very...
After reading many negative reviews, I decided to try it out myself. Personally, I really liked it; the experience was great, and I lowered my expectations.

I must admit that I am reluctant to tell you how much I liked this hotel. I am concerned that it will become too crowded and popular. This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. Food was good, clean, great entertainment.. Swimup bars great service.. Kids activities were awesome. Great customer service..
Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also beautiful. The food and drinks definitely not the best and service was very slow. We had a great time as a family, but I definitely expected better food quality, and better service.
I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Cancun for my friend’s wedding. The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a clean, well-kept beach. However, while the setting feels five-star, the experience overall was closer to a solid three-star stay.

Clean and beautiful room, staff was great, overall clean hotel. The restaurant onsite was good. The beach was nice. Overall great place to stay

Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful.
I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming.

We loved the hotel and the room very beautiful bathroom and private pool. The customer service from the hotel was extremely poor, they tried to make us pay 500 pesos per day for bikes when next door they were 200. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us. There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing...
Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room
Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up
The app never worked for us to make dining reservations
Evening shows were excellent
During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance. The pillow was uncomfortable, directly affecting the quality of sleep, which is unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a comfort-oriented option.
The biggest issue, without a doubt...
Overall it’s crowded. Long lines to the buffets, not all the restaurants Included. Only beach is nice for the kids, but no activities for the kids.
housekeeping expectations were not communicated earlier. Cleaning is done every other day, but was not communicated when we checked in.
Restuarant options are limited. But the ones that are there are good.
The hotel front desk and staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and the food was decent. Although the hotel has been living in a high-rise area for a long time, the rooms have a moldy smell and outdated facilities. The swimming pool and sea view are small and crowded, with noisy noise. The physical examination during check-in was not satisfactory.

This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.

This is a truly perfect boutique hotel in the best location in Roma. Our room was architecturally unique and the bedding was among most luxurious I’ve ever slept in. The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks.
Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler.
The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. The location was great, but a bit over priced for the quality! We wanted to do an early check in at 7:30 am, but the charge was over $500 dollars, ridiculous to me. So we just left our luggage with the concierge . The next day we called the spa for a couples massage and for 50 minutes it was $5300 pesos each, which is a little over $300 dollars each. Not even in a 5 star in Las Vegas! Ridiculous for...

Not very good, just average, the room is also average, and the female head waiter in the breakfast room has a bad service attitude, looking down on people. Not recommended to stay.
Unexpectedly good, I didn't know InterContinental was so good overseas
Nice environment, convenient transportation

While the Caribbean scenery is beautiful, the hotel's facilities are truly subpar. The lighting is incredibly dim, the bathroom fixtures are rusty, and the curtains are torn. The telephone on the nightstand is yellowed and looks like it's 20 years old...

This place is equal parts relaxing and adventure. The grounds are just breath taking and every detail is thought out. David's tours in particular made the trip unforgettable.
Very special place, which feels unique. Enough cenotes and pools that it's very easy to feel like they're for your own private use, a little family of pigs that caused great delight for our 3 year old, and great food too. Activities on site- use of kayaks, SUPs and bikes mean you can make it as active or relaxing a stay as you want. We stayed 3 nights, and then came back for another on the same trip...

We just had a great stay at Le Zebra! We had been in Holbox on vacation and our flight got canceled due to weather and we couldn’t rebook until 5 days later, so last minute we decided to head to Tulum for a few days. Pure magic! We stayed for a week in February and it’s technically the off-season which meant fewer people, a wide-open beach, and perfect weather. Everything felt calm, spacious, and unhurried. We booked the Sea View Ground Floor Suite with Plunge Pool and it was gorgeous. Great beach club but very expensive $2800mxn for 2 adults and 1 child. Service was medium and definitely pushing for big tip. Family friendly. Food has small portions for what you end up paying. Definitely paying for name/location.

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach. There are sexy pool parties. Use your imagination😄
Nice hotel, but it wasn't as new and luxurious as it looked, and the food needs to be improved.
