It is what it says on the tin. its not luxurious, its old fashioned, but clean and the food is basic serve yourself. BUT for the price it is an excellent budget hotel

The facilities are noisy, especially when the toilets are flushed. Maintenance is practically nonexistent; the equipment and buildings are very old, and the curtains are outdated. The staff at reception and room service were very attentive, but not in the dining room. The person in charge there had poor manners and didn't treat guests well.

Okay, a bit old and neglected but very well located, good price and pool

Firstly, the hotel does not look like on the pictures. Rooms are quite old,very basic, they smell quite weird too, not perfectly clean. We were very upset on our first night, but we stayed here for a week and if you use your room only to sleep and maybe make a quick breakfast it’s alright. Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day . Nice Studio Appartment Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. Cons: first night there was weird electrical noise all night long could hear through earplugs. Other nights it wasn’t as bad so not sure what it was. Hot water ran out most days pretty quickly. I wanted a bath a couple of nights as I’m pregnant but the hot water ran out when it was about a quarter full and then for some reason drained even with the plug in? Loved the location in / near Puerto's old town. It's great for someone wanting a more authentic experience, as compared to the la Paz area. I loved the fact that the front desk staff spoke 100% spanish to me, which is the entire reason I am in Spain. There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere.

We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.

Nice clean very reasonable price for a short break in the North of Tenerife

Amazing location, nice staff and spacious room. Although hotel is outdated, like it was last time renovated in communism. Extremely noisy, we talked normally around 12am and neighbors shouted to be quiet. For this hotel even 65€ is too much for a night. Either decrease the price either renovate.

This accommodation has great views with large balconies and it's very quiet during the day. The resturant over the road closed at the beginning of 2025, leaving no resturants or shops within easy reach of accommodation. Local shops are 500m away, but when buying groceries without a car you have a very steep walk up and down to them. A car is almost essential....something not noted on the TUI site...

Excellent budget hotel offering very affordable rooms, some with comfortable queen size beds, friendly and efficient service, small pool and a very good buffet breakfast for only 7.5 euros. The facilities are fairly basic and parking is limited in a residential cul-de-sac but it had everything you need at an outstanding value.

Had a lovely stay at the Don Cadido, i was welcomed on my rrival and the staff were all professional. My room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Just had the most wonderful afternoon for the 5th anniversary at the waterfall. Thanks to all of the staff and entertainers that made it so special. The food was lovely the company so easy and the ambience was fabulous.

I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax.
