In addition, there are many aquatic plants in this sea area, which makes it difficult to swim in the sea. Fortunately, there are two hotel swimming pools. Finally, it is recommended to experience the seaside restaurant
Clean. Amazing service. Great views. Activities. Food variety
I had an amazing stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres in Cancun. The food was delicious, the staff provided excellent service, and the daily activities were fun and well-organized. Everything was very clean and well-maintained
We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that
The hotel is amazing definitely planning an another trip here, Thomas the golf cart driver was excellent and super helpful when we needed to find our way!! If I could give a hundred stars I would
Everything was great! They closed for renovations and i can only image how amazing it will be when it opens back up!

The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.
Good service at the reception. Room is comfortable however it is difficult to keep the right temperature for a good night sleep. The breakfast is very good.
Good hotel with great services!
1. You can reserve a shuttle from here to Airport(MEX)
2. Give a try for the restaurant Daikoku at Floor B1
I like this hotel. Very conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to local transportation. Nice staff.
The room was great, the service was very friendly, and the location was excellent for sightseeing.
We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Excellent location and superb service too!
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the evening program is great.
Very nice hotel. food was very good at times. Pool is beautiful and staff friendly.
It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.
The property is beautiful and the cool, sparking pools very nice
Great Vacation. Here celebrating our 8yr Anniversary and a very special Birthday. Very nice atmosphere and extremely nice resort staff. This has been one if our best trips that we've had. Thank you for having us.
Felipe is the hardest worker at the resort. I definitely will be back again soon. Thank you for a great time and thank you for Felipe going above and beyond the call of duty

The number of towels provided was ample. The restaurant service and food were both excellent, no disappointments. They even poured champagne at check-in, and there was also a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room
I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service
The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future
We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea
Most romantic, relaxing & awesome paradise to be with your ❤️. Staff are super friendly & caring makes you fell like home. We Will definitely go back again & recommend to everyone i know
It's great value for money and I would recommend it to friends

The security and bell hops were incredible as well. Every time we walked off resort they would check to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything upon return
The room was clean and the service was great. I'd definitely go back again.
Great choices for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
Friendly stuff clean pools
You could stay here for weeks at a time and never get bored or run out of things to entertain yourself. We stayed here for a extended weekend to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary and it was the best vacation of my life
A very satisfying vacation. The all-inclusive hotel is really comfortable. It is good for families and couples. It is the first choice for a two or three-day vacation.
You can stay in the hotel and have fun. Every restaurant is delicious all-inclusive. The sea view is great! There is also a dedicated butler in the adult building to serve you at any time. The attitude is really great!
We had an awesome time even with one day getting rained out. They had dance lessons and pin pong table games for people while the rain came down. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and the location
The staff goes above and beyond 110% of the time. The hardest workers I've ever seen. The atmosphere here is fantastic, fun and lively at night and a little calmer and more fun during the day
We've been here many times and stayed in many places, but there is no better family resort than Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún. You will never get this level of service in the US, period
I wasn't completely impressed with the whole meal, but I ate very well. Lobby tacos for dinner are by far the best food. So good and the light green sauce was delicious
Two things that I would count as 'negative' but it's really not terrible enough to give less than five stars!
I just (personally) dislike the bathroom set up
Paid 200 per couple (one Swedish one deep napkin) 1000% for every penny and tip. Eli and Minerva were FANTASTIC. The concierge was very helpful and patient
Our experience at Secrets Playa Mujeres was amazing. This is truly one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was exceptional
This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico
The silent disco is always fun but they need to have a better variety of music like 80's on one channel, Rock on another and then today's top hits maybe to make it fun for everyone and 3 channels like other resorts do but again I think still learning
The restaurants are on rotation currently assuming due to occupancy being lower as they are still renovating some of the areas. Food was good to excellent and again think it will improve more as new staff adjusts
I wish they had a brick oven pizza outdoors like Secrets Maroma. They had the best pizza there! The theater and sports bar areas is a great set up and the shows were great
The food is incredible! We did not have a bad meal and there was many options to chose from each night. The rooms were clean and we had no issue contacting housekeeping if we needed

