Hotels with pool in Mexico

My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time

We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful

The staff worked really hard and were on the whole amazing. We had a great time and the New Year's Eve event was the best we had experienced!

But everything completely changed when the manager, Stefano Rayo, paid attention to our complaints… He turned out to be some kind of magician! Initially, we received a free room upgrade since I have Platinum membership with *******, but there was no hot water in the shower — we had to take cold showers even though we reported it several times

The issue wasn’t resolved… until Stefano found out about our problem. He gave us another, even better room with hot water! And his attitude toward us was simply outstanding — very respectful, polite, and professional

Finally got around to writing this review! My friends and I stayed at Sandos in Cancun from November 4th to 8th, and I just had to share our experience. I’ve been to Cancun many times — I truly love this place

friendly and caring staff, and entertainment and performances are great. The food is not great compared to other things, especially in restaurants

Foods and drinks are delicious. Entertainments are awesome fun. Willing to recommend to anyone like party. If you looking for relaxation and quiet you might consider other properties

The staff are amazing! Special shoutout to Odalys at the check-in counter, Mario my butler and Salvador, the server in the buffet!

Great food, perfect size pool. Average beach, entertainment was not as good as past visits. Had first couples massage it was excellent. Had average weather and low numbers at hotel which may have effected experience.

Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue

Allow people to party into the evening around and in the pool. That would make the experience much more enjoyable for a lot of people

The balcony in the room was perfect for chatting. The room service was excellent. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and the sea is right outside the door with beautiful views. Overall, a perfect stay.

The room was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive services were also excellent, and the food in the restaurants was delicious

Not worth for 325 usd for 1 night, also we need to give tip for everything even if a drink, otherwise they will never give as per our expectations

It was a very pleasant vacation experience, and the price I paid for booking in advance was very good value for money!

Music vibe all day long till night. Enjoy the vibe if you are not an early sleep traveller.

The location and food were both pretty good.

Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while. Environment: Parking was very convenient. Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good

The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect. Great stay.

Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard

Very happening resort for party people, spent 5 nights at this resort, the foods were good, many restaurants in the resort to chose for lunch & dinner. Can take USD 1 bus to travel around Cancun.

A sexy hotel with an adult theme. All activities in the hotel are very sexy. You are not allowed to take photos of others. You can only take photos of the exterior and the beach

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place

Nice hotel, but it wasn't as new and luxurious as it looked, and the food needs to be improved.

Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars

We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant)

The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish

Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants

We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic

I will give them the benefit because they are so incredibly new. I wish this hotel the most success! Thank you so much for a mind blowing experience!

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club

We've had them every day! There's an adults-only pool with good views, which is great. You're relaxed (as long as you don't have groups of drunken kids screaming around)

The property is larger, boasting more and more beautiful swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a wider selection of restaurants

Breakfast was offered at three different venues; while this meant each individual buffet wasn't overwhelmingly huge, the dining atmosphere was vastly superior – very quiet, with extremely fresh food, especially the salad greens and fruits

To my disappointment, it was still somewhat angled towards the southwest, which made catching the sunrise rather difficult. However, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly polite

What we liked least was the limited variety of food. There are four restaurants, but the food is always the same. The buffet is quite basic; we didn't use it because we didn't like much of it

Had the most amazing time at Grand park Royal cancun! Brought my two teenage daughters with for a relaxing time. Absolutely loved the all-inclusive. I'm already planning to go back soon!

It's a all inclusive hotels with Good Location great beach. The drinks could be better.

However, the room facilities were very old, and the restaurant food was just average. The better restaurants required advance reservations, but whether you could actually get one was another story

The hotel has a beautiful environment, perfect for a vacation, and the service is excellent. The three meals offered are also very generous.

I read some reviews saying the rooms were a bit old, but it was actually better than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning, and the all-inclusive dining offers a great variety of options

The hotel's public areas were also beautifully decorated, perfect for photos everywhere, with lots of plants and animals like lizards and peacocks

The room type was excellent and spacious enough, with a balcony facing the sea, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean views daily

Perfect location. Hotel has all the amenities. Lots of misunderstanding in communication due to staff doesn’t speak really well English. Delicious breakfast with amazing smoothie station. A very nice pool/gym area.

The area is super convenient to walk in and out. Our day was quick so we didn’t really get to use the facilities/amenities. However, in the future, I would have no problem staying in this location.

