Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. What I can't praise though are the snacks, where the burger was just a dry bun and meat and cheese, no sauce or veggies. The pool area needs reconstruction. The hotel is great. Rooms are tidy and spacious. We were there off season so I would like to think that that was the reason why you had no access to massages or the SPA. Note that the SPA area (just a jacuzzi and sauna) are paid and you have to book. Definitely not worth it. The “puerto” is stunning and the hotel is very well located behind the main road but with easy access to the beach.

Overall good value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant staff gave us a bad experience the last day. Came down to the restaurant 10 min early and was scolded for getting a coffee. Then waitress stated I could not come for breakfast with my wife having eaten earlier a light breakfast myself. Very unnecessary treatment! 😒

Our stayed was outstanding! The rooms were beautiful, with blackout curtains and a shower that you wanted to stay under for an hour. Service was incredible and the drinks were fantastic! We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area. We checked in on my birthday and the process was easy and fast. They even had a gift for me, they made me feel special for my trip. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel lives up to the promise it makes in its advertising. But what sets it even higher are the staff. We spent one night here, and it like the equivalent of a week’s rest. It’s worth the money if you can do it. Highly recommended.

However, the windows were useless; there was ongoing construction directly across the alley, barely 3 meters away, so I essentially never opened the curtains. My mum is 89 now and we've been staying in this hotel since 2017 (except through covid) the whole hotel is spotless and the rooms suit us fine and the bonus is they have a fridge in. Great location if you want to be near the beach, there's some nice beach restaurants and bars within 15 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable although there is No hair conditioner and the hair dryer is not good. Also the aircon is not good. But overall we had a great stay and it's a good hotel.

Stayed for a week. Cleaning was done daily and properly. The rooms are well equipped and looking nice. We only changed ours because we didn't want fifth floor. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were very spacious. The beds could be improved. The ones in the bedroom are quite noisy when moving. And the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool and sauna were very nice. Apart from the beds, everything was fine.

This hotel has is extremely quiet because it’s at the far end of town, which is obviously very close (as Sitges is a small town). We love this hotel! We’ve had many stays here over 8 years and we always have a great time. One of the only hotels in Sitges with an indoor pool, also a playground, outdoor pool, games room, spa, 2 good restaurants. Had a great week here in October. Having read some of the reviews we had slight reservations but they were totally unfounded. The rooms were great, staff were friendly and the location was fabulous for us (yes, it’s at the end of the promenade and it’s a walk into town but we knew that). The views for the balcony were to die for, so would have no qualms over staying here again in the future.

As always, I have been here many times and I stay here every time I go on vacation in Sitges.

Brilliant venue, great service. Favourite part of the whole experience was the buffet! Outstanding!! Never have I experienced a buffet like it, best of the best quality. 10/10 and can’t wait to get back to have it again. Hats off to the chef

Wow. Just WOW! We popped to the cafe after getting in and were given service, I'd argue, would be beyond satisfactory for royalty. Great fun, great drinks and left with great memories. Cannot recommend enough, and if in season, try asking for the Perfumed Gilbert Fizz. Easily the best I've ever had!!

Hotel is located right on the ***** so perfect if you want to make the most of the nightlife. I was in a single room on the corner of the hotel which is probably smaller than others but still big enough for one person. Very nice and cozy hotel, the location is excellent, there is a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, Burger King nearby, it takes no more than 7 minutes to get to the beach. Had a coffee in the bar, fantastic service, all the waitresses are so friendly and efficient. Best place in Lloret to have a snack or eat lunch. A really great experience. A special mention to Paola y Melania, the very best, a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.
