The hotel's policies need improvement, and they should provide services befitting a 4-star hotel. Initially, the reception staff were friendly, and the Spanish people were very kind, but the hotel's services need improvement. I called reception and asked why they hadn't provided water in my room, as is standard in 4-star hotels. They told me there was water in the refrigerator that I could drink. However...

The location is the absolute best with easy access to most everything you could want by foot, metro or quick taxi. The staff were great (Gaston was a favorite) and their family room with the Murphy bed bunkbed was a big hit with the kids.

Clean room with plenty of storage space. The security people were very friendly and helpful. The first person to check us in was rude and not helpful at all. She said that she was getting are room ready for us then just walked out of the building and never finished checking us in or let one of the other staff know that we were waiting for our room. This hotel is 200 metres from the beach but has fabulous grounds and 3 pools together with a snack bar by the pools. My mum is 89 now and we've been staying in this hotel since 2017 (except through covid) the whole hotel is spotless and the rooms suit us fine and the bonus is they have a fridge in. The staff are lovely with me, but they are brilliant with my mum. So respectful. The food is much improved since last year, so that's a plus and the location couldn't be any better. We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. Had a great week here in October. Having read some of the reviews we had slight reservations but they were totally unfounded. The rooms were great, staff were friendly and the location was fabulous for us (yes, it’s at the end of the promenade and it’s a walk into town but we knew that). We stay one night in the Hapimag Mas Nou to enjoy a day and night with my 2 friends from high school. We book a massage and it was really great thanks to the amazing hands and kindness of Judit. We had fantastic food for lunch dinner and breakfast, nest to the pool and the amazing views of Girona's landscape. Perfect for relaxing and catch up with old friends.

I stayed at Hapimag Mas Nou. Very nice resort. I enjoyed a lot. Location of resort is very well organized. You can reach in front of your apartment by car. This makes the transfer of luggages pretty easy. Staff is very friendly. Next to the resort there is a very nice golf club. Resort has a nice swimming pool.

We have visited Mas Nou twice and this place i very relaxing. As golf players, it is perfect to have Golf d'Aro close. We can also recommend Empordà Golf. A beautiful golf course, with big variation of each hole and only 35 minutes drive from Hapimag Mas Nou.