The dinner at Seders bordered on inedible. The ceasar salad dressing was flavorless on lettuce that was near frozen. The packaged croutons on top did not redeem the salad

We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them

But the comp breakfast is very good. Very, very comfortable bedding, excellent service, clean. Stayed here first night in cdmx bc arrived late. Wanted predictability and to see/dine in polanco

Very good!!! The service is humane. The hardware is absolutely 5 stars. Breakfast is 8 points. The location is great if you like high-end communities.

Loooove Fiesta Americana! Good location, very nice personnel, pretty common areas (lobby, restaurants, pool, spa). Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good toiletries

The beds are very comfortable. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night

Beautiful Hotel, clean, frendly people, The Mexican Restaurant the food is the best in quality and flavor. No need to go eat out side the hotel unless you want to experience the city.

It is as close to a 5 star as I have experienced in Mexico. I booked at a 3rd party service. No complaints about anything. The breakfast buffet was fantastic

I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.

What can you say. It's the Hard Rock. Upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room. Some great restaurants and in the center of town. Wonderful staff. Underground parking. Pool overlooking the city. Wonderful stay!!!

I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern

Breakfast is plentiful and so many great Mexican dishes to try. The bar area has a nice energy and live music in the evening. The lifts were a bit frustrating as only one working. Nice rooftop bar and pool area

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection

Went for the atmosphere of the rock n roll restaurant. Would've been nice to visit the pool side bar at roof, but it was reserved for non-existing hotel clients. Restaurant was as always with HRC quality

One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there

From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation

Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved

We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive

They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort

Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week

If you are looking for a true spa experienice, look no further! We were greeted with a cool scented washcloths, hand massage, and iced tea

Place was very clean, staff we lovely. Lots of food options and snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to star class which allowed us an additional pool and restaurants

We had our favourite bar tender Louie (his name tag was MIA so not sure it in spelling it correctly) who worked in the premiere bar & lounge, he was so funny and always remembered our drink orders! We had a swim out in our room and it was worth the upgrade, so nice and refreshing! We will be back again for sure!

Overall our experience was great however what took it over the top was our personal ******* ambassadors David & Luis!!! When we arrived at the hotel we found out that booking through ******* got us a few extra perks including our own personal ******* ambassadors aka butler service

Very clean and beautiful area. Everyone was very helpful. Jazmin at the cabanas and our ******* Reps, Jose Luis Perez and David Albahari. at the resort were also. They were very responsive and helpful.

Antonio kept the room very clean. Water pressure in the shower was slow. All good otjerwise. Mauricio and David as ambassadors were great!

They even have a smart robot that delivers food! The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The lobby and rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly

The service was terrible, and the noise level in the room at night was completely disproportionate to the price. My complaints were ignored, and I felt discriminated against as a Chinese person.

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool

I enjoyed how respectful and caring the staff were. All of the meals were amazing 😍. The activities and events at the resort were awesome,transportation access was on point. The tour to Isla mujeres was so much fun

Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction

The hotel is generally good, though a bit dated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping mall, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel

I stayed at Sofitel for three days. It is a good hotel in the area. The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is soft, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is very good in the city center.

The room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it

We had the most amazing experience here. All three restaurants were beautiful, the room was amazing, and the location was perfect, but the real standout here was the service

When getting food with my walking stick every time they offered to take my plate to the table. Main pool has a ledge across so I did not have to stand in the pool for any length

Railings around every entrance so easy to get in and out. Ocean beach very calm I had no trouble getting in an out. Place laid out great everything close so not a lot of walking. Negatives - not much, just minor stuff

The food was outstanding and everything tasted great. Huge selection but I did eat in the black and white steak house 5 of the 7 days. I am a 69 year old male with bad knees so this review is for others like me

One of the elevators in our wing not working so several times we could not get on a crowded elevator and had to wait for the next one. Hotel is showing its age, room chipped tile, minor stuff like that

The entrance is gated and if you take an uber, just have the driver honk because the guy who lifts the bar up is usually just around the corner near the other building

Walking distance to the airport, but there's a shuttle. Walking distance to the metro (subway). Don't pay for the breakfast buffet. There are good prices in the menu

I wouldn't rate this hotel 4 stars. Hotel is old and outdated, towels smell like chlorine, would expect a lot more from a Hyatt Regency. Room service food is horrible, so is the buffet at the restaurant

The pool is only pretty but always old because the sun is covered by the tall building most of the day. Rooms are excellent If you ask for the new wing

They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery

So on my last evening at the Hyatt Regency I decided to eat on the Terrace in the lounge Bar restaurant and had myself a beautiful white fish grilled to perfection and overall beautiful experience
