Terrific location, with a lovely beachfront garden and direct access to the beach. Nice pool, too.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very good dining.......great variety on offer (only slight niggle was that the main courses were not always hot - tricky on a buffet and not helped by not having warmed plates), but really tasty food.
Rooms very nice, with good balcony. Excellent shower/bath and very good air-conditioning.
All in all, a great place to base yourself in for this corner of Spain/France

Very far from the city but nice hotel and nice staff. Right at the beach. They have a small gym, a sauna, an inside pool, and a small outside pool.

The food buffet is amazing but the variety of food could have been a tiiiiny bit better. Especially when it comes to the variety of meat. It seemed like everything contained porc (or meat in general), even the seafood dishes sometimes had porc in it.

Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful!

We spent one week in Prestige Victoria Hotel, mid-July 2025. Everything was perfect: the location (very close to the beach), the pools, the rooms, the meals, bar, animations every evening. The hotel is very family friendly (we were two adults and 3 small kids). The access to the beach is very easy and secured with a door accessible with the room key. The options of the bar are large and the quality very good. The staff is always supportive and the cleanliness of the rooms at top level. We’ll definitely come back next year.

The hotel room was a little tired and more cloths storage would be beneficial, shower and bed excellent. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were wide ranging and plentiful with first class service. The hotel benefited from an excellent attractively priced bar which also sold snacks and hot drinks. Entertainment was provided on most evenings.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had a lovely room with balcony with views over the garden and beach, which was very clean. The communal areas including the pool and garden were kept to a high standard and always looked beautiful. Easy to check-in and checkout. One suggestion to improve the lobby area would be to add a toilet for the disabled clients. A perfect place to relax. Parking directly outside the hotel was free and wide spaces too.
The breakfast was exceptional, such a wide choice and regularly restocked by staff. The tables were cleared quickly.
The evening meal salad bar was excellent, very fresh. There was a good choice of hot food but some dishes were bland in taste, which could be improved.
We will definitely return in the future.

Hotel is in a good location right by the beach & about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Roses. Plenty of shops & bars nearby.
Room was OK & functional.
We had buffet breakfast & dinner with our package. The food itself is good but they cater for too many people and it is very busy. Queuing up for 20 minutes to get a coffee is not acceptable. If they could restrict numbers in the dining room it would be very good.

Fairly basic hotel but it did everything fairly well. All a bit 80s package tour flavour - not many frills.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were dated and way overpriced. They don’t provide coffee. Below the hotel was 100s of vendors selling stuff illegally with loud boom boxes. Don’t go there in August.
