The price is right considering the location and just how nice this hotel is. Although we only stayed for one night, I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next stay in Mexico City

Good location in the heart of the Zona Rosa, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, overall recommendable.

When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief

Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling)

Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all

He also was around for pool volleyball! Jesus, Benjamin and Louis were also a fun time. Special “shoutout” to “Handsome Victor” our morning shuttle driver

My husband and I stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites for one week for our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely marvelous. We booked the Honeymoon Oceanfront Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Israel from Lomas Hospitality Transportation picked us up at the airport and was amazing—professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed right away

A special thank you to Cesar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He helped us book our activities, including a romantic candlelight dinner and a romantic breakfast in bed

In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip

Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and he also assisted us with restaurant reservations at Mia Casa and the Asian restaurant

Hotel was a bit dated (however they are going to renovate at the end of May for a year) and the pool looked like it needed to be filled up with more water

Just got back from a 4 day trip. Resort grounds were immaculate! The staff was so friendly and the pools and restaurants were never felt crowded. Daytime entertainment in the pool was great

There are 2 different swim up bars a beautiful beach views. I didn’t go into the ocean due to the under current but a few people swam in the ocean. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars to me was the food

Food was really good at all the restaurants. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice! I would stay there again anytime!

A little bland and the restaurants seemed to be serving almost the same food that was a t the buffet. Plenty of options and the made to order omelette at breakfast were great

But you can’t beat the views and pools! Who needs to eat much when you can drink and soak up the sun all day

The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond

The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The concierge is very helpful. Easily schedule Covid tests to return to the US

Excellent attention at the fromt desk and at the Il Becco restaurant.

This hotel was by far the best in town. I came here with my kids and puppy and it was great! Everything was done for our puppy and my kids loved the pool! The food was great and delicious (albeit a little overpriced)

Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed

My BF and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons México City over New Years! The property was beautiful (I could live in the courtyard). The beds were blissfully comfortable

The Wi-Fi is useless; it's better to use your data. The gym is super complete; you'll find a lot of equipment for your workout. The pool is small but really pretty

The check-in process was smooth and excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked me in because she was truly wonderful. The room was spacious, and the location is perfect close to everything

Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel even had bikes available for guests, which was a nice bonus

The décor was modern business style blending local design elements, the bedding was comfortable, and the bright and spacious work area was ideal for business

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a great night’s rest. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a longer visit to Mexico City

The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing

They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women

There is also a swimming pool and gym on the top floor, which are clean and less crowded. The quilt is super comfortable. The internet in the house is very fast

We were given a pass to the Fiesta Americana Villas to be able to swim in the pool and use all the amenities (breakfast and beach)

Nice safe and central location, very friendly attention from all the staff. Unfortunately, the pool is under maintenance

Nice and convenient. Only problem is parking, is hard to access and get around, and is not included in your stay.

Surprised to have a refundable security deposit charged to the credit card which attracts both exchange and processing charges (non refundable)

Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes

The room is quite big. It's in a big mall. It's very convenient to eat. It's just very close to the bus station. There's traffic jam every day.

The hotel facilities are relatively new. It is in a shopping mall and is convenient for life.

I always stay here, we are old friends, I go there twice a year

We really enjoyed that time of year in a celebrations, but expect huge crowds and if you’re planning to visit book in advance. The museum and the castle and the park are very close

The meals were good, even though the beverages were too limited. The valet parking service is expensive.

Location wasn’t great. Also lobby wasn’t very nice. But service was amazing and very clean rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Fiesta. The only bit if a downside was the mattress which we found to be too firm for good sleep.

They could have included a hot tub or at least heated the kiddie pool. Instead of using pineapple juice for the pina coladas, it’s almost as they used some sort of artificial pineapple syrup

Everything was very clean and we loved having two bathrooms. Logistically, the resort is not great. Having to take a shuttle just to go grab some breakfast, or really go anywhere, was not ideal

This time, we didn’t mean a single person that we thought was especially nice or helpful. Every single pool, whether at the resort or water park was unswimmable because they were so cold

Dining was mediocre and service inconsistent—we repeatedly waited to be seated (even at the buffet) and often had to flag down servers—while the hotel is about 2 miles from the main lobby/park and shuttle waits with young children were inconvenient (management did provide a go-cart for the rest of our stay after we complained)

I can’t believe for a resort this size, there weren’t more options. Coffee shop was only open in the morning. It would have been nice to grab an afternoon latte, but there was none to be found

It was a fantastic introduction to their menu, and I’ll definitely be back to explore their standard offerings

The hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them

The hotel staff is helpful. My only feedback concerns the limited dining hours; most options close by 11 PM, and there are only two restaurants available.

The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't

The pool area is amazing with the delicious ice cream shop, churro and taco stands too. The staff was efficient setting up your lounge chair and providing drinks, and so friendly

He always assisted us promptly willing to assist whenever possible with extra pillows, blankets or special requests. Roberto was equally great and would always answer our request promptly and efficiently

He would handle all our requests through texts or in person with a quick follow-up. We loved both of them for their amazing service and gracious hospitality

The staff at Kakao & Glacé were so kind and provided us delicious coffees, crepes and cookies every morning. We enjoyed seeing them and received excellent service

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay I would give 10 stars the food was great the service was excellent and the employees were top notch. Me and my wife could not have been more impressed

We had the best time at Le Blanc. The service and food was amazing. We loved all the restaurants, especially Yama and Bella that served delicious dinners

The buffet was really good, there was alway a good food options and again service at the table was great! The hotel is smaller, the pool water was cold making it tough to utilize the swim up bar

We did see a couple cockroaches that appeared to be dead. The resort didn’t accommodate wheelchairs or walkers very well. There was no handicapped access to get into the pool

Great experience overall, very clean and conveniently located across from Las Isla Mall. The family room was our favorite thing (2 bathrooms). Food was good, but could have better snack options

Fairly upscale hotel in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. Close to several malls and adjacent to good restaurants and a cinema. Internet speeds were shockingly pokey for this type of lodging

I had the Premium room this time and it was perfect, no complaints other than maybe that I wish they had more English channels other than CNN and Fox News, but then again, it's Mexico

The people who work there treated us like solid gold and the property was kept very well. I stay in 14-16 hotels per month all over the world. This is one of my top three favorites

But, what really stands out is the service at the morning breakfast. We were so well taken care of by Sofia in the hotel restaurant that we felt right at home and pampered!

The hospitality is top notch. For example, it was 2am and they walked me to the nearest taco stand so I could eat something. Everyone here is very respectful and helpful.

The room is large and the service attitude is very good. 24-hour hotel service, most of which are included in the restaurant, where you can drink at any time.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, so beautiful, the room was stunning, the pools exclusive to impressions guests were so lovely and secluded so we basically had them for ourselves

It was not bad. I stayed for two days and the housekeeper didn't take care of me on the first day of check-in and the last day of check-out.

The second time I came, I ate a lot every day. It was delicious. I loved it. I ate a lot.

From the time we checked in to checkout we were taken care of our needs by butler service the room amenities are par excellence and maintained very clean the proximity to shops and tourist attractions is an added advantage

Toaster was old-styled with difficulty to retrieve bread. Some room amenities were dated. For instance, curtain needs to be pulled (not automated), bed-side lamps are outdated with hard switches

general manager was so delightful, helpful with information and suggestions , we enjoyed our conversations with him Hotel had a champagne sabre event with appetizers in the lobby that was lovely

Location is good as it’s just at the airport itself. A little expensive for the type of room though. We had to ask for the maintenance guy as the hot shower is not working.

The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2
