We were very happy to have found what seemed to be a nice family hotel in Lloret de Mar but two days before departure the hotel's owner called me directly on my cell phone telling me that she was unable to welcome us because the price indicated on the website was not the correct one. So basically, she told me that she will not welcome us when we will arrive.
We had to call the booking agent to solve the problem and they accepted to pay the difference to the hotel (she was asking for more than the double).
The stay at this hotel didn't worth the price she was asking! I have to thank very much the booking agent for its professionalism!
Regarding the hotel, we were very disappointed by the quality of the accomodation which was old fashioned (the pictures must have been taken 20 years ago!) and it looks like an hostel for noisy youngsters rather than a proper hotel. The hotel is incredibly noisy and you can't sleep without earplugs because people (youngsters) are shooting and running in the hotel all night long! Besides, in Spain it is incredible that an hotel does not have air conditioning! We were roasting!
The staff was polite but it seemed that it was just fake in order for us not to write about their past behavior. I would definitely not recommend this "hotel" to anyone!

Good and nice place where can have a rest. Very friendly and kind hosts. Delicious breakfasts and sangria)

Very cheap per night, we have stayed twice now, once in July and once at the very start of September. The rooms are nice and fairly bright with a small balcony to relax on while resting before going out again! Not far from the beach, owners friendly and very helpful. Cleaner accidentally threw something away we needed but they were very fast to sort it all out and apologise. All in all we have had a lovely stay both occasions and hopefully will be back in the future!

Very nice....... A wonderful lady who runs the Hostal helped me out when arriving late. She came back to see us to our room. Just wonderful
