The apartment suites don’t have a sponge or dish soap so you need to go out and buy it.
We had a LOT of ants in our room. The beds were quite hard and the couch is so uncomfortable.
Overall, staff lacks empathy and experience, and I wouldn’t recommend you stay there.
As for the service from the people that worked there, we are very happy with them, particularly the female waiters who gave so much attention to our son which we could tell he enjoyed very much. The breakfast was very nice, but a bit disappointed with the dinner. Some days it was okay, but mostly it was pretty disappointing. All in all, it was a good stay, but please fix the air conditioning!
However, dinner was a major disappointment. I strongly recommend avoiding the half board option.
Despite having access to plenty of high-quality local ingredients, it’s unbelievable how poorly the dinner was prepared. It was truly a disaster.
The half board option is really good and affordable and the food is excellent and there are plenty of options in the restaurant. Serving staff is amazing and works well with children.
Location is really good for exploring Peguera. There is a bus stop with lines to Palma and Airport nearby.
The pool is well maintained and private with enough sunchairs.
Laundry service is quite expensive, but there is a good laundry place nearby.
The people at the reception were genuinely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Marga.
The buffet was great 👍, both breakfast and dinner.
The servers at the restaurant were also warm, welcoming and professional.
Highly recommended for families with kids.