This was truly the best value for money trip! The $1 bus tour was fun, and the small Mayan museum, snorkeling, and golf cart tour nearby were short but pretty good too
The resort was nice; great pools, great gym, and helpful reception desk
Honestly, the scenery, the hotel's view, cleanliness, friendly service, and the buffet taste – everything exceeded my expectations and was incredibly satisfying
The pool's cleanliness and the beautiful views were perfect. The stunning beach scenery, fine sandy shores, and the thrill of surfing were all fantastic
Excellent service with a warm touch. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The restaurant service was impeccable, and the steakhouse for dinner was delicious
The steakhouse had decent food but the wait is over 90 minutes unless you get there before 6 to get on the line. Service from staff were good on general. Friendly staff with limited English

The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient
Good and convenient hotel. Very closed to the airport and with a free shuttle from Terminal 2 in Mexico City.
The walls were very thin - I could hear everything outside and the tv / conversations of the people in the rooms next to me and whatever was happening in the hallway
Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport
Everything is good very convenient location and with the breakfast made everything easy. Service people also very nice.
Good airport hotel it is directly connected to the terminal and has also a direct shuttle service to Terminal 2
The food shops are just exceptional there is a cute coffee shop that serves ready made sandwiches ice cream coffees biscuits chocolates it’s not all just buffet menus. The hotel is huge and so clean
Clean and very nice! ^_^
The pre-booked meal was delicious!
The buffet, however, was just okay.
Since I don't drink alcohol, it felt a bit wasted on me.
The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time
The breakfast was really good. The Mexican restaurant was the best. This is definitely a party resort. The bartenders were good for the most part. If you did not have money in hand they paid you no mind
Service was very very bad, the food was ok. Water tasted weird, not the best service & some rooms had issues too.
Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience
There are areas of the hotel that are potentially slightly worn and building work currently in progress, we feel the new central bar area will be a great asset as would be nice to have a larger drink area for morning time after breakfast and then before/ after evening meal! But hotel generally kept very clean, we saw deep cleaning happening all around the hotel constantly, cleaning of steps, metal...
Reception staff very helpful, helped me order something from Mexican amazon to the hotel with no problems at all and friendliness
Very nice hotel, choosing an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun is definitely a cost-effective choice, because the price of restaurants in the tourist area of Cancun is similar to the price in the United States
We have had a lovely 10 day stay at Emporio Cancun. The food was absolutely fantastic. Prepared freshly and beautifully
I truly can not fault this hotel, so close to the airport and the security was amazing too, not that we felt we needed it because we felt super safe in Cancun. Jem and Nicola room B702 8th-19th Jan 2026 ❤️
Another point that deserves special praise is the staff. Every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived

The pool was great, especially because there are attendants there to bring you drinks while you relax. If you need a taxi during rush hour, plan ahead. They can be difficult to find between 1600 and 1900
The hotel room is quite large and clean, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Tacos is recommended. The only downside is that there is no free water.
The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very user-friendly, the environment is very good, the service at the front desk is also very good, it is a very good hotel,,,,,,,
The restaurant downstairs tasted good, the green Taco was delicious, the fish was not recommended, it was all marinated and too salty, the complimentary squid was very good
The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are big, the breakfast is rich, and there are many Mexican-style foods, but I didn't try them.
The room is OK, the breakfast is absolutely great, with rich and varied varieties

