We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals
A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time
good rooms, excellent location in the heart of the hotel zone, very good value. The food not a lot of choices in buffet, but good. The facilities are very good. Service excellent.
The room it's ok, the house keeping service it wass good, the only concerns its reject linen and provide amenities like conditioner body wash, and more wash cloths
I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as ******* has listed! I couldn’t !!!! I will be dealing with ******* for false advertising !
Some of the staff were very friendly, others were standoffish, not sure if that was due to language

The hotel was formerly a Rosewood Hotel, and Mr. Enthusiastic and proactive in helping me solve my itinerary problems, saving a lot of time and making my itinerary smooth
Very Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms! Beautiful view from the gorgeous rooftop space. Only minor complaints: the rooftop pool was very cold and it's windy up there
WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work
Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about ten minutes' walk, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the rooms are large, and there is a swimming pool on the roof with a view of the volcano and church
Food is great and the staff is great. Had a great massage with Dani. Think she fixed my back! My 3rd or 4th time here, I'll be back...
Great hotel, very slightly out of the way but great value and customer service.
The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good. The room is clean and the location is good
I have been to three cities and this is the best. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer
The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen
Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some issues
One of the best hotels in Puebla! The facilities are new and very good, the breakfast is very good and the staff is attentive, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable, the pool is heated and the price per night is reasonable
Excellent hotel! It is located so that you can easily get to know Puebla. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and meets many quality rules.
We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great
While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport
Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast
Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after
He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer
Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city

She made sure room was in top shape, changing linen and towels, and also making sure my daily bottle of drinking water was in the room. Spacious, quiet and with views of the area
It was my second time staying with them but in a different location and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were amazing and the location was great with anything you needed within walking distance
Best hotel in Ecstepec
Fiesta Inn Ecatepec is the best hotel in the areas. Great location inside the luxury mall “Centro Las Américas” that offers guests shopping and dining options
Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give
Property has a great restaurant, plenty of parking space (open air) and rooms are super clean and well-kept
Really low water pressure on the shower. Heater room do not work also safe was unoperable. The only reason i book there was so I can take a nice shower after my day out

Room was very clean, location was great, check in was seamless, staff was very kind and breakfast was delicious. Doesn’t get more authentic that that.
to find that my room had not yet been cleaned, even though I had left early in the morning. In most hotels, housekeeping is usually completed around noon, but in this case I had to wait until 5:00 p
Breakfast is included in the room rate, and while the menu is simple, the food quality and taste were surprisingly good. However, there were several aspects that made my stay less enjoyable
I stayed for business purposes (4 days, 3 nights), and while the room itself was fairly clean and the bed and amenities were acceptable, the floor was noticeably dirty
My recent stay at One Guadalajara was a bittersweet experience. On the positive side, the hotel has a pleasant appearance and the staff are welcoming and friendly
While One Guadalajara is not a bad hotel overall, this particular stay did not meet my expectations. I would think twice before booking this location again
There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is very convenient as it is close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet included Mexican food, and the staff kindly taught us how to eat it
its been a hotel for my last 3 or 4 visits to the city, i totally recommend it, its small and quiet, also very clean and the breakfast its included, also its very close to the downtown in a very safe area at any time
The location of the hotel is near the "Hidalgo" station but my husband and I haven't used this station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The breakfast is very good! It services from 6:00a
It is very good when you need to go out early 😁 They provide 24 hours coffee that is a bonus. They also provide drinking water that we did not know until a housekeeper told us
The housekeepers are very responsible for cleaning your room everyday! I do appreciate it so much 😘 The only thing that I don't like is the size of the room is very small
Great value located very close to historic Centro area. Rooms are a little small but modern, comfortable and clean. Friendly bilingual staff and free hot breakfast
Except for Aylin, I didn’t find the other staff to be well-trained or particularly pleasant. They have two nice outdoor pools, but the water is so cold that you can’t get into them. The food was 8/10 — I enjoyed it
The food was amazing as well, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all impressive, generous, and full of fresh local flavors. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect
The room had that perfect “wild luxury” vibe: stylish yet close to nature, with thoughtful details everywhere. I would love to come back and stay here again; it’s truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed
Beautiful resort and the staff was amazing! Ivan, Bill, Ramon and the rest of the staff made our stay so relaxing. Gracias por todo!
This hotel was outstanding. The service was five stars all the way around really enjoyed my time there very relaxing and private. It was everything I wanted will definitely be returning.
The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and right on a beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a quiet morning walk or watching the sunset

