The rooms a very clean. The staff was always friendly, helpful, efficient and anticipate my needs. I have a very positive experience that I decided to stay longer at the hotel.

just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.

Very convenient if you need access to the hospital. Traffic was a little crazy to drive in the surrounding area so being able to walk from hotel to hospital was perfect

Great location, near most business centers in the city. Rooms and service were even better than expected.

Pool was under repair but you can use the other Holiday Inn’s pool. There’s also a small gym but with so much to discover, see and walk in GDL you’ll do your exercise goals each day

The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident

I stayed here for two nights with my family of three. Excellent choice for the price. Safe and functional, if sparse on design. The room itself seemed relatively new, complete with USB-C ports

You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia)

The only issue I encountered was the keycard for the tower won’t work for the elevator to get to the gym, so you need to ask staff for access to the gym

Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara)

It's good. I'm on a business trip nearby. The location is close. I will choose this place next time. It's clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. There are few restaurants around, and there is no Chinese food.

The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. It costs 188 pesos and must be paid on the spot

A long time ago I stayed here and she thought the hotel was great and nowadays it is very good and they have top notch hygiene and sanitation measures. Keep meeting my expectations

Extraordinary resort. A beautiful sanctuary from the crazy hotel zone, yet close to the airport. Ramona restaurant was outstanding. Great mojito by the outstanding bartenders at the Havana Lounge. Would visit again.

From chillin in the private pools from the suites to dancing on the floor made especially for the wedding reception, this place is EPIC! An oasis inside an oasis at every turn

The only drawback is that the floor of the shower room is too slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. I can only use the towel placed outside as a foot pad and put it on the floor of the shower room.

The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises

The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

The hotel rooms, gym, and rooftop infinity pool are all new. The area is quiet, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and Centro Historico is about 2km away

The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating a family of four! During Christmas, there's a live Christmas band in the restaurant on the first floor, creating a wonderful atmosphere

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip

They did not chase you or harrase like some other resorts. My family and i had a good time. We spent 2 full days there and enjoyed the pool and beach. The other days we went out Over all its was a great stay

Nice property, pretty chill. Small pool with only 2 restaurant in the resort. Easy access to public transportation and walkable distance to party zone.

Overall, we had a good stay at the resort, but there are definitely areas where improvement is needed—especially when it comes to staffing and service. It was clear the resort is significantly understaffed

Spacious hotel with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, close to shopping malls, tourist spots, restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious, pleasant and comfortable. Some are modern and others not so much

But the pick-up service is too expensive! By the way, the shower in the hotel really needs to be replaced! WI-FI is not free, it may be a pain point of Marriott, the charge is reasonable

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight.

Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily

I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu

The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play

The windows can be opened, which is rare. The service is very good, the environmental facilities have nothing to say It's just that the road is being repaired at the door, and it seems that there is always a traffic jam

Hospitality here is great rooms were clean and the breakfast amazing. Traveled here for work and enjoyed happy hour on the patio and dinner 2 nights. Outside grill is worth staying in for.

I like that is very close to the main bus station in Puebla, but the room I got, looked more like a motel roon than a hotel room to be honest. The towels looked like they seen better days.

I’m also quite sure they just reheat pre-made food from the kitchen as the food came out in 10mins or so when I was dining in one of the a la carte restaurants lol. The food texture was mushy… Only soups were good

It was quiet and no one was super drunk. The staff speaks English impressively well. You can tell the hotel has been remodeled recently and it’s lovely. The room design is actually cute with brand-new outlets

See, I’m not a picky traveller as I don’t have high expectations from all-you-can-eat places generally but even so most food was lacking flavor. I truly think it’s because of their targeting demographic

Lots of grandmas and grandpas with limited mobility staying here. You can tell they’ve come here many times before and lots of reunions happening too. There are some good things coming with that tho

The ramps were everywhere so it was so easy to move around with a suitcase. The property is not too big so it was easy to navigate overall compared to other huge all-inclusive resorts

They even have a usb-c outlet! All the part of the hotel was clean. The hot water got too hot time to time but it was never cold. The courtyard with chic lights and chairs

The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well

Property overall is beautiful. Did not appreciate that even though I payed for all inclusive they are constantly trying to upgrade and sell non package items.

I like everything about this place, is amazing to wake up surrounded by beautiful people and beautiful gardens Something I did not like is you remove a beautiful tree outside la Huerta restaurant possibly today it was covered with those beautiful yellow flowers

The center is like a park, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Next to It is a large shopping mall, and it feels like a relatively cost-effective hotel

This is a five-star resort hotel. It is located in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside. It is basically like a hotel in a resort area. The service of the hotel is very good

Minor details like safety box not working or warm water instead of hot. Staff is great! Camino Real is not on it’s prime but it was a very pleasant stay

Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent

Would give 5 stars for facilities and service but there's an issue with parking space: It's not free and there's no elevator nor handycap access from parking basement to the lobby.

The restaurant is tasteless and the food is really bad, don't eat here, don't even pay for breakfast, instead step outside and go to one of the multiple restaurant close by. I do not recommend this hotel anymore

Absolutely wonderful resort! We had great service at the Mexican restaurant Frida from Alonso Leon & Didier and the food was delicious, similarly El Pescador was tasty and fresh and Baudelio was a wonderful server, lastly Italian restaurant was delicious as well and Rafael was great! Lorena from the Omelette station was kind and speedy making omelettes

Entertainment was always so fun thanks to Joel, Luis, Monce, and Uciel they were energetic, engaging, and welcomed everyone to participate! Food at the buffet was always delicious, rooms are very clean! Can’t wait to come back!!

The server (Danny) was super nice to us at the Italian restaurant. He made sure we were content with everything and was very attentive with our orders

We had such a wonderful stay at this family-friendly, budget-friendly resort! It’s not overly large, which actually made the experience feel more relaxed and enjoyable—especially since we were traveling with a big group of 19 family members

The place is very well located, comfortable, good breakfast, but the lobby looks a bit unattended, the lobby lady's room was dirty (3 toilets and all dirty).

I really liked its location, very clean, spacious rooms and the attention of a very cordial staff, I recommend them, it has parking if they charge you, but the price you pay for the stay is worth it.
