The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room

The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night

A 90s style hotel, a bit oldish but services is good, staffs are all nice. Breakfast is good. Party-music-noise overnight outside the hotel, better request a quiet room.

Well, they've been improving, only one of the girls at reception seems to always be in a bad mood, this is the second time I've stayed and this time I thought I wouldn't find her there anymore.

I was able to check in without any problems even though I arrived late at night. The location was in the center of the historical district, so I was able to stay safely

Nice hotel in a historical building, right next to the Zocalo. Our room faced the side street so the noise level was tolerable

The staff at Kore were amazing! Came during off season and it was HUMID the hotel had great AC in rooms the pool was always clean and again the staff were so kind

The staff was really friendly I walked into the kitchen at close and was going to get food somewhere else but they sat me and my fiancée down and made us a Togo dinner and don’t be afraid of renting a scooter and exploring tulum it’s very safe just be respectful

So I enjoyed our stay with kore everyone was very nice to us helped us with everything we needed

Kore Tulum Retreat & Spa Resort truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly safe and well cared for, especially with the national guard stationed right outside the resort

Beautiful pool, rooftop patios and awesome views

The hotel has a pool but get ready to consider it more of a Polar dip as it is not heated and the sun does not get to the pool area which is on the main floor surrounded by buildings

Clean well kept rooms, great charm! Relatively quiet except for occasional nearby plaza construction and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, quiet and also charming

Biggest negative was no heating or fan ventilation, which wasn’t too necessary after opening window and leaving HVAC off…room temperature and extra blankets were sufficient for our family group

Nice hotel and amenities. The only thing I would like to improve are the game station because there are only tree games and one of them without internet.

Hotel was super modern and clean. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast options could improve as everything was out of a box and seemed old.

Maybe the only issue is that at the middle of the night the electric energy in the room turns off and you lose the AC for example or you can't turn on the light in the bathroom, you need to open the room door to reestablish everything

Excellent quick trip to Mérida Hotel was in an excellent location, with an amazing staff who were super helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, updated, with a very comfortable bed

The hotel was nice and modern and quiet except last night I'm not sure where the loud music was coming from around 12am but the hotel insulation is good so it wasn't too bothersome

This place is nip tucked in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city. The hotel is charming, stylish, robust and is got everything you will need during your stay. The food is quite delicious as well

Fantastic stay and they also they offer a shuttle service which was great if you needed to run short distances. The roof top was amazing which you can order drinks and food

We had booked five rooms and the only hicup was at check in. Unfortunately after having an early morning flight, we had to wait two hours to get our rooms when checking in

Pool towels are nice and thick and fluffy. Expensive restaurant and always several items not available from menu. Bar near reception has happy hour 6

Convenience store located directly opposite for snacks and street style Mexican food and tea & coffee. Pool is the highlight of this resort

The hotel is a banger for value. It is not a four star hotel - yes the floor may not be the most comfortable, but it has ALL the amenities you will need. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there at a very affordable price

Great value and a great location. We stayed in an "apartment" that was really just an efficiency kitchenette in a bedroom but it had everything we needed for around $100/night.

The reception was not really attentive to address the issues raised by us like , no sleepers in the room , the sink water is not draining properly, poor condition of shower , toilet flush tank works on your luck only ! No response at all ! Could be much better !

The Hotel Moreles is a gorgeous colonial building in the centre of town. During the time we were there the surrounding streets all seemed to be under construction, but that did not detract from the atmosphere inside

I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves

Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired. The fixing bolts were seriously corroded and loose

Very clean, room as expected and cleaned daily, powerful a/c, fast wifi, no problems with shower hot water, very nice daily breakfast buffet, great and safe downtown location! Pretty decent hotel, and best of all I’d say is probably the location. I did like that it’s very close to the ADO Cancun bus station. And a 7-11 right next door.

The room was large and spacious, and the food in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The quilt was too old and too thin.

Great location, very convenient. Great rooms has a pool and gym. It also offers free buffet with your stay. Not like regular LQ Hotels in the US this is more trendy and upscale definitely.

We stayed there the first and last night of our trip to Mexico to be close to the airport. The service was very good, very friendly people.

This place is great, right across the street from ADO, you can grab public transport to hotel zone for 9 pesos (2017), or find mercados and real Mexican cheap but good restaurants in this area, true Mexican people away from tourist zone, there is a park called palapas just a few blocks away which every weekend has some really cool shows, mainly amateur guys doing performance shows, acrobats, clowns...

Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind

Family trip Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little smaller than we’re used to, with no mini fridge/microwave. Only one hand towel, no extra pillows or blankets

Had to ask for more towels for our family of four because they only had two. But overall size of room was ok because we were not in our room most of the day

Clean rooms/friendly staff/ good breakfast. Walls are very thin so you will hear everytime neighbor takes a phone call at 5am on speakerphone like mine did everyday. Not the hotels fault just terrible neighbors

It was a very comfortable trip with my wife. The sea view room had a nice view, but the room size was a bit smaller than the standard room. Overall, it was very nice, but there were long queues for restaurants

All the restaurants, except for the barbecue which was freshly grilled, seemed to be centrally kitchened. The international cuisine all had the same chef's style, and the seafood tasted frozen and wasn't of high quality

Perfect location for walking to the city center. For public beaches, you need to take a bus (R1/R2) or an Uber. The only drawback was the high humidity, which unfortunately made us feel cold during the night

There is no moldy smell at all here, the beds are huge, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The downside is that there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There is only soap and body soap

Unfortunately, we only received one large towel and one small towel for two people, and there were no pool towels available either

The hotel is pretty new, infinity pool on the roof with 360 wonderful views 20 minutes walking of the old part of Merida, on the first floor have a plaza with multiple restaurants, live music and much more

The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone

The room was very comfortable, though privacy was a bit lacking. However, embracing nature and experiencing Mayan culture was incredibly artistic, and the service was excellent.

They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly

You can’t flush toilet paper as it’s an eco friendly resort. To be honest it was a waste of money I wouldn’t come here again
