Zafiro Palace Andratx in Camp de Mar

We stayed here as a family and had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming — taking care of our luggage and making a great first impression. Everyone we met was happy to help with anything, which really made a difference. The hotel facilities are fantastic — beautiful pools, great bars, and plenty of space to relax. The restaurants were excellent too; the buffet had lots of variety, and the à la carte options were a nice way to mix things up each evening. Our son has a food allergy, and the hotel handled it brilliantly. They even have an app that lets you filter meals by allergens so you can see exactly what’s safe — such a great idea and really reassuring. We had a room with a plunge pool, which was a lovely touch. It was a bit cold (probably due to the time of year) but perfect for a refreshing dip! Overall, a brilliant stay with friendly staff, great food, and a lovely atmosphere. We’d definitely return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible time staying at Zafiro Palace Andratx in Majorca! From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel made it so special — they upgraded our room, and we arrived to a lovely note from the manager, a bottle of Cava, and a delicious chocolate cake wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Those little touches meant a lot and made us feel truly valued. Our room was gorgeous, the food was next level, and the service everywhere was amazing. We tried all of the speciality restaurants — every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with so much variety that there’s definitely something for everyone. We loved the bar area, the stunning sunsets, and the great entertainment. The hotel pools were fabulous — we spent time at each one and never had to worry about finding a bed or a gazebo. The views of the sea and mountains were breathtaking, and the beach was just a short 5-minute walk away with crystal-clear turquoise water. Another lovely touch was the beach bag and towels provided in our room — so convenient and thoughtful. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you, Zafiro Palace Andratx, for making our anniversary so memorable. We can’t wait to return next year!

Our recent visit exceeded our expectations. The staff really make this hotel. Admittedly we stayed in the club section which ups the level of service with the concierge, Laura, responsive and helpful although we didn’t need to have much call on them. The separate section provided quiet sanctuary and the service from Kevin often and friendly with both drinks and served to our own pool (when needed). On the subject of food both the quality and presentation again better than expected and service generally of a good standard. Whilst expensive we felt it provided good value in overall terms. So recommended.

This is a fabulous hotels with beautiful scenery, food and staff. The rooms are a great size and we had the junior suite with sea views. The restaurants in the evening are like fine dining. You book them on the app, I suggest you do it first thing in the morning as they full up quickly. We loved the adults only pool with the Bali beds in the water. We found the other pools too busy and full of children. As a couple it was nice to escape that. The pools only open at 10.00. The welcome drink at dinner was lovely and the staff so friendly. The cuisine restaurant is so beautiful. Lovely lunches at the Verandah. Loved the complimentary beach bags for use while you stay - so useful. Any small issues were dealt with immediately. The pools drink service was wonderful with plenty of choice.

We moved here from the sister hotel in Palma Nova as the area of Palma Nova was not for us, it was well worth the move. The lady on reception whose name I can't remember organised our room and showed us around the hotel, she was so helpful and checked in on us all holiday. The staff at this hotel are what make the place so amazing from the cleaners, bar staff, reception, management everyone goes out of their way to deliver the best service, they all seem to genuinely want you to have the best time. Always sunbeds available so no sun bed wars! We upgraded to a suite with a private pool and seaview which was absolutely stunning (room 4005) we also upgraded to AI as it was better value, the A la carte restaurants were all lovely as was the buffet, the quality and choice was the best we have experienced and again the service faultless. Camp De Mar is literally a 5 minute walk away and beautiful and Port D'Andratx a 10 euro cab journey and well worth the visit, stunning port with lots of bars and restaurants. The concierge at the hotel was brilliant and recommended places to go and made all our reservations for us. We will 100% return to this hotel and can't recommend it enough, only negative was having to go home!

Just back from short five day break - we wanted to chill and have a super easy holiday and this delivered in spades. Booked directly and got a great deal and service. Two similar rooms next door to another to suit teen kids. Everything was excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive - nothing g was too much trouble. We only ate in the main restaurant one evening as there are 4 al a carte but were very impressed- the Japanese, Steak House and Italian were fabulous- the Signature Mare wasn’t our favourite- felt like they were trying too hard to be different where the delicious fresh fish didn’t need that much fuss…The rooms were looked after twice a day and spot less - as is the rest of the hotel. Love the snacks trucks - great menu and drinks delivered to super comfy loungers by very lovely pools. The location is lovely - surrounded by trees and mountains in a little bay. Beach is white sand and turquoise blue water if a little busy. We were just looking to chill for a few days so didn’t venture far but it would have been easy to find more adventures if we had wanted. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time at Zafiro Palace Andratx. We stayed in a club junior suite with private pool. The room was well appointed and the reservations team reviewed our room requirements and did their very best to accommodate these perfectly. From arrival to departure we experienced the very best service. All of the staff at Zafiro Palace Andratx are invested in making everyone’s stay the best it can be. It’s up to the guests to make the special memories though. The staff are quietly doing a great job, the service is understated and unobtrusive but to an incredibly high standard. I visited the spa and had a lovely massage. My daughter loved having the private pool. The little touches like fruit platters, biscuits or chocolates to the room in the evening and the turn down service that included closing the curtains and putting a lamp on were just lovely. All of the food, drinks and facilities were top notch and we couldn’t have enjoyed our time more. The main buffet restaurant had such a vast selection that everyone’s tastes are catered for. We’d like to make special mention to Florence (Club Concierge) and Anna Maria (Club mini bar service). Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always wore a warm smile. We would definitely return as we had such a good time. Sadly 3 days wasn’t long enough for us to experience the local area but it was enough for us to know we’d like to visit again.

