Great experience starting w good location, friendly staff, everything looks new. Cozy bed, amazing view room 707. Had breakfast and food was excellent, they even have lactose-free milk 👍
Breakfast, both the buffet and to upstairs continental were awesome.
Loved how the whole hotel smelled everywhere since you first walked in
The service and hospitality was incredible. Everyone was polite and friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, cleanliness was great, room service 10/10. The pool was relaxing and clean , my spouse and I had massages and they were also a great experience.

The property and service are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of consistency in quality of food and drinks from day to day.
During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.
Clean room and hotel with lots of very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately very lengthy check in and check out service with mis sold tour of property that we assumed was to plan our holiday and was actually a sales pitch. Lots of mistakes on check out invoice. Luggage was not brought down to lobby despite several requests and then late for transport to airport. Pool was cold.
The property is very beautiful, and the food is great, but honestly, the customer service was not good. I would also suggest that the steakhouse hostess and the man who was always there have a better attitude with customers. I didn’t like that everyone kept asking for tips, as I didn’t notice that in other hotels. We originally planned to stay three days but ended up staying only two and decided to...
EN GENERAL MUY NORMAL MI EXPERIENCIA , PARA EL COSTO DEL HOTEL
The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.

The worst Ritz-Carlton I've ever stayed in. The swimming pool is just a bubble bath. All kinds of inconveniences!
Very good service attitude! General luggage service.

As I arrived and was allocated my room, I soon after had to go back to reception as the room smelt of damp was terrible, I was given another room which smelt slightly better but could still smell damp, rooms outdated brown water coming from sink taps and from the shower, no towels in the room, pictures from the website looked nothing like the room I received, only one lift working later to be informed...
The beach is nice and pretty, but the facilities are too old. However, it seems okay for the price.
At first they were nice but we had problems because they wanted to charge us 200 dollars more
The room is big, but you can't see anything from the second floor of the bay view room. The sea view is good from the third floor and above of the sea view room, with a large balcony. Food and drink are all included, but it's okay if the requirements are not too high. The beach bar is very good, the Japanese restaurant is not good, not even Wa*****, and the Rib Eye in the steakhouse is great. If you...
Very ugly pillows. You do not rest. Few rounds on the beach to offer drinks. Generally good.
I liked the hotel although it is small and some restaurants were closed it was good, the breakfast is not that rich but the snacks and dinner are delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, highlighting Martin from bellboy, Moisés and Fermín from the bar from the pool, incredible!

Oaxaca, Jose Maria Pino Suarez 702 🧭 Map
room was always clean, maid service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. Air conditioning was adequate, some difficulty in adjusting temperature. Showerhead had a leak on the side and squirted water towards the wall. In room 242.
This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good, but there are better options. The only thing I wish they had was a male therapist at the spa But a really great hotel.
Elegant and immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t try the restaurant or room service because there were so many excellent dining options nearby.
We received an upgrade for our room, it included free breakfast and free beverages and food in the afternoon. The room was very comfortable. The beds amazing.
Great hotel. Clean rooms. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Fabulous hotel. Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants...

Beautiful hotel in a good location with a view of the volcano.
WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.
Incredible rooms. Very sound proof. Everything is first class. It is a newer building integrated into historic structures with high quality finishing at every turn. Exceptional property. Just touching the historic district. Pleasant location. Only weakness I could find was they are about the only restaurant without a proper espresso machine. Poor me I know. Good excuse for a pre breakfast morning...

Great hotel! Good service but expensive restaurants, Chicago downtown prices!
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.
It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so...

By far the best hotel experience we ever had!
Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.
Beautiful room and property. Great food. Very peaceful and staff are friendly and accommodating.
Disappointing overall. Positive: The room was very nice and staff were friendly. However...we spent one night here as a special treat (we thought) for our anniversary, and for three hours of that precious afternoon and nght, there were various people in and out of our room to...hang an external shower curtain. And it was NEVER even hung up. ??? One of the reasons we booked the place was the bathtub...
Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm.
I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better!
The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.
We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. The staff are exemplary and above standard in my opinion regarding the hospitality industry.
Best hotel room I’ve ever had! From the hot tub to the fantastic bedding and the private patio… wish we could have stayed longer!

