I was amazed above all that it was very well located, and the staff was very attentive.

Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.

It is a good place to stay for families with children. The food provided by the hotel is good and the staff is friendly.

The food really isn't that good..I'm no stranger to spanish all inclusive and know what to expect, we always ensure we have funds to eat out a few times however by day 2 we had decided we absolutely weren't eating st the hotel again. Having fun in the spa! We spent time in the spa and it was excellent. beautifully clean and a pleasure to be there!

lovely rooms, great aircon, friendly helpful staff. nice breakfast till 11 so no need to get up to early. great location, 5 mins from beach and surrounded by nice places to eat/drink/shop. 9mins walk from a huge supermarket handy for getting lunches. the pool was never too busy and well maintained. all in all a great place and would visit again.

The hotel is super elegant, clean and the breakfast that is included is good. Various cold cuts, fruits and sweets. The spa is very good. It is not big but sufficient. It is worth 10 euros. Parking is 10 too. It is worth it. It is in the center.

Elke Spa hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels etc. The breakfast was average. The pool area is very nice. We didn’t use the indoor spa.

On arrival we were not greeted, we waited 10 minutes before a grumpy looking man asked for my credit card. The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can easily reach all important places on foot. The central bus stop is just two minutes away. I changed rooms because I wanted to be nearer the Spa but unfortunately the room I got had no balcony but on the plus side it had a lovely bath .Spotlessly clean with cheap food and drinks and the fridge was massive so we were able to fill it with nice treats .I also bought a small kettle. A GREAT HOTEL OF GREAT PEOPLE. Our hotel we've been regularly hosting for 11 years. Food, rooms, closeness everywhere, receptionists, accounting, bartender, waiter, owner, a great man. His security is great, no one can enter from the outside. They're fondue. They're ready to help with anything. It's a great hotel.

We booked a room at Astoria Park hotel in Lloret de Mar and we had great experience. The food is amazing, and always fresh. The location is wonderful. The breakfast was great. Had a great time relaxing by the pool and at the beach next door. Nice hotel, relatively close to the beach. The big swimming pool that you can see from the hall is nice. We were here only one night in the family room that allows 2 adults, two kids and also a baby, so ideal for big families.

The majority of guests are French and the food on offer reflects this.Pigs trotters and snails etc. The balconies are tiny. There are small gardens containing bushes around the pool area and they are a breeding ground for mosquitoes as the gardens are watered on a regular basis. Most of the staff are friendly.

Right in the heart of tourist attractions.

Property in excellent condition. Central but quiet location. Staff were exceptional, especially Simo, Bruno, Alfredo, Adam and the woman with glasses in the breakfast room. The cleaning staff were friendly, helped with questions and clearly took pridebin their work. Fresh orange juice machine and made to order eggs is a real treat.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop terrace is very cozy. The rooms were always cleaned very early, which was great if you arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon. The stay there was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was one of the best sleeps we had; the bed and pillows were just the right comfort. The location was good, with both a supermarket and a coffee shop next to it. It is also about 15mins walk to the main shopping street, Chinatown and also the markets, all in different directions. I also tried their Spa facility and massage. I stayed at the location for roughly 8 days with my girlfriend, the room was excellently cleaned and the location is great for tourism. The young woman at the front desk gave us recommendations for food that were delicious and was able to provide and assist us with anything we needed. I would return to this location on my next visit to Barcelona.

Old hotel with no improvements since 80's. Good location but horrible to find a place to park in the streets cos the hotel charge you €15 per day to park inside. In my room the carpets were really dirt, the air conditioner didn't work in any day that I was there and the balcony slide door didn't lock at all so you room is always open. Nevertheless the breakfast is really good and staff is kind.

Were not guest of the hotel, but have used the restaurant several times and ALWAYS been satisfied with the service and food quality to the extent we are surprised by some of the negative reviews. One night we visited when the hotel restaurant was booked for the equivalent of a 'debutante' party for a young Honduran lady's coming of age and the staff coped with us and the party admirably.

The 1st night the fire alarm went off at 3am for no apparent reason, the 2nd night there was a power cut. The hotel is looking very tired and a number alteration have Ben done on the cheap. The WiFi is very inconsistent, the food was very basic.All in all the is better for the money paid locally.

The accommodation is shown on booking websites as a renewed hotel, but that was not the case. Rooms were very small and old, the quality and the entourage of the hotel rooms were bad. Landed in Barcelona and headed straight to ABaC for my first meal. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the menu carries a playful, almost childlike creativity. What an incredible experience. Our waiters Jay and Gavin were absolutely incredible and so informative about every dish. Each dish was so unique using local areas of Spain and inspiration from the chefs childhood as references for the cuisine. I highly recommend it if you want an unforgettable experience. Truly worth its Michelin stars.

Amazing culinary journey tonight. Fantastic dish presentation with wonderful taste. Chef Cruz’s knowledge of ingredients is world class. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in 13 years. I have to start by Saying the rooms look the same, which is not a good thing they need updating. The hotel is now showing signs of wear especially in the rooms. The housekeeping, is wonderful!!!! They do an amazing job, keeping it sparkling and they really customize my stay with my requests! . They have a blow dryer from the 1950s that you actually have...
