Great location across from the market right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter and El Raval. The rooms are small but clean and even our interior room had a nice little terrace. A bit mediocre, the photos are a little misleading. The place is actually quite old. It's much older and more expensive than similar hotels in Paris. The only upside is the good location; it's about a 10-minute walk to the airport shuttle stop.

Even though it's an older hotel, it's very clean inside. It's super convenient for getting to all the attractions and shopping. They offer coffee and small cookies after 11 AM, and the lounge area is really comfortable.

Excellent hotel at the edge of the old town in a very walkable part of Barcelona. In fact, all major sights in Barcelona are easily walkable. The breakfast buffet each day was one of the best ever experienced and they even allowed custom orders of omelets, eggs, etc. The rooftop bar, pool and views are wonderful. The room was on the small end as many are in Europe, but very comfortable.

This hotel was one of the most welcoming hotels i have stayed in around the world. All staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. They offer a nightly complementary happy hour which as a solo traveller allows an easy introduction to others.
