Lovely and clean hotel. Rooms could do with some drawers to put your stuff in. Balcony's have low level partitions between rooms so very open. Could do with panels installed between them to provide a better more private experience. Food was buffet style with a decent selection. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Excellent location - in the heart of the Gothic area. Easy to walk around, the metro system is fantastic, and there are more places to eat and things to do than you could fit into a year. The hotel was pristine, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I have no complaints and would come back any time.

It was clean. It’s not located in the best part of the city but still fine (metro access). Breakfast wasn’t so diverse. It’s across from some sort of kindergarten so if you open the windows, you hear some noise (Of course that it’s a lovely noise but at some point a bit annoying). In total, it is worth the money.

Very close to the subway station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bed was also very large. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic; they gave us a map, told us about routes, and reminded us of important things to note.

We have just come back from this hotel. It was very very clean. Located in between the old and new parts of Tossa de Mar, both a 5 minute walk. My mum is 89 now and we've been staying in this hotel since 2017 (except through covid) the whole hotel is spotless and the rooms suit us fine and the bonus is they have a fridge in. The staff are lovely with me, but they are brilliant with my mum. So respectful. The food is much improved since last year, so that's a plus and the location couldn't be any better. Really enjoyed our stay here. Was slightly disappointed with what was included in the “all inclusive”. They only provided minimal drink options, and water bottles were not included.
