The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night

A 90s style hotel, a bit oldish but services is good, staffs are all nice. Breakfast is good. Party-music-noise overnight outside the hotel, better request a quiet room.

A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city

Well, they've been improving, only one of the girls at reception seems to always be in a bad mood, this is the second time I've stayed and this time I thought I wouldn't find her there anymore.

I was able to check in without any problems even though I arrived late at night. The location was in the center of the historical district, so I was able to stay safely

Nice hotel in a historical building, right next to the Zocalo. Our room faced the side street so the noise level was tolerable

Location was excellent as it was so close to major sights in the historical area, the night bus stop and the Metro

We did pretty well, except we had the bad luck of reserving a room with OCEAN VIEW and they gave us one with a view of the hotel entrance where we could see people coming in and the whole street

Property is in a gated residential area with private beach access. Nice pools and Mediterranean restaurant was good. Very close to a mall and taxis areive quickly.

Hotel was super modern and clean. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast options could improve as everything was out of a box and seemed old.

Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything

The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome

This place is nip tucked in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city. The hotel is charming, stylish, robust and is got everything you will need during your stay. The food is quite delicious as well

But, after we got our rooms, it was smooth sailing. Throughout our stay, there was three weddings and two other events. The hotel is popular especially during wedding season

Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food

We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in

The hotel is a banger for value. It is not a four star hotel - yes the floor may not be the most comfortable, but it has ALL the amenities you will need. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there at a very affordable price

Great value and a great location. We stayed in an "apartment" that was really just an efficiency kitchenette in a bedroom but it had everything we needed for around $100/night.

The reception was not really attentive to address the issues raised by us like , no sleepers in the room , the sink water is not draining properly, poor condition of shower , toilet flush tank works on your luck only ! No response at all ! Could be much better !

Some of the rooms in this hotel do not have windows. My boyfrined said the pool was dirty so I did not use it

The Hotel Moreles is a gorgeous colonial building in the centre of town. During the time we were there the surrounding streets all seemed to be under construction, but that did not detract from the atmosphere inside

The next day we went on the lago tour which was very affordable and so great, this tour is offered by the hotel! The location is perfect! Do not hesitate and book now!

We stayed there the first and last night of our trip to Mexico to be close to the airport. The service was very good, very friendly people.

This place is great, right across the street from ADO, you can grab public transport to hotel zone for 9 pesos (2017), or find mercados and real Mexican cheap but good restaurants in this area, true Mexican people away from tourist zone, there is a park called palapas just a few blocks away which every weekend has some really cool shows, mainly amateur guys doing performance shows, acrobats, clowns...

Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind

Family trip Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little smaller than we’re used to, with no mini fridge/microwave. Only one hand towel, no extra pillows or blankets

Had to ask for more towels for our family of four because they only had two. But overall size of room was ok because we were not in our room most of the day

Clean rooms/friendly staff/ good breakfast. Walls are very thin so you will hear everytime neighbor takes a phone call at 5am on speakerphone like mine did everyday. Not the hotels fault just terrible neighbors

All the restaurants, except for the barbecue which was freshly grilled, seemed to be centrally kitchened. The international cuisine all had the same chef's style, and the seafood tasted frozen and wasn't of high quality

Perfect location for walking to the city center. For public beaches, you need to take a bus (R1/R2) or an Uber. The only drawback was the high humidity, which unfortunately made us feel cold during the night

The hotel might have been undergoing renovations when I booked, but the room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and spacious. The balcony got plenty of sun in the afternoon, and the lobby lounge area was quiet

There is no moldy smell at all here, the beds are huge, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The downside is that there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There is only soap and body soap

Unfortunately, we only received one large towel and one small towel for two people, and there were no pool towels available either

The hotel is pretty new, infinity pool on the roof with 360 wonderful views 20 minutes walking of the old part of Merida, on the first floor have a plaza with multiple restaurants, live music and much more

Excellent facilities, attention and service. It is ideal for business trips. And because it is located in a shopping mall, there are restaurants and bars where you can have a good time.

The room was spacious and clean! Check-in was also convenient, but the downside was that the hotel didn't provide toothpaste; you had to buy it yourself

I stayed in a double room with breakfast included, but it turned out that breakfast required an additional 320 pesos for hot cooked meats!

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone

The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.

They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly

You can’t flush toilet paper as it’s an eco friendly resort. To be honest it was a waste of money I wouldn’t come here again

Overall very nice experience but... the hotel's restaurante does not offer a printed menu as an option. For that you can walk to near by VIPS

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city

They never cleaned the sheets, trash or towels the whole week. But cheap and a local experience for stories when back home

I liked the convenience ans friendly staff. The plumbing needs attention. There is no parking past 8pm.

Sunbeds are easy to get either by the pool or on the beach with towels always readily available. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a good range of options - The pasta dishes are superb

A simply amazing hotel in a quiet, relaxing location. You can walk to the pool or beach within a minute from your room. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful with it's own little cove

Breakfast is excellent too, with the fruit platter and bread basket a wonderful starter. The front desk team are very attentive and helpful. You get a tour of the facility on arrival, as well as welcome drinks

All of the restaurant staff are incredibly friendly too and are very impressive at remembering your room number - special shout out to Juan, Gilberto and Ulises

This was the first stop on our Honeymoon to Mexico and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome, starting with a heart shape in petals on our bed when we arrived

They're always contactable on WhatsApp and will book any taxis you require (the taxi's aren't cheap, but this isn't their fault)
