I was quite impressed with this hotel. I did see a few negative reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect! It is a 3 star. It's value for money. Breakfast was decent. I really like the chocolate pastry thing. Staff were friendly and hotel is a less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Staff very helpful when you arrive and when leaving

As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs. Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding. We were very pleased with our hotel stay for the week we visited Llorotte de Mar. It is well centerised beside everything. Staff are always very friendly & helpful. Food was nice. Bar was lively in the evenings. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel lobby is incredibly beautiful. The staff were also very kind, and even though it had a city view and was right in front of the main street, I thought it would be noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent, so it was quiet. It was truly wonderful.

The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a laundromat and supermarket right nearby.

Small room with so small window to nowhere, bed is hard not comfortable, bad pillow as on attached picture. Terrible to have a shower because faucet accidentally give very hot water during showering without your controls. More guest reclaimed to reception the same situation with no controling hot water and they didn't solved this problems.

Great place! Our room was comfortable, but most of all the staff were super friendly and the location was perfect just a minute walk from the beach. I would definitely stay again. We stayed in Papi Hotel for a football tournament, with my sons team. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient throughout our stay and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Everything that they presented in The hotel services costs money and they didnt present it in the Agoda app before. Basic things like, fridge, spa, sauna, gym, scaling baggage, parking, tea/coffee. I used the Agoda app. I asked for some guidance around and they didnt attend me personally and brushed me off.

We stayed in a one bed apartment and were looking for a relaxing holiday. It has recently been refreshed. The sofa bed was very comfortable. However, the pool doesn't open until 11am, it is very noisy with the kids club activities. The kitchen isn't well stocked, not even a bottle opener. Breakfast was good. Apartment cleaned daily. Air conditioning was excellent.

I will give this place a 5 star rating because I have been there a few times and we really love the location, pool and animation team and some of the waiters and waitresses are great too and make your feel at home. What a lovely holiday we had here . My dad has dementia so we booked this holiday a week before we travelled , I requested a room with a walk in shower as my dad was unable to climb into a bath . A real gem to be found in the heart of Blanes. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast were all top notch. Easy check in, the staff were very accommodating. The only con is that the hotel is not close to anything. If you're able to walk or take a vehicle it isn't too bad. The room was clean and spacious and hope to stay here again in the future.
