The staff on reception are amazing . I have been there many times and been treated great . I selected a family room as it was all that was available . I didn’t like the room or it location . But I guess it was just bad luck as hotel fully booked . First time it’s ever happened

We were very pleased with our hotel stay for the week we visited Llorotte de Mar. It is well centerised beside everything. Staff are always very friendly & helpful. Food was nice. Bar was lively in the evenings. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This was the only hotel on my entire Europe trip that let me check in as early as 12 PM! The location and basic amenities exceeded my expectations, with a supermarket and public transport (bus and metro) nearby.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was slightly disappointed with what was included in the “all inclusive”. They only provided minimal drink options, and water bottles were not included. As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs. Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding. The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a laundromat and supermarket right nearby.

Small room with so small window to nowhere, bed is hard not comfortable, bad pillow as on attached picture. Terrible to have a shower because faucet accidentally give very hot water during showering without your controls. More guest reclaimed to reception the same situation with no controling hot water and they didn't solved this problems.

Quiet location, 300 meters away from the beach. All of the rooms are well-maintained. The double rooms are spacious and really comfortable. The AC is quiet and the bathrooms are modern style more on the luxury side. All of the staff members are amable and welcoming.

We have been there several years and the kids just love it. For us it is great to be together with family and friends. Ample things to do for children and adults and a very safe place for everyone to be relaxed and enjoy a beautiful scenery. The location is great: between hills and directly at the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel was built in 1902 and was pristinely maintained-it was like walking into history. The lovely garden and fountain, pool and outdoor patio were beautiful. The location is great for access to a range of beaches, cafes and shops. There is a cosy cafe on the ground floor of the hotel itself. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and even helped us load a heavy bag in the car when they saw us struggling on the roadside. The non sea-view room had a little balcony which was a nice touch. We would happily return.

Everything that they presented in The hotel services costs money and they didnt present it in the Agoda app before. Basic things like, fridge, spa, sauna, gym, scaling baggage, parking, tea/coffee. I used the Agoda app. I asked for some guidance around and they didnt attend me personally and brushed me off.