It's alright, not bad, but not as good as the online reviews say...
Fantastic service and beautiful rooms.
Great all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was so much to do during our stay. The room was amazing as well as a good selection of food/restaurants - will definitely come again.
After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.
Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport

Las Alcobas sits right on Masaryk, one of Mexico City's most dynamic streets, and it delivers on every front that matters. The water pressure alone is worth the booking. Genuinely the best I've encountered in Polanco, and I'll take that over almost any other amenity. The staff is incredible. A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need. I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!

The room cleanliness was okay, but honestly, only one restaurant was good; the rest were terrible! The facilities were also outdated, beach management was poor, and the beach environment was unpleasant. I highly do not recommend it; for the same price, you can stay elsewhere.
It was a very comfortable trip with my wife. The sea view room had a nice view, but the room size was a bit smaller than the standard room. Overall, it was very nice, but there were long queues for restaurants. If I have the chance, I would probably come back again.
Quite disappointing. It's not as good as Xcaret. The room was damp and smelled bad, and no one cleaned it during my stay. The room service had limited options and the food was unappetizing. The hotel restaurants were inconsistent in quality, and you could easily end up with a bad experience.
The hotel was packed, everyone was incredibly busy, and check-in wasn't possible even by 3 PM. No one was pushing timeshare packages that included spa treatments.
The cleanliness was so-so; there was hair in the toilet bowl, and the drains smelled slightly.
We waited over two hours for biso (a type of Japanese restaurant) in the evening, and the entire hotel was swarming with mosquitoes. I got bitten...
The room is spacious and well-equipped. Hello: I was assigned a room at the very edge ~ it was inconvenient to get in and out (was it because I booked it through the OTC Ctrip platform? A bit discriminatory? Or because we are Asian?) ~ I hope Ctrip will follow up and find out more!
The service was good, the food was good, and the scenery was great. The only downside was that the room was too humid, so inland friends might not be able to adapt. The room was modern, but for those who are used to staying in good hotels in China, there is still some gap, so there is no need to have too much fantasy. I used the pad in the room to order food, but it didn't come. I had to call to remind...

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. No breakfast too.
If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone. They can’t even send you pictures or videos either.

It’s really uncomfortable and inconvenient hotel.
No light , dark , dirty and no doubt the property it’s amazing.
The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.
I stayed at Azulik Tulum in one of the smallest rooms, and I have mixed feelings — both admiration and realism.
First, let’s be honest: Azulik is visually stunning. Architecturally, it’s a dream — truly built for aesthetics and Instagram. The design is beautiful, organic. From a visual and conceptual point of view, it’s easily 100/100.

Room was very clean and spacious. Great shower! Every night the staff close the curtains and leave a little dessert which is a nice touch. My only feedback is the beach needs more umbrellas for shade and sometimes the sulphur smell on the beach is quite strong. Staff are kind and helpful.
I had an amazing stay at Tago Hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Andrea, who answered all my questions in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She truly made everything easy and welcoming.

definitely recommend this hotel, hospitality was excellent, rooms and beds were comfortable, pool service and restaurant service excellent
Amazing stay. Extremely friendly staff and very attentive. Once inside you have entered a small paradise. Loved it
The room was very old school which I guess I should have expected with it being an older classic hotel. It still had carpet which I think is why the room had an odd smell. The area wasn’t the best either. Probably wouldn’t stay again especially for the price we paid..
Staff is amazing, specially Jaime he does a wonderful job at welcoming the guests. He sure makes you feel like home. Bed are amazing, and shower has nice pressure. The hotel is very well kept.
I was very pleased with the staff. Aside from being very polite one of them went above and beyond. My son had a fever and the employee offered to drive to the nearest pharmacy to get medication. That speaks very loud of the staff in this hotel. My experience was very delightful.

The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks.
Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler.
The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.

Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us. There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing...
Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room
Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up
The app never worked for us to make dining reservations
Evening shows were excellent
During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance. The pillow was uncomfortable, directly affecting the quality of sleep, which is unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a comfort-oriented option.
The biggest issue, without a doubt...
Overall it’s crowded. Long lines to the buffets, not all the restaurants Included. Only beach is nice for the kids, but no activities for the kids.
housekeeping expectations were not communicated earlier. Cleaning is done every other day, but was not communicated when we checked in.
Restuarant options are limited. But the ones that are there are good.
The hotel front desk and staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and the food was decent. Although the hotel has been living in a high-rise area for a long time, the rooms have a moldy smell and outdated facilities. The swimming pool and sea view are small and crowded, with noisy noise. The physical examination during check-in was not satisfactory.
