This is my very first time at this hotel and great service from start to finish. I would give this hotel 11 stars out of 10 from cleanliness to all out service sand the staff have made me very welcome and it’ll be worth coming back.

Enjoyed our stay, the hotel has excellent recently refurbished rooms, the dining room offers buffet food with a wide range of cuisine. Entertainment was available on a number of evenings in a room close to the bar which offered a reasonable choice of beer, wines and spirits.

We had an amazing 10 night holiday at this hotel. The food is outstanding and there is always something to suit all tastes. Special mention to Elena in the restaurant who is always happy and cheerful and gave us a hug goodbye on our last day. The room was lovely and had a very comfy bed and good aircon. Honestly, it’s what you want. I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms aren't dated and are quite spacious compared to other hotels. The breakfast spread is also generous, and the location is incredibly convenient, with metro lines 2 and 3 right outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area. We checked in on my birthday and the process was easy and fast. They even had a gift for me, they made me feel special for my trip. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

The room seemed pretty clean. Facilities: Most basic amenities are provided, except for toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. Bottled water was given on the first day of check-in. Hygiene: Okay. Environment: A bit noisy, not quiet enough. Service: You can leave your key at the front desk for safekeeping every time you go out, which is convenient.

Great location, and the cleanliness was okay, but something really strange happened. Someone else's toothbrush mysteriously appeared in my cup, and the hotel couldn't provide a reasonable explanation.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The room was clean, the location is convenient with many restaurants nearby, and the service was excellent and impressive. Check-out at 12:00 noon is very considerate. The breakfast was also great. But, I was in the newly renovated room on the 8th floor did not have bathrobes or slippers. This is not acceptable for a 4-star+ hotel. Hope this can be improved.

Getting around is super convenient, as it's right next to the metro station. Casa Mila and Casa Batlló are within walking distance. Plus, the airport bus terminal is just a five-minute walk away. The hotel staff were warm and friendly.

Great location and convenient. Nice view from the terrace. Pillows are comfortable. However, the hairdryer's power is very weak.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel even has a gym. The location is also excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea and 30 minutes to Sagrada Familia.

Great hotel with an excellent location in the city. Breakfast was always really good and buffet style which i also like so you can pick what you want. Location was perfect for me, easy to get to the office to take a cab or metro. But rooms arent as quite as I would've like, even on the 3rd floor and i could still hear the cars driving by and trucks picking up garbage, also the bathroom had a glass...

Great hôtel located in Poblenou. Lots to see on foot and easy access to all of Barcelona via great public transit. All the staff has been amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Also the breakfast buffet is superb and one the most extensive we have seen . I highly recommend.
