Hotels with pool in Mexico

No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing!!

Not bad, not bad. Now there are some buildings being built outside and there are shops making noise. It is near the industrial area.

Night clerk was excellent in customer service and helpful. My only issue is the card key that would get locked and had to constantly go down stair to get it clear.

Clean quiet comfortable; isolated from convenience stores/easy road access; pricey food/beverages

Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done

The staff was very courteous and accommodating to me. The location was perfect with a nice variety restaurants near by. The views from the room and hallways was amazing. The room was also kept cery clean.

The hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown.

This hotel is a walking to all the historic places, busy market etc.. very centric.. nice

I was bitten by a blister the day before. I don't know if it was lice or fleas. There were three of us in the room. They said that only one bottle of water was provided. We bought a bucket of water ourselves

Some service staff were very nice and sent extra water. Some service staff were very dull. The balcony guardrail needs to be repaired. The fixing bolts were seriously corroded and loose

Could not have asked for a better hotel! Very clean, room as expected and cleaned daily, powerful a/c, fast wifi, no problems with shower hot water, very nice daily breakfast buffet, great and safe downtown location! The front desk staff were AWESOME --- seriously the most helpful smiling people you could hope for

Pretty decent hotel, and best of all I’d say is probably the location. I did like that it’s very close to the ADO Cancun bus station. And a 7-11 right next door.

The room was large and spacious, and the food in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The quilt was too old and too thin.

Great location, very convenient. Great rooms has a pool and gym. It also offers free buffet with your stay. Not like regular LQ Hotels in the US this is more trendy and upscale definitely.

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I need to come to Zapopan, friendly staff, clean hotel, within walking distance to Plaza del Sol and plenty of restaurants around the area

I spent my wedding night there, super private super comfortable, my wife loved it, and very affordable price for the level of the hotel

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers

Whoever design the location of the mounted hairs dryer in the bathroom (with such a minimal short chord) has never used one. No fridge to store food/drinks

They dont provide a non slip bath mat for the dangerously slick shower so we put a towel down. ALSO: check your soap dispensers in the shower before you shower to assure that they are not empty

I stayed at the Holiday Inn "Full", not the Express. The Hotel is neither good nor bad. The rooms show wear and tear on the headboards, bathrooms and other details. The towels look and feel like sandpaper

The staff is not trained to check them daily. We travel with a bar of soap so it was a non issue for us

The staff were amazing! Mario, Armando, Julio. Those are my shout outs! You are welcomed, anything you need they are willing to assist and always professional and friendly

The hotel is not new, but quite decent. Large rooms (I had the first floor) there is a hammock on the terrace)) Unfortunately, the beach at that time was in the grass, there was no desire to go into the water

That was a fair price for really good amenities. I don't know why the hotel has a low rate on some resources but my wife and I loved everything there. The personnel were amazing.

There is a boat parking nearby, they don’t interfere, but the overall picture is slightly spoiled. The hotel area is quite large, there is a children’s water park

Good place for a family with children. It has its own small water park, a varied program of animators, competitions, and concerts.

I visited friends at high end resorts and you can not beat the kindness of the staff at this resort!

The first day of check-in, 5 bottles of wine are given in the mini bar. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. I will probably choose this place next time

Huge complex where you pass through and don’t get recognized: just another unit. In case of looking for something more personalized. They claim they have room service but there’s no menu in the room

Two of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and I'd like to add the most unpleasant thing: there's a loud noise that starts at 6:00 a. , coming from an elevator in particular

Good hotel close to supermarkets, shops, a casino and more. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food

Amazing! The hotels, beautiful, the service was excellent, the rooms are very spacious, AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly fine, it’s right by the highway towards Veracruz so it’s very convenient

Parking was enclosed and the breakfast menu had different options daily

The bars run all day long and have a long list of drinks they offer however they can make pretty much anything you’d like. The room was beautiful and clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean

The Cielito Lindo offers a delicious breakfast including eggs any style and fantastic tacos and quesadillas made to order as well as a great dinner menu featuring classic Mexican dishes

The best part of our stay was the service. The staff in the lobby were so kind and willing to help us with anything. We would like to especially thank Yeing for going out of her way

Next to it is the bar and a burger station that runs for lunch. The Japanese restaurant serves lunch through to dinner offering sushi and dishes like yakisoba and teppanyaki

Both restaurants were delicious, and we found ourselves there for almost every meal. The buffet has a large selection of food and many options for everyone

This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I recommend this Holiday Inn and will definitely return someday.

My two cents: - Replace doors with standard doors - Change caulking in the showers for transparents ones and completely clean the mold form in the tiles - Provide newer towels ( look so worn out) Overall, very good place to stay

Hotel outside the city center, offering good value for money. Beautiful garden with a pool in the courtyard. Rooms facing the exterior corridors are thin and curtains usually have to be closed

This hotel is much better now than before, whether in terms of service, facilities or environment. But after all, it is an old hotel. The facilities are very old and even a little moldy

The sound of people walking back and forth in the corridor at night is a bit noisy. It is better to book a room with windows

Great hotel with excellent service. Convient for both airport and Puerto Morelos (well worth a visit for beach and food). Sadly didn't get a chance to use pool but it looked good

Close to the airport, free shuttle provided, very useful. Remember to book in advance. There is a mall just opposite to the hotel, many restaurants inside. The hotel itself is neelw and modern, highly recommended

We had great service at The Avani. Abraham, Erik, Andres and Jose took great care of us at dinner and in the bar. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the check-in process

Breakfast hot food was stone cold. Plates not heated and breakfast room not heated either meant breakfast area was cold and unwelcoming and any hot food when available goes cold instantly

Lousy and poor service when compared to other Minor hotels (I’ve been to Tivoli and multiple NHs) but then again the hotels around it seem to have similar issues

Gorgeous hotel!!!! All inclusive, several restaurants and bars for every taste, show programs, dancing, friendly and positive staff, service at the highest level.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation

Her kind and sympathetic heart and the way she devotes herself to her work and treats guests as dear people, her professionalism and ability to communicate with guests in Russian relieved my tension and constraint

We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

They let us check in a bit early, since our room was already ready, and it gave us more sightseeing time in the city center. The taxi services that they contract with are excellent

A very good hotel. The service, room facilities and size, convenience of the airport, and parking were all impeccable. The dinner deserves special praise; it was one of the most delicious meals of our entire Mexico trip.

The breakfast is fantastic. I always stay here when I'm in Mexico City. The service is excellent, and there's a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant has been renovated and is quite nice, and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel is in a quiet location, the rooms are quite large, the breakfast is good, and the hotel is clean. The only downside is that there is no gym, and there are no restaurants or shops around the hotel!

The room is big, spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable, not too soft. The service attitude is also very good. Free water is provided. It's a pity that I didn't try breakfast due to time constraints.
