I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place genuinely felt unsafe. There's a huge bar downstairs and another one on the 10th floor. The elevator would be full of drunk people every night, and I even had someone follow me, trying to get into my room... The security here is really poor. I highly recommend against single women staying here alone!

This hotel offered a very comfortable stay overall, and I was satisfied with every aspect. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and superb amenities nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including a casual bar, and directly across the street is a large Carrefour supermarket, making daily shopping, dining, and strolling incredibly convenient. The room was clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was decent. Right across the street there's a large mall with plenty of dining options. The downside is that the room was never cleaned; it wasn't cleaned once during my three-night stay.

The property and staff were great. We liked the location but we also like to walk a lot. Maybe far for some. The only negative was the bed. We reserved 3 rooms and we all complained about how uncomfortable the beds were. Maybe just add mattress toppers?? The hotel would almost be perfect!! We loved our stay otherwise

Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy. Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym.

The place is nice and clean but this is the first time of my life travel that I see a hotel that charge for room service, this is not acceptable

Great service and fantastic views! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Agbar Tower, Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo mountain, and even the sea. The surrounding area is also quite peaceful, and there's a sauna. Overall, a very good stay.

The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. I thought that was a bad idea; they finally changed it, but it was a struggle 😂. The facilities are very new, and the pool is ideal for children. A bit far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay here this summer. It was so close to the beach and being joined with the hotel over the road meant you had double the amount of activities to choose from if you wanted that. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. The hotel is conveniently located, everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly. It's important to note that the spa is an additional fee and is accessible to children over 14 (I don't remember exactly). But most importantly, it's not allowed with small children. I recommend it for a stopover; it's also suitable for walks.

Sabrina and Jacobo were very kind and helpful for me and my friend. Our United flight was canceled and we were provided lodging at the Catalonia Ramblas, and Sabrina gave us the terrace suite! We have stayed at 4R Regina Gran 6 times over the past few years. Our most recent visit was October 2025 Location: We got a private transfer from Reus Airport and only takes approx 15 minutes. The hotel food was very nice but the staff are rude and very unfriendly. They seem to hover around waiting for you finish and make grab for your plate. On several occasions even when I hadn’t finished.

Just spent 10 nights at this hotel. I've enjoyed my stay here. Food was nice, but a bit same everyday. Some of the staff were nice, but to me it seemed a few weren't very happy in their jobs.
