Zafiro Palace Andratx in Camp de Mar

ROOMS The rooms are all absolutely immaculate. You will get fresh pool towels daily and if you leave any other towels on the floor in the bathroom, these will be replaced with new. Cleaning is done between 9:00 - 15:00 with the mini bar being replenished shortly after There is a turn down service that we didn't opt for but happened anyway each night around 19:30 when we were out for dinner You are provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and I thought they were good quality even without outrageously curly hair! The AC is a lifesaver especially throughout the night. We kept this on constantly and the room stayed lovely and cool There is a TV with a good few English channels (One, ITV, Netflix) and the TV can be pulled out to face the bed if needs be All rooms and their views look wonderful in all honesty. I have seen a lot of people panicking about room selection but the hotel is gorgeous regardless of where you are put (in my opinion) You will have a beach bag to use whilst you are on holiday, a steamer, safe and laundry service if you need. There is also PLENTY of hangers and wardrobe space! Room service is also included as part of the AI. Any drinks that aren't included, it is very clearly stated. When ordering it will initially show a charge but as long as you are AI, you will receive confirmation of your bill when your food arrives to confirm €0.00. BUFFET/RESTAURANTS The breakfast buffet is fantastic where the is the normal eggs, bacon, beans etc, but then salads, cold meats/cheese/fish, an omelette station, crepe station, fresh avocado on toast, porridge and yogurts/overnights oats, pastries and so much fresh fruit. You can also book in at La Veranda for a served breakfast if you don't fancy the buffet. We gravitated to having lunch at the poolside as you can see in some of the pictures, however lunch is available at The Market or La Veranda without reservation For dinner, if you download the app you can check out what is on at The Market each night under allergy information. You can also book La Veranda, Mare Nostrem, Sushi or the Steakhouse. We only booked the first two and cannot wait to try the other two next year. The portions are not stingy and a lot of time people we choosing starter, main, a salad to share and dessert etc. I'm not too sure what it is like in the busier months but we had no issues booking reservations when we got there. If there is a restaurant you really want to visit at a specific time, definitely reach out to the hotel to book this in advance. This is not the standard AI buffet, everything is constantly fresh and being replenished so you aren't seeing food stacked on top of eachother that has been sitting there for hours. Wine, Spirits and Beer are served in all restaurants for lunch and dinner. La Veranda does serve cocktails. Wine can be ordered via the glass or bottle and is all clearly labelled as AI or at a charge. After dinner you sign your bill before you leave just to confirm what you have had and

This was our 2nd time at Zafiro Palace, a totally wonderful place to stay, every team member was fantastic, food in the restaurants is magnificent and the rooms are perfect. See you again soon. X

We loved our stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx. The 5-star all-inclusive experience was exceptional. Although there were plenty of restaurants to choose from throughout the hotel, the buffet restaurant was outstanding, with delicious food and a great variety of options. There were numerous pools to enjoy, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. We especially loved having our own private plunge pool. The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean facilities, spacious rooms with large terrace and plunge pool. Main restaurant breakfast buffet is extraordinarily good with incredible selection. Food is the other restaurants is poor quality and feels like something you would get at an all inclusive resort.

A truly beautiful hotel. From arrival to leaving, we felt very well looked after. Staff were fantastic - from pools, reception, restaurants to bar and spa. Drinks very reasonably priced. Food generally in Majorca found to be more expensive than expected but quality was excellent everywhere we went! Really family friendly. Felt comfortable wherever we went and there was an adults only pool for those wanting somewhere quieter. Kids enjoyed the egg hunt for Easter and activities at kids club (they only went in a couple of times but was very clean and staff lovely) and the outdoor playground was perfect for the kids to run off some steam. Pools were well attended by lifeguards and staff serving food and drinks. Plenty of sun loungers but can imagine in height of summer it’s busy. Location was great with a handful of bars and restaurants in Camp de Mar and plenty more in nearby Port Andratx (€8 taxi/10 mins drive). Beach at Camp de Mar was nice with plenty of beach, for Easter time at least, but walk further round past the big hotel and you’ll find the pebbly beach with some sandy bits and we had the most beautiful peaceful morning there. Had a couples massage in spa which was blissful and highly recommend for a bit of r&r. Staff were lovely. One of the things we loved most about this hotel was the Zafiro club room option, which we went for and felt it was such good value for money. Highly recommend going for this. Extra special welcome, pool and bar for Zafiro Club rooms only, separate room block with dedicated concierge, drinks and treats every night and the spa treatment included. Concierge was so helpful, booking restaurants (hotel and external), excursions and anything we needed. Top class service. One of the best family holidays we’ve had - so relaxing and perfect. We’ll be back!

This is truly a fantastic hotel. The room was stunning. We stayed in block 7 with the extras in Zafiro club. Loved our room and our private pool. Brilliant staff especially the bar staff - Macarena and Sali. In fact, all the staff could not do enough for you, making it a very special holiday. Lovely food with a choice of restaurants for dinner from steak to sushi. The pool areas were very spacious with a lot of very comfortable beds and drinks served as you were sunbathing. Short walk to Camp de Mar where you could find the beach and bars and restaurants. Loved every minute of it and will return next year

Top quality hotel facilities. Lots of swimming pools, sunbeds, big bedrooms and dining choices. Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the market restaurant buffet good but some food only lukewarm. Good a la carte restaurants and no problems booking. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean everywhere. Good gym and classes. Indoor pool small and shallow. Sauna and steam room not always hot enough and pool jacuzzi not working. Jacuzzi baths in room are good. Very quiet (25%?) especially at dinnertime. Lots of young couples and babies. Evening entertainment with different singers each night at 9 and small Flamenco show on Sat night. Great views and only 5 mins walk to beach, where there's a few shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop nearby with frequent links to airport, Palma, Paguera and Port Andratx. Good walks in hills nearby and to Torre. Excellent bike hire in Paguera (RideMallorca). Very comfortable and relaxing stay and good value.

Amazing friendly service from every area in the hotel. Food was exceptional, especially the Mare Nostrum (like Masterchef ! ) in both presentation and taste, together with knowledgeable staff. Great live entertainment at night. Hopefully will be returning next year.

We moved here after an incident in our original hotel in which part of the dining room floor collapsed. From the moment we arrived we were treated with care and concern. Our wellbeing was obviously a priority and although our first day was stressful due to arrangements taking time to be sorted with our tour operator the staff did their upmost to ensure we were happy . The hotel is stunning in all areas. Food and beverage offerings were fantastic but all through the hotel what really stood out to us was the staff. We really felt that we were treated like old friends returning and not new guests . The rooms are immaculate, roomy and well equipped. We had a junior suite which had a jacuzzi bath and day bed on the balcony. We were at the front of the hotel which gave views of the sea down below. The minibar was restocked if you asked at reception and the food in the buffet restaurant was a surprise. We would usually use onsite steak restaurants but the food here was so good we ate in the buffet for breakfast and dinner each evening. The service was efficient but friendly and the staff willing to help with any questions . Thank you to all the staff and management who turned a very upsetting and stressful event into a wonderful few days. We will return .