Very good hotel. The best part is the breakfast. The hotel staff is also very nice and helpful. So a must try for anyone coming to Mexico. Nearby restaurants serve sushi and all Mexican dishes.
Excellent measures against the pandemic
Great for those times when you are looking for a clean and safe place. People at the entrance take the temperature and check the details. Comfortable place for work and rest.
Staff was not so helpful or serviceable. Outer smell fron fush market is strong, and outside area (parking) is not a clean space.
The hotel doesn't smell good, they didn't change the pillowcases, and the bathroom smells like sewage.
I told the AC in the room is not working, and the staffs told me to wait inside the room and someone is coming to fix it in 5 mins. However I had been waiting for more than 10 mins inside the room without ac
The pool is great! Like really, really great: it’s covered, temperature-controlled, has jacuzzi, towels and you can order food. The attendant there was super sweet
The second night the water was more clear but the pool needs to be scrubbed because the bottom was very slippery. The water temperature is wonderful at around 30 degrees celsius. There is a restaurant AND a cafe
We stayed in a Junior suite and I think the only complaints I would have would be with the air conditiong and the pool. During the day our room would be cool but at night it seemed like it would stop working
Our first night the pool was very cloudy and we found a dead bird just outside of the pool. Maintenance quickly disposed of the bird
They have a free airport shuttle to and from the airport that is super convenient. The hotel is just 6-8 minutes from the airport and the main bus terminal TAPO, so it’s a great place for travelers
It’s actually very conveniently located for tourism in CDMX, and for concerts and events. Food at the restaurant was good, not great. But it had a lot of variety, good value, and great staff
The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning
The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful
👍👍
FOUR POINTS by SHERATON, es un Hôtel muy bonito y muy tranquilo. El personal es muy atento y el desayuno buffet es Excelente. Un reconociento especial a Hector de Récepcion, y tambien Quetika la camarista
Nice staff, good breakfast and dinner. Need to have car to move around
The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice
Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...
The room is very nice, comfortable and quiet, with a wide variety of breakfast options
Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.
The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good
Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon
It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one
The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions like the National Palace, churches, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bank Museum
The first day, the bed was a bit dirty, but after I told a staff member, they changed it for us to a clean one
Hotel was typical of ibis chain with clean rooms and good service. Check in and check out was smooth
Lovely hotel, great location and a delicious breakfast.
This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown
The Perfect Base for Exploring CDMX
A fantastic, high-value stay! This Ibis is the definition of 'no-frills' done right—everything works perfectly and all the essentials are included without any unnecessary fuss
I had a really nice stay at Nilu Cancún by Selina! 🌴 The location is perfect — right in the hotel zone, close to the beach and bus stops. The vibe was super chill, and I met some amazing travelers in the dorm
The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance
Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view
Have to put in effort to socialise there as it’s quite big. Beautiful location and property. However, Beds are creeky and don’t have guards on the top bunks to stop u falling on marble floor
Lockers sound like you’re scraping metal across the floor and wake everyone up. Make sure you don’t sleep on the bunk with aircon, everyone who slept there was freezing and got sick
Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not
We spent a few days here during our anniversary and thanksgiving. Hotel was great place because walking distance from historic district and many coffee and restaurants places. Would love to stay here again
the location is very easy to find and we were very pleased at the outside of the building. the modern look is always fantastic. the hotel staff was very friendly to us and offered to take our bags to the rooms
Nice hotel with a great breakfast. Great location just 2 blocks from the main cathedral plaza and pedestrian only shopping streetThey have 4 bicycles free to use with a deposit that is refunded when returned
We stayed at this hotel for a week while we were visiting Mexico City. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Zocalo which is the main square where a lot of activities take place
There was a omelette counter where you can have the eggs cooked according to your preference. I can’t say enough about the location. As I mentioned earlier, Zocalo was within a few minutes walk
During the week we were there, there was a celebration of indigenous people. There were dances, singing and music and food. The hotel rooms are a decent size and are nicely decorated and clean

Well finished rooms, spacious and modern. A good breakfast and dinner option with eateries nearby.
Take note that the lobby is on the second floor of the shopping mall - not well sign posted.
Thank You NH Valle Dorado
I think the hotel is modern, clean, confortable. The seevice personal, gave us an excelent seevice. My love and me enjoyed our stay in NH Valle dorado thank You.
It was a fairly clean place. Just a bit far from where smithing is.
The front desk staff is very helpful very professional
The rooms is confortable, and the restaurant is ok
Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction
Ordinary, OK. A little better than the Express Hotel. But this hotel is not new.
The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the suite is spacious, the hotel location is excellent, the room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk service is ok, they will help you park the car without having to park it yourself
This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks
There is also a courier company nearby, which is very convenient for sending things. Not bad, I will stay here next time
The room has a bit of smell, the breakfast is good, short trip can be refunded
The rooms were simple, but all you need when you’re enjoying all day outdoors, the food wasn’t top notch, but still good, the pools were so nice (we spent most of our time at the pool that’s more enclosed), and the gym was very high quality! For our week long stay we really enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories!
Excellent location, we were upgraded to a master suite (probably a lucky break), and the buffet and drinks were good and varied. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
It was a shame there weren't many specialty dinner options besides the buffet. Overall, the staff were friendly. I really appreciated the free room upgrade. Both the pool and the ocean were well-maintained and pleasant
Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation
I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying if you have kids keep them close
They're all very friendly and accommodating and in our experience, very trustworthy. I can't speak for all but we left money out in the room as a tip and the room service left it until we physically gave it to them
I will stay there again on my next visit to Mexico. The great thing about the hotel, close to everything, next to lots of great restaurant. Thank you all the staff at Novit Hotel see you guys again soon
The room was nice, with a large window, and very clean. Soap was provided, and the facilities were good. The standard breakfast was simple, but a premium breakfast could be ordered for an extra fee
Excellent service and facilities, all the staff were very attentive, the facilities were very good, and the pool was very nice.
The service was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese ramen, and Mexican, so you could try a variety of options
The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It was great, and I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in Mexico for business. The Yoshinoya across the street is very cheap and affordable
There is a convenience store next to it and a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and various restaurants opposite. I especially recommend the breakfast, which is quite rich and of high quality
