Hotel Rosamar in Sant Antoni De Calonge

I don't recognise the mend this place, Their way of solving problems is null. They have no empathy, much less cordiality. The worst place to stay, prevent your belongings from being stolen.

very bad experience. on arrival i was upgraded to a room with a pool view which i did not ask for and when i extended the room for a day i was asked to move out and wait 3 hours before check in or pay more. very unpleasant situation, will not come again and will not recommend

The air conditioning in the room didn’t work since we got there. I informed the receptionist and all she said was sorry they can’t do anything. They didn’t even suggest a room change or give a discount or anything. We paid for a room with all the commodities and of the main ones were not working.

150€ for a room with sea views with air conditioning that didn’t work 🥺. It was so hot! People were celebrating their birthdays on another terrace above us and it was so noisy, we had to sleep with the windows closed with no cold air in the room as well.

It’s so expensive for that price, could have gone to a 4* hotel further down with everything working for the same price. Also the room was disappointing for €150
