The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.

This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm. I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better! The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.

We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.