We stayed at this stunning hotel for 10 nights in celebration of my 40th birthday and genuinely feel it’s the best hotel we’ve found in Europe for what we like as a couple. It delivered on quality, relaxation, service and food – and we are already hoping to return next year. Summarising some of our thoughts: All-Inclusive Package: We chose the all-inclusive option and are really glad we did. Not because we were drinking all day, but simply for the ease – no worrying about extra costs for drinks or meals. Given the high standard of food and drink, we felt it was good value and definitely worth doing if you're staying more than a few nights. Room & Upgrade: As it was a special occasion, we emailed ahead to ask about a room upgrade. We weren’t offered a complimentary one but were given the option to upgrade from the basic suite for €100 per night to a room with the private pool in block 3. We decided to go for it and were so glad we did – having a private pool area made a real difference in the heat. It wasn’t quite big enough to swim in but was much larger than a plunge pool and well over a metre deep. Our room (3002) was spacious, beautifully designed and highly recommended. Blocks 2 and 3 are known to be the most private and quiet, and we found that to be true in the main part. Food & Restaurants: The food was absolutely outstanding – comparable to top end restaurants in London. Standouts included sushi, the steakhouse, and Mediterranean à la carte options. If you weren’t all-inclusive, you’d probably spend €150+ for two people with wine, so the value is clear. Dishes arrived quickly. The buffet at The Market was also excellent – meat and fish were cooked fresh to order rather than being stacked in trays like you find at other resorts. An unexpected highlight: lunchtimes were à la carte at The Market rather than buffet, with dishes like octopus, calamari, fresh salads, and burgers. It made lunch feel like a proper occasion. There’s also La Veranda, the Italian restaurant, which serves lunch too - salads, pizza's etc. There were food trucks too - we liked the Healthy bar which you could get freshly made smoothies crepes, yoghurts from. There was another food truck which you could order food to your sunbed too - we didn't do that unfortunately but wish we did! Hotel Grounds & Facilities: The hotel is beautifully laid out across 8 blocks, and the design feels premium throughout. We had a lovely view of the 1st and 2nd holes of the golf course from our terrace. The swim-up bar was a great feature – especially on Saturdays when there’s a relaxed DJ playing from 2:30pm. More of a beach club vibe than a party scene – really well judged. Golf: Golf de Andratx is just 0.1km from the hotel. You’ll need a buggy (essential – there are up to 750m between some holes!). We came to this hotel for 5 nights at the start of June. We wanted a few nights away where the weather was good and we felt like we could relax and this hotel was just that. We had a room a junior suite in block 2 which was perfect position. It was located centrally and had a lovely view of the golf course and was really quiet. The room was spacious, bathroom was perfect and balcony was just right when we would comeback from the pool and have a little tipple before getting ready in the evening. The sun wasn’t beating down and was nice and shaded. I of course had to have a bubbly bath, fantastic. Yes there is no door to the bathroom but individual doors to the toilet and shower which was fine. I loved the wardrobe area and the added addition of the steamer. We were just a couple on our holiday so the adult pool was perfect for us, no rush for sunbed, we would go to breakfast get ready and then head up and there were still beds available. We would have an iced coffee around mid morning and a cocktail or two in the afternoon. All ordered from the van. We had meals in the steakhouse, Buffet and Italian and overall, food was good, the Italian being our favourite. The steakhouse was very slow service and the chicken was very dry, but it was ok. Buffet had plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Again, service was a bit slow, even though you could get your own coffee, the servers would get for you but was hit and miss. As we arrived late on the Saturday and the restaurants were closed, we mentioned to reception we were half board but missed our evening meal and they arranged us room service to ensure we didn’t miss out which went down lovely with the welcoming bubbles. You also had welcoming bubbles for each of the restaurants other than the buffet which is a lovely touch. A short downhill walk is a beach area, with supermarkets and bar and restaurant. We would stuck up on our water and snacks and go out of an evening for a change of scenery for a drink after dinner. About 10 mins in a cab you can get into town where there is plenty of places for food and drink. We went to the bar in the hotel a few evenings and drinks were reasonably priced, we just like to mix it up. I had a spa treatment which was wonderful and very relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and have just booked our flights to return next year. We have found our hotel for our regular annual trip.
