We had a great stay at Ona el Marques. The apartment had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and thoughtful to our needs.  Unfortunately we didn’t book an apartment with a balcony so we didn’t feel we could sit outside to eat and drink as outside our apartment was a walkway.  The pool area was clean with toilets and changing available. Plenty of beds around so there was no need to get there early...

Lovely stay - very friendly hardworking staff and very welcoming. Very well equipped rooms and very clean, Pool towels provided. Heated pool. Quiet at night for sleeping. Walk into the centre made easier with back gate access. Lidl and Superdino only yards away. Downside - building work ongoing opposite to the apartments - noisy and dusty. No dedicated parking - tricky to find a parking spot closeby...

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this place. Great views from the apartment balcony to the Gigantes cliff view. Well organised and managed place. Decent pool. They were very good with us. They were happy to let us in little early as well as they accepted out request for a late checkout for an extra hour on our final day of the stay. They arranged taxi for us and happy to help. During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. And handed me my swimming pool towel My apartment was north facing, with a stunning view of the cliffs of the gigantes and ocean view and sunset views. Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment. The reception and cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, as were some of the restaurant staff. Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them . The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier. We stayed from 23rd september 2025 until october 3rd we had a lovely time our 2 year old loved the pools and childs entertertainment and all the staff was always so friendly and chating to him which made his day food was nice and always different choices everyday we defenitely will be back again hopefully nxt year x

Very clean and modern room. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold and hot food. We took the half-board. Would not recommend this. The evening buffet was simply sub-par, to be diplomatic. Just stick to the room and breakfast, then it‘s a great place to stay.

I stayed at Valle Mar 28th April for 5 days with my sister, our 3rd visit to the hotel. We had garden facing rooms, lovely large balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very basic but functional. Not overly clean. We stayed in 316 (ocean view) and there was a constant smell of drains near the bathroom/spare bedroom. When we arrived the room first smelt strongly of bleach maybe to disguise the drain smell. We cannot say enough good about Club Tarahal. We arrived later in the evening than expected. Directions for key retrieval were excellent....but when we opened the door to our apartment... WOWWWW..... what a wonderful experience. A bottle of wine on the table was a welcome sight after a long day of travel: amazing balcony, kitchen, bedrooms. The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant. We will be back!

The room cleaning service is very bad. We stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom was still dirty and have hair on the floor after the cleaning service. One night we didn’t even have towels.

My friend's cash and credit card were stolen from the room while he was downstairs for breakfast. Luckily, the card was locked in time and the money on the card was not taken. The staff directly said that there was no thief and that it must have been lost somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here.

This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

Las Rosas is a wonderful resort with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the villas are lovely. The only downside our villa was down 21 steps which we found very difficult as have mobility issues. We could probably have asked for something a bit more accessible but as we were there for just the week we deakt with it.

Very nice hotel at the end of a road (privacy) with parking and a nice view over Los Gigantes. The houses are on 2 floors, very nice and comfy with terrace and sunbeds.

Great views of the Las Gigantes Cliff and the ocean. We lucked out with really good staff (thank you Laura!) who gave us some really good recommendations despite some health issues, making the trip memorable and enjoyable.

Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. Such a great team. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The pools are nice, kid friendly.and lots of toys. The restruant team are also fantastic, attentive and friendly. Think we'll be coming back for a good few years.

Stayed here couple of times and it’s okay. Location is good but for a self catering apartments with their price range they could at least provide the basics. Been recently for the memories here of previous stay but wouldn’t go back. co-owner since 2008, up to date with my annual fees, I have no more answers from the marina club. RCI member, they told me that the weekday exchange points at the marina club will no longer be counted. What is going on ? the closure is final. what recourse do we have?

Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice, but they should give you a clue as to what it is , especially when you are a pescatarian. It wasn't a great first night as we arrived late with my partner and a cranky 1 year old and there was no travel cot in the room as I requested but that got sorted first thing in the morning. i loved the resort, however for 4 of us there was only 1 quilt and 2 towels, trip to reception to sort out, then on cleaning days back down to 2 towels......so very very annoying, do they think we will steal them?

A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels. The staff were really hard working and cheerful. Special shout-out for them at breakfast time when it was really busy.

Crowded, rowdy and dated. Nothing has changed since the early nineties, including the towels. Came and stayed here for 7 nights with my father and son (9) hotel is very well maintained throughout and kept clean at all times. Beautiful hotel, peaceful and tranquil. We had a room with a sea view. Listening to the waves crash off the rocks, perfect sunsets. Well situated. Rooms were clean and well equipped for self catering. Staff were polite and helpful. Salt water pool was an unexpected experience but actually very refreshing and pleasant.
