Hotels with pool in Mexico

We booked this last minute, and it was a really nice place to stay with two young children. It also has two pools, and a zero entry water park. There was a buffet or order off the menu option for all meals

A few things would make it better: the pools were pretty cold. Our kids love the water, but they had a hard time

good rooms, excellent location in the heart of the hotel zone, very good value. The food not a lot of choices in buffet, but good. The facilities are very good. Service excellent.

The room it's ok, the house keeping service it wass good, the only concerns its reject linen and provide amenities like conditioner body wash, and more wash cloths

I booked my stay for a week with the intent to stay indoors in the supposedly resort as ******* has listed! I couldn’t !!!! I will be dealing with ******* for false advertising !

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about ten minutes' walk, the hotel environment is very comfortable, the rooms are large, and there is a swimming pool on the roof with a view of the volcano and church

I have been to three cities and this is the best. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer

The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen

Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some issues

One of the best hotels in Puebla! The facilities are new and very good, the breakfast is very good and the staff is attentive, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable, the pool is heated and the price per night is reasonable

Excellent hotel! It is located so that you can easily get to know Puebla. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and meets many quality rules.

The location of the hotel is near the "Hidalgo" station but my husband and I haven't used this station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The breakfast is very good! It services from 6:00a

It is very good when you need to go out early 😁 They provide 24 hours coffee that is a bonus. They also provide drinking water that we did not know until a housekeeper told us

The housekeepers are very responsible for cleaning your room everyday! I do appreciate it so much 😘 The only thing that I don't like is the size of the room is very small

Great for those times when you are looking for a clean and safe place. People at the entrance take the temperature and check the details. Comfortable place for work and rest.

Staff was not so helpful or serviceable. Outer smell fron fush market is strong, and outside area (parking) is not a clean space.

The hotel doesn't smell good, they didn't change the pillowcases, and the bathroom smells like sewage.

I told the AC in the room is not working, and the staffs told me to wait inside the room and someone is coming to fix it in 5 mins. However I had been waiting for more than 10 mins inside the room without ac

The pool is great! Like really, really great: it’s covered, temperature-controlled, has jacuzzi, towels and you can order food. The attendant there was super sweet

The second night the water was more clear but the pool needs to be scrubbed because the bottom was very slippery. The water temperature is wonderful at around 30 degrees celsius. There is a restaurant AND a cafe

We stayed in a Junior suite and I think the only complaints I would have would be with the air conditiong and the pool. During the day our room would be cool but at night it seemed like it would stop working

Our first night the pool was very cloudy and we found a dead bird just outside of the pool. Maintenance quickly disposed of the bird

They have a free airport shuttle to and from the airport that is super convenient. The hotel is just 6-8 minutes from the airport and the main bus terminal TAPO, so it’s a great place for travelers

It’s actually very conveniently located for tourism in CDMX, and for concerts and events. Food at the restaurant was good, not great. But it had a lot of variety, good value, and great staff

The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful

Located in the center of the old city, next to the church and the square, there are a lot of people, there are a lot of homeless people at night, at the subway entrance, the personnel are a bit complicated, the room is quite large, the breakfast restaurant is on the 7th floor, you can overlook the entire city of Guadalajara, and appreciate the church up close, the lobby reception people can speak English...

I had a really nice stay at Nilu Cancún by Selina! 🌴 The location is perfect — right in the hotel zone, close to the beach and bus stops. The vibe was super chill, and I met some amazing travelers in the dorm

Lockers sound like you’re scraping metal across the floor and wake everyone up. Make sure you don’t sleep on the bunk with aircon, everyone who slept there was freezing and got sick

We stayed at this hotel for a week while we were visiting Mexico City. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Zocalo which is the main square where a lot of activities take place

There was a omelette counter where you can have the eggs cooked according to your preference. I can’t say enough about the location. As I mentioned earlier, Zocalo was within a few minutes walk

During the week we were there, there was a celebration of indigenous people. There were dances, singing and music and food. The hotel rooms are a decent size and are nicely decorated and clean

Great hidden oasis in the heart of Guadelajara. Rooms are super comfortable and spacious. They are currently upgrading some rooms around the pool, but we never heard any construction

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, the suite is spacious, the hotel location is excellent, the room cleaning staff is also very friendly, the front desk service is ok, they will help you park the car without having to park it yourself

This hotel has very good facilities, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful service. There is a large supermarket in front of it with a variety of Mexican products. There is a commercial center nearby with a lot of snacks

There is also a courier company nearby, which is very convenient for sending things. Not bad, I will stay here next time

The rooms were simple, but all you need when you’re enjoying all day outdoors, the food wasn’t top notch, but still good, the pools were so nice (we spent most of our time at the pool that’s more enclosed), and the gym was very high quality! For our week long stay we really enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories!

They're all very friendly and accommodating and in our experience, very trustworthy. I can't speak for all but we left money out in the room as a tip and the room service left it until we physically gave it to them

The room was nice, with a large window, and very clean. Soap was provided, and the facilities were good. The standard breakfast was simple, but a premium breakfast could be ordered for an extra fee

There is a convenience store next to it and a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and various restaurants opposite. I especially recommend the breakfast, which is quite rich and of high quality