The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was also large, and the infinity pool beautifully blended with the ocean
It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers
Magnificent resort in Cancun. Our dream holiday was perfect choosing this hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff, the pool is amazing and the beach area just incredible.
The room was nice and clean and the pools were a lot of fun. I also loved that the hotel scheduled all our excursions and coordinated our transportation. Lots of positives during the stay
• Staffs are friendly, polite & helpful. I like the quiet and avoid the crowds of tourists from the all-inclusive hotels.
• Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices.
• The beach is clean & beautiful
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so certain areas were closed off. Nevertheless, it was a relatively quiet and comfortable place to stay.
Although breakfast is described there as Continental, it is not; guests may order omelettes or huevos, rancheros, etc. The hotel also has a great gym, a spa, and an indoor an outdoor pool and lounging deck
Great location. Exceeded our expectations as our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 5 nights. Highly recommended. We will come back to stay again.
The indoor pool is incredible; the outdoor pool is very cold (haha), but still a lovely place to relax on a sunny day
I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay
The Hilton Reforma has undoubtedly stolen a piece of my heart. This is where my love story began last year, and ever since, we’ve stayed at this hotel on every visit to Mexico—so far, about eight times
The staff in the Executive Lounge were especially terrific!! The location is great as well - a short walk to all of the Centro Historico sites and Ubers are convenient for sites beyond
We had a great stay at Dreams Vista
1. They have enough staff to cater your need. Foods are amazing, hygiene and sanitation is excellent. All restaurant staff are wearing mask
The resort was GORGEOUS! The staff were super friendly and personable. Also, it’s very clean. Perfect for families who want the beauty of cancún.
Guest at the buffet needs to wear mask when picking up food. Amazing view for Rooftop pool and restaurant
Though the beach is fine with me. Pools and other activities are excellent
I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!
The 24-hour room service is very convenient. This time I stayed in a room with a small swimming pool (footbath). It was OK for taking pictures, but it was a really useless facility. Drinks: The drinks are all delicious
Overall, it is a good tourist resort. The beach is beautiful, the food is rich, and there are many activities. Of course, it is a little worse than Bali, Indonesia
The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets
If you're someone who dislikes busy environments, this hotel might not be for you. We even missed out on dining at the Italian restaurant due to the sheer number of people
This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths
Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages. The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades
To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice
However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate

I had an excellent time staying here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to any request. The beach and pool area was breathtaking and immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay here.
We had real good dinning experience at Los Velas. The Chef Miguel gave personal touch to our food and made cuisine which we love. He didn't even know our preference but he amused us. Also serving by Justo was really good
I really recommend these guys
You could probably eat your chilaquiles off the lobby floor (though I’d recommend a plate). It’s clean, functional, and unpretentious. Location, Location, Location
This is why you book it
Definitely avoid the Japanese restaurant (unless you manage to get a teppanyaki booking), and the Italian one is just okay; the desserts have a strange artificial flavor. But just chilling out is still pretty good

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very pleasant, friendly and showed you a great time. 100000/10 highly recommend. Very beautiful, private beach, nice, clean, spacious rooms. Food was delicious:)
The options for dining and entertainment were excellent. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. There are good options for excursions but you don’t need to leave the resort to have a great time.
This is a wonderful villa with a breathtaking beach and a wonderful pool. My daughter and I celebrated her high school graduation a year late. Nightly entertainment was great, animation staff were amazing
I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience
Outstanding service and an incredible setting. Huge shout out goes to Benito and Ivan on the beach. They were amazing at helping us get lunch and keeping our drinks full
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor

The only bad thing of this Resort, we did not like that the bars around the pool they all close at 6 pm
Excellent service, very friendly staff, and the food was superb. The room was very basic but clean, and the hotel, while small, was very practical
The only extremely negative part of our experience was an invitation we accepted for a 'beach membership' promotion. A short, bald man got very aggressive with me because I didn't take what he was offering
However, was only one elevator working our entire stay (5 days) and were times that we had to take the stairs instead (our room was at the 7 floor) our last day was several people checking out and using that one elevator that out of the sudden it stop working and had to take the stairs
They push you to make a decision on the spot, and we felt truly uncomfortable with the whole situation. It made for a very unpleasant moment
To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations
Highly recommended, a closed holiday home, it’s a bit troublesome to travel but it’s really a one-stop service! You can also eat anything, and there are several specialty restaurants to choose from.
The resort itself is stunning, very clean, has friendly staff, and amazing service. The pools and beaches are gorgeous and the rooms are also incredibly clean
This was an absolutely amazing experience, and if you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking. We took a friends trip in December and everyone had a blast
Excellent hotel, great location, service, food, the staff's attention is very good, and the staff's treatment makes all the difference; I would definitely return.
There was a lot to do without things ever feeling overwhelming - a nice combo of activities and relaxation
