Stayed in the newly renovated premium room. Clean and well designed. Even the hallway and restaurant looked like they were recently refurbished. There was still some ongoing renovation when we were there so there was drilling and knocking from around 10am to about 5pm. Bonus: next to big mall.

Staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. I came with my mother who has worked with Luxury hotels in London for over 50+ years and she really appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism from everyone. The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute's walk from the subway station. The staff at the front desk were charming and welcoming. The hotel is well-located and quite clean, with pleasant staff. There's no spa as advertised, only a Hammam on the top floor which you have to access directly from the terrace, making it impractical in winter. The hotel doesn't provide bathrobes or slippers. The room was a bit dim, and water was dripping from the ceiling (they compensated with breakfast). Overall, it was acceptable.

A beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city center and an excellent starting point for tourists who want to explore the city by walking. We have just come back from this hotel. It was very very clean. Located in between the old and new parts of Tossa de Mar, both a 5 minute walk. The staff worked hard on the restaurant, constantly filling the food in offer, or clearing up. The food was so varied from asparagus to snails. we had a balcony with seaview , that was really good . there are many diner options surrounding the hotel. the small swimming pool is placed strangely , as in a shop window.... do not understand. the breakfast was not super , the coffee was old the bread hard.

I arrived and they told me to pay for the room, it was already paid even with extra deposit of 100€, we were arguing about that. The lift was not working and while repairing the lift there was no light. The hotel itself is nice (at least the part visible to the guests), there is a pool and beautiful view on the sea. Good aircondition, nice bed and very good staff. Pool area was nice and hotel close to the beach. Bathroom was good but very small and noisy toilet. The "seaview" could be better, it was really a view over the playground. Could see some sea but expected more since I payed extra for it. All in all I can recommend this hotel

The rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful, the let down for this hotel is the swimming pool, it’s dated and with the roof closed it’s too hot.

It's a real bummer. I don't recommend coming here. I don't recommend any hotel near the beach in Lloret de Mar. They are very run-down, with poor facilities, average service attitude, and bad restaurants. They don't deserve 4 stars at all. But the sea view is nice. I recommend staying in a resort hotel in Lloret de Mar if you want to come.
