This place is fabulous, the food is exquisite and the people are very nice. I love it and I will gladly return.

The hotel rooms weren't new, and the sheets and towels had some stains. The air conditioning couldn't be manually adjusted, making it quite hot at night

The rooms are spacious with large balconies where you can watch the tides rise and fall. The hotel offers a variety of entertainment options, and each restaurant has its own unique character

I would definitely choose RIU again for my next vacation

The hotel beach is nice, offering views of the Caribbean Sea's icy layer, although there's a bit too much seaweed along the shore. However, there are various beach chairs and hammocks, making it a great place to relax

As I arrived and was allocated my room, I soon after had to go back to reception as the room smelt of damp was terrible, I was given another room which smelt slightly better but could still smell damp, rooms outdated brown water coming from sink taps and from the shower, no towels in the room, pictures from the website looked nothing like the room I received, only one lift working later to be informed...

I liked the hotel although it is small and some restaurants were closed it was good, the breakfast is not that rich but the snacks and dinner are delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, highlighting Martin from bellboy, Moisés and Fermín from the bar from the pool, incredible!

Outside bar was been completed days after I arrived, and then when completed only played elevator music which could not be changed as it was standard on usb stick very disappointed, only one part of the pool was illumined at night which seemed dangerous, not enough poolside umbrellas for protection from the sun

The positive thing I will take for this hotel is the staff (Oscar breakfast waiter his energy in the morning was infectious) also bartender Ricardo for poolside bar when it was completed made me felt welcome when I came to the bar

Apart from morning pool exercise no other activities was available, Mexican night no holiday maker participation

Very ugly pillows. You do not rest. Few rounds on the beach to offer drinks. Generally good.

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however

I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose

The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything

The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best

The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal

My only problem was that rooms were not soundproof, you can hear music from outside all day in the room

It will be better if the hotel provides a coffee maker and fridge / minibar in the room. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea

It was very convenient that the airport shuttle was available 24 hours a day. Recommended for transit, just before a flight, or for an overnight stay right after a flight. There were plenty of amenities and it felt clean

Amazing oasis after an international flight. Have stayed here twice now and really rate it. There is even a launderette! Staff are extremely polite and helpful

At first glance I thought it was clean, but there were a lot of ants around the coffee and plastic bottle trays on the refrigerator. The hotel cleaning staff was outside, so I asked them to clean it right away

They took care of it while we were out and the ants were gone, but the area around them was so disgusting that we couldn't go near them. I left the amenity coffee bag without drinking it

The reason why I rated the cleanliness low was because there was food from previous meals in the refrigerator in the room I booked. There are no problems in other aspects of cleanliness

Everyone is willing to help in every way possible, whether it was to inquire about my flight delay, finding a good vegetarian restaurant, giving recommendations in Oaxaca, or just helping with luggage and getting all of the doors to the Ubers that were called! Thank you!!

Le Méridien Mexico City Reforma is a solid choice thanks to its prime location on Paseo de la Reforma and its spacious, comfortable rooms

The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with professional and helpful staff. While the décor feels a bit dated in places, everything works as it should, and the indoor pool and gym are a nice bonus

The hotel is located in Reforma and easy to get to the airport. The breakfast was alright and the staff quite friendly.

This location of this hotel is great; centrally located between the historic district to the east and neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa to the west

Overall, it offers very good value for the space, comfort, and convenience in central Mexico City

The room was a little old dated, but the service was ok, and they have new 4k smart big screen tv if you want to spent a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but for a week, it's to common, and same food every day.

The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional

The hotel has a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent

You can really take advantage of the Day Pass if you want to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi or the view, without staying for such a long time. Great option within CDMX and has various packages for your stay

The hotel environment and rooms are great. It's very close to the embassy and very safe. Surrounded by villas in wealthy areas, you can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi when traveling, which is very convenient!

The pool was had a grate view of the city. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and professional.

Maintenance overall. The pool area doesn't look like the picture; the pool was dirty, and the bathroom in the bedroom was not clean. I was expecting much more for the price I paid.

The staff was incredibly kind when I came in early from a redeye at 8 AM. They allowed me to hang out in the sky lounge until a room was ready at 10:30.

This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive

Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants

Carlos, the restaurant captain and pool bar manager, was outstanding and provided excellent hospitality service. Also Sunday’s breakfast buffet, the carnitas tacos where amazing.

******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay

Grand Hacienda and Pickleball We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing

Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience. Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Cheap, close to a few things, a bit questionable areas at night if you choose to walk around. Great views from the pool. Enjoyed my 3 days in Guadalajara! (First time visiting as well)

However it falls short of five stars due to: no fridge in the room and the pool & gym were temporarily closed during my stay. Overall, the staff was pleasant, the lobby area was well kept and the rooms were clean

Room was not given a good cleaning floor was untouched, bathroom amenities were lessened. No had towels or wash cloth or floor towel,even when asked for them.

Once we reported it, it was fixed immediately. I read in other reviews that it was nosy but we stayed on the 8th floor and did hear anything. We plan to come back, the location is just to good

The only complaint we had was our room key, it kept un-programming so we had to keep going down stairs to fix it. One time we didn’t realize our door hadn’t locked and wasn’t locking

This hotels location is perfect. It’s located two blocks from San Juan de Dios and the main attractions. It’s a 5 min Uber/taxi ride to the old bus station

Everything was extremely clean and well maintained — the restaurant, rooms, pool, dining areas, and gym. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to the airport, which made transportation really easy

Amazing customer service, the gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating. He was able to read that I was stressed from missing my flight and was just fantastic. The facilities were absolutely wonderful as expected

Very close to the airport, and the environment is quite good too.

I was given directions to find the shuttle bus ( in a pickup area of more then 50 minibuses!). It left before I could find it and I then had to wait 30 minutes for it to return, for what is essentially a 5 minute journey

The hotel is very convenient for the airport terminals and car rentals. The communal areas such as the restaurant and rooftop bar were very nice. The overall experience is not to the same standard as other Hilton hotels

So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol

They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay

No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day

I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay

Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD

It’s ok. It’s good. Not as “Hilton” should be though 🤷♂️

Cabanas and beach lounges were always available for use. We were 11 minutes for the airport, access to the bus (which is $1 US) and felt extremely safe at all times. I definitely would book again with them

Some amenities a bit outdated, but would come back for the lovely stuff, and nice food and drinks.

However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated

They offered a range of international, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, with plenty of options for meat, vegetables, fruits, and cakes

The food from our all-inclusive package was delicious, with a variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from

This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California. Everything about this stay was top quality

I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay

My only criticism, and this is not unique to this hotel, quite common in Mexico, maintenance and construction workers are more than happy to do heavy construction in common spaces feet away from guests

Bathroom a bit outdated, but good beds and it was quiet for us. My kids loved the shallow area of the pool (even in January). Great location to walk or short taxi rides to destinations

The only little thing is that I asked for different drinks and they didn’t have them, apparently out of stuck, no martinis, no Prosecco, no mimosas, no wine per cup just bottles and of course no bottomless
